- Q:I'm doing a collage for a school project and i have to do a collage symbolizing freedom of the press without actually writing freedom of the press on the project. What are some pictures that I could put in my collage?
- Something that is an alternative to the State status quo. Freedom is defiant of conformity.
- Q:How in the world do you do a bench press or a lunge?
- There are various forms for bench. I use a more power-lifter style, which brings in the triceps much more than the shoulders, and is much better on your joints over-all. Your grip should have at least one finger on the outer rings of the barbell, unless you're pretty tiny. I usually have my ring finger on them. Lift off, then somewhat quickly lower down to your lower chest/solar plexus area, then press off hard and fast like your life depended on it. Other forms include bringing it to mid-chest, closer/wider grips, and slow down/slow up. To do a lunge: step out forward and bring your rear knee almost to the ground. Your lead knee should not go past your toes. Then, use your lead leg to raise yourself back up.
- Q:im making the casing for my skirt and the sewing instructions say to press under 5/8 on unnotched edge and then trim to 1/4. so if i mark 5/8 am i supposed to fold up to that line and press or use the line as my fold if you know what im saying. (Btw this is Simplicity or SewSimple 1970 A)
- I love little dresses and the way I correct it being brief is leggings and colored tights. Not those with holes but the ones that just about look like leggings but are obviously tights due to material.

- Squats work every muscle in your body, from your lats and upper back, all the way down through your hips and thighs. Quite simply, this one lift will recruit and develop your entire body. Maybe even more importantly, it will teach your body to work as a well-oiled, functional unit. When training, I tend to avoid the leg press machine. Instead, try front/back squats, dead lifts and Bulgarian split squats.
- Q:I just bought an old drill press from a pawn shop, but there is no manufacturer info on it. All i can find is a model number, RY-6. My first instinct was Ryobi, but can't find anything about it from them, even though it does look very much like their press, just a lot older model. It's a little 10 press. If anyone can either confirm my guess, or point me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it.

- Q:If only one press is used, it takes the older press twice as long to print an edition as it takes the newer press. If the two presses together can print an edition in 3 hr, how long will it take each press alone to print an edition?
- Let x denote the older press's publishing rate (in editions/hr). Then the newer press's publishing rate is 2x (ed/hr). If the two presses work together for 3 hours, they produce 1 edition. 3(x + 2x) = 1 9x = 1 x = 1/9 So the older press does 1/9 of an edition per hour when working by itself, and the newer press does 2/9 of an edition in an hour. So the older press would take 9 hr to do 9/9 of an edition, and the newer press would take half that time, of 4.5 hr.
- Q:Most people do dumb-bell presses exactly the way they do bench-press that is, gripping the bar/dumb-bells with palms facing to the front.Some choose to rotate the palms inwards while lowering the dumb-bells so that the length of the dumb-bells is parallel to the torso. But I've seen a couple people do flat/inclined dumb-bell presses with their palms facing towards their face all the time. No rotation at all.What does this work on? Tomorrow is my chest workout day, and I'm going to experiment this workout. But anyway, I felt like I should listen to your experiences first. I'm looking for as much isolation of my chest as possible. I've already worked my shoulders today for an hour and I'm not looking to put all the weight on my shoulders instead of my chest.
- ive seen this also either i ask pros for help to see if this is safe or correct but if not in their presence i try it out and if i feel like its doing more work and isnt hurting me i incorporate it in my workouts another good chest isolator is weighted push ups its a lot more work than just benching b/c its at least 50 percent your body weight plus the weight on your back even if your benching more than your body weight you'll see the difference between them when doing it also incline or handstand push ups puts 60 to 100 percent of body weight on your arms back and chest super good work out also military press jumping jacks do wonders for your chest you just have to make sure even when jumping you keep correct form here is one of my little circuits i do to tone lift build strength for a whole body but also your mirror muscles abs,chest,back,ect will get much love from this dead lift 1 rep then weight back to floor to power clean straight to military press jumping jack about 5 reps to shoulder squat 5 reps back to floor then repeat of course with heavy weight you might chop this down to fewer reps, as well as if you choose lighter weight you might do more reps

- No, you can not. It is not illegal for someone to yell at you unless they are threatening you. The police can charge someone with disturbing the peace if the yelling is occuring at night, after a certain time. Just yelling and saying mean things isnt illegal

- Yeah, according to the law, whoever hit the other person first can be charged with battery. Battery is a level of assault where somebody hits someone else with their bare fist and no weapon. You can call the police if you want and theyll figure out whos guilty or not and write them a ticket and a court date.
