Operations Conditions
1. The medium temperature should not be over 60oC, the density 1200Kg/m3, and the pH value within 5-9.
2. During running, the pump must not be lower than the permitted lowest liquid level.
3. Rated voltage 380 V, rated frequency 50 Hz. The motor can run successfully, only under the condition the deviations of both rated voltage and frequency are not over ± 5%.
4. The maximum diameter of the solid grain going through the pump has not to be larger than 50% of that of the pump outlet.

- 1. you are going to need at least a couple gallons of water in a bucket to re-prime. 2. look for a plug at the top of the pump and remove it. 3. pour water into the plug opening, filling up the pump as much as you can. 4. put plug back in so at least one thread is grabbing. by doing this it will allow air to escape and won't be spraying water everywhere. it is also a good idea to keep your hand on the plug. 5. turn on electricity to pump. 6. when you start to notice pressure re-gaining tighten up the plug so it does not drip. It is also a good idea to have an outside tap on to get air out of the lines. Another thing is, it is a good idea to shut off water to toilets and washing machines before re-starting pump because small debris have a habit of clogging them up. When your pressure is back, drain your toilet and cold water line to your washing machine, flushing all the stuff out until you see nice clear water. Hope I helped and good luck.

- The water pump is located in the outdrive. You should see a screen area on the lower end where the pump is loicated. I would guess the impeller needs to be replaced. You should stop running the engine 'till it is fixed.

First of all, Africa is not a country, its a continent and there are 53 countries in it. 2nd, Pakistan is not a piss poor country like most of the poor African countries you see daily on TV. Pakistan is a developing country with no shortage of water. In fact, just a few months ago about 30 million people were effected by the worst floods in the country's history. They don't need no water pumps. Worlds 5th and 6th Largest Dams, Mangla Dam and Tarbela Dam are in Pakistan. Not to mention Tarbela is also the world's largest earth-filled dam. Another one, Diamer Bhasha Dam (under construction) when completed would be the worlds highest Roller Compacted Concrete Dam in the world with height of 272 meters, leaving behind Miel I in Colombia (188 meters). Not to mention, Pakistan has the largest irrigation system in the world. So in short Pakistan certainty doesn't need any water pumps donations lol. Whatever water pumps they may need for any purpose, they are perfectly capable of manufacturing themselves. The country made nukes on their own for God sakes! You seem like a good kid though, so if you want to do something for poor people, concentrate on Africa and India. Don't be surprised by India's name because according to UNICEF, India has higher levels of malnourished children than Sub-Saharan Africa and more than 700 million Indians don't have access to toilets whatsoever. - ITS A WATER LOGGED TANK, DONT REPLACE IT JUST DRAIN IT drain the tank, you need the air pocket in the tank. drain the pressure tank completely, let it fill it again, and have an air pocket in it. if it has a rubber bladder in it , the bladder could be leaking and all the air has been replaced with water, drain the tank and see if it feels empty after it is drained, if not the rubber bladder is full of water, new tank is needed. with no air pocket the pump is going to keep cycling on and off. the pressure switch comes on at 20 lbs, shuts off at 40 lbs. the only way it gets the 20 lbs difference is with the air pocket expanding. if all is well, lets say it takes 2 minutes for the pressure to drop from 40 to 20 with a faucet wide open. with no air pocket it will drop from 40 to 20 in a half a second, pump kicks on to pressureize it and its back to 40 in a half a second. pump is on and off, on and off over and over over. with an air pocket it will take the pump several minutes to bring it back up to 40 from 20.

- CLR soak. Remove the calcium and lime from the tap water use. I would use a 50/50 solution in the inlet and give it 30 min then plug it back in with the in and out in a bucket with the 50/50 mix until it runs like new.
