- if you just wear pressed powder it will look funny, cause thats what i did for a long time, but it looks bad, like real floaty on your face

- I have had success by using wax paper. Put the rose between two sheets of wax paper and either put it in a press or under several heavy books.

- first start by sectioning off the hair in fours. Apply a little hair dressing to the hair, but not too much where you can hear it sizzle while pressing it. Place the comb on the stove and let sit for 3 to 4 minutes. Get a cloth and place the comb on it. It smokes too much or leave a burn mark on the cloth it's too hot to run through the hair. Start at the back, closest to the neck part hair and start at the roots and run the comb through slowly, also use the smooth side of the comb. Each time wipe the comb off before placing back on the stove and when removing it from the stove. Work up to the top, then do the other side the same way. Then doing the sides, start near the ear, have her hold a wooden spoon over her ears so it won't accidentally get burn( and then she will never want her pressed again), then start up going towards the top, then do the hairline last.
- Q: I just bought a heat press machine so I could make and sell t-shirts.My question is could I plug it into any outlet? It says to plug into a grounded outlet but I don't even know what that is. Also, could I put the machine on any kind of table? Thanks.

- You can bench-press against a 'bar-bell' or a pair of 'dumb-bells'. - are you talking about the little plastic one that stores the multiple cutters in side and you can attach 2-3 at the same time? yes i have that one and the little tiny pieces i threw out becuase they were a nuesance
- Q: This may be a difficult question but just out of curiosity, what do you think the equivalent weight would be going from dumbbell press to bench press?At the moment I am doing my sets with 40 pound dumbbells with about 8 or 9 reps a set. I can hit the 50's once or twice
- It is difficult to calculate. Dumbbell press uses more stabilizing muscles which makes it harder for you to do. Barbell press only requires the stabilizing muscles to keep the bar straight. If one arm is weaker you will not notice it in barbell like you would dumbbell. My max right now is 350 but with dumbbells I am lucky to put up 145 dumbbells 5 times... The easiest way to figure it out is to actually do it.
