Operations Conditions
1. The medium temperature should not be over 60oC, the density 1200Kg/m3, and the pH value within 5-9.
2. During running, the pump must not be lower than the permitted lowest liquid level.
3. Rated voltage 380 V, rated frequency 50 Hz. The motor can run successfully, only under the condition the deviations of both rated voltage and frequency are not over ± 5%.
4. The maximum diameter of the solid grain going through the pump has not to be larger than 50% of that of the pump outlet.

- Q:I Need a water pump, no matter its fountain pump or high stream pump. But the things or you can say the parameters i required in that pump is, 2 inch minimum outlet from where the water come out, pressure 130 or above (in PSI) runs wid a 1 or 2 Horse Powered motor not more then 2HP. And the pressure calculation is flow of the water (130 Psi) , like while water is streaming out.Any one who can sugest some water pumps which can fulfill or near or above to my requirements. thanks alot sir for you kind time.
- With 100M of 'head' you're going to need a constant displacement pump, and high pressure piping. I'd consider an intermediate lift station.
- Q:I have a well that is 6inch and down 250 ft. It use to be used to water our grove. The submersible pump went bad and I had it pulled and capped. I was wondering since the water level in the pipe is around 6 feet down, can I install an above ground jet pump to feed my house? - Leave the water pump alone! It sounds to me like your gauge is malfunctioning. Every so often an electrical gauge will fail and give strange readings. It could either be the sensor that reads your coolant temp or the gauge body itself. Your car cannot go from overheating to fine while stationary at a red light. Take it to a shop (that specializes in electrical, they're out there) and tell them the temp gauge is acting wacky. If you INSIST to know the location of your water pump...should be on the passenger side of the car mounted to the engine. It's either driven by an accessory belt or the timing belt, I can't remember at the moment. Here's a trick also. Water pumps are designed to leak when they fail. See if you can find coolant spilling out of anywhere a few ounces at a time. Good luck!

- Here's okorder /... If the timing belt and belt tensioner pulley was replaced also, that's the going rate for the job. You have an interference engine and a timing belt driven water pump, so I'm sure they changed the timing belt and if they did a good job, you got billed reasonably. If the belt had broken, you may have had to total the car.

It is not just the dealer making this recommendation, it's every good mechanic out there plus Gates belt company who has no stake in it, they recommend replacing water pump and the car manufacturer says the same. No one is trying to rip you off but they are trying to save you money. In answer to your question about when do water pumps normally go out, the answer is right after you change just the timing belt and everything is buttoned back up. Trust me, it happened to a friend who tried to save money.

- Anything can be fixed. The question is: is it cheaper to repair or replace the water pump? Keep in mind that water through a pump cools it. Without this water, the pump will overheat and eventually fail.
