- Q:I cant find a straight answer to this, apparently everybody has a different opinion so I'll try asking on here. Incline dumbbell press, is it necessary to bring the weights together at the top of the press or can you just go straight up and down with the weights as if you were using a barbell

- Q:So I've been getting acrylics done at a salon every 2-3 weeks for a little under a year now. Today I realized I probably spend about $400 a year on these nails ($25 every time I go) and I was wondering about getting pre-glued nails, like from a drug store to maybe save money. I get the acrylics done because I work in a resturant, and my real nails used to break or the polish would chip after one shift. So would press-on nails work as well as my salon acrylics? Or would they just fall right off? How long do they last? Can I keep putting new ones right back on, like I do with the acrylics? Is it bad (well, i guess worse) for my nails? - Ive just tried press on nails and I used glue, they might not last long but for someone whose tried them all and left with bad results. I'd rather have nails that can be easily applied and taken off and change them when I feel like it for less than $10 i get a nice looking mani. Def press ons!

- I was on the power lifting team in high school and was in the 101 weight class and benched 145. So I think that you are doing good. My advice to you would be to do more strength training with lighter weight that way you can lift the heavier weights with ease. try to do anywhere from 55-65% of your 1 rep max, 3-4 sets fo 12-15 reps. this should help you on your ballistic power as well as overall strength. Lifting lighter weights is not just for toning but is also for building strength. Lifting heavier, as you already know is more for building mass.also make sure not to drop below 90- degrees when performing any kind of press or fly moves. The reason being is that you have a small muscles called the superspinatus muscle that is the size of your pinky. when you drop below 90-degrees you put and undo amount of stress on that small muscle to try to lift 250, all you are doing is stressing it and once yo stress it enough you will eventually snap it and you will not be able to do bench press for a while. This is the leading cause of most shoulder injuries because people are not aware of what they are asking that muscle to do. you can strengthen this area by doing rotary cuff exercises with no more than 5 lb. weights.

- It happens when your chest is very weak your triceps has to overload in that situation.Keep training once your chest gets as strong as your triceps you will feel it more on your chest.When i used to do incline barbell presses with 245lbs for reps in bulking my shoulders used to take over most of the weight than my chest since my shoulder press was close to or as strong as my incline bench press and my chest was weak but now i feel nothing on my shoulder since i am on different season and dont go that heavy. Also make sure you use better form and grip.About the width place your hands little more than shoulder width.I place my hands on the 2 silver rings on each side.If the bar has 3-4 rings put your hands on the 3rd silver ring.I try to bench with a bar with 1 ring since its easier for me. Also when you do bench don't lockout on each and every rep.Keep the burn on the chest.People might say half reps or whatever but it works your chest.After all you are working your chest not your shoulder or triceps.It got its own day. - Well, in 2006 when this was originally created, the press was covering President Bush. I note that everything in the video was from a press source. The press also isn't a monolithic group -- many journalists/media outlets were actively against Bush, many actively for Bush. Same with Obama.
