Depending on the blog you might only get a handful of visists where as a Press Release is distirbuted in mass. Blogs in general don't recieve as much traffic as Press Release sites. - Yes it can, but the military press isnt even necessary. There are a lot of exercises for your shoulders that dont involve lifting over your head. First if you do bench presses, your shoulders, especially the anterior or front shoulder muscles is getting worked. I hardly work my shoulders seperatley and they have continued to grow just from the work they get in conjunction with other body parts being used. However, you might want to try working the lateral delts, the side part of the shoulder, you can do this through raises.

- You need to be employed by the press. If you are a freelance then maybe a paper that can use your work will give you a letter of introduction to the event organisors that you will need to be given a press pass.

But I can kick the crap out of people in football by popping and tackling them and even won a couple fights against people saying they can bench like a 150 pounds. I know they can do it though but I can only bench press 100 pounds like 2 times but am stronger than people who bench more than me. - Bench press is a good indicator of overall strength. Benching 150 is pretty weak. 240 is my warm up set.

- Q: I really like to work my legs but I really want to know which I should work them on. The gym has a squat machine and a leg press machine. I do a lot more leg press because I can't do a lot of weight on the squat. So this is what I was thinking. Do reps on the squat, like 3 sets of ten with 200 lbs. And then do more of the heavier work on the leg press. Really I'm not sure what to do but I'd like to incorporate both machines in my workout. Can anyone help?
- Leg press is a great exercise, however the squats don't only work the leg. They also work the core. Right now your plan looks fine, but consider that the squat is a more compound exercise and will work several muscles.
