Q: i was playing wiff my friends and the carpet got pulled up from the ground. is there any cheap way i can help stick it back to the ground like a professional?: Depends on how big of an area you are talking about and the carpet. I have done it with a high pile carpet by cutting a small slit and injecting glue beneath the carpet and then put weight on it for a while. If it is a low pile carpet you might have a hard time hiding your incision. Maybe if you can get a syringe type injector (meat injector) you can make a small enough hole that's not visible.

Q: I have a little 3x5 brown and beige zebra striped pottery barn rug in here, but I want to move it into my bedroom because my mom painting some amazing zebra paintings for it, and the rug simply goes with my decor in there. Q: I have dark brown (medium chocolate, I'd call it) warm modern style leather sofa and love seat in a white room with 10 foot ceilings (I can't paint). The floors are oak, as is one book case (modern lines, arts and crafts style detail). The feet of the sofa are a dark walnut color. The accent pieces in the room will be yellow hues (artwork, vase, throw pillows). What sort of area rug should I get? Colors, patterns? Links to examples would be awesome. I'm getting more furniture, but I think the rug could really warm up the room. Q: The problem is I am not sure how I will paint the bottom part because of the carpet. What is the easiest way to paint it without having to remove the carpet? Are there paint shields specifically designed for stairs? Thanks: Shove it between the wall and carpet, lever it down, paint wall, remove. WIPE OFF PAINT BEFORE REINSTALLING TO PAINT NEXT SECTION! A thin piece of sheet metal will do the same thing.

Q: A chair I have literally put a hole about the size of a baseball in my carpet. Is there any way to repair or patch it? I cant afford a new carpet, but its only going to get worse...: Yes you can or better said a carpet installer can ....you would need a pice of the original carpet...a carpet Iron, some carpet tape....or hirer a carpet guy to fix it...but if that isn't an option you can staple the carpet around the hole...( this keeps the carpet from developing a wrinkle....then get at least 2 of those carpet disks ( kind of like a coaster ) and place them under the legs of the chair to prevent more damage....Good Luck

Q: I have carpet with dog urine stains and the like. When I use cleaners my carpet is either stained darker or not affected. The even bigger problem is that my carpet is white. If you know how to remove stains from white carpet or have any tips on how to eliminate the odor, they'd be greatly appreciated.: Urine okorder and when you get there type in the stain you want to remove and it will take you to the link.
