Design Features of High-performance pipeline ball valve-reduced bore:
Body of high-performance pipeline ball valve is forged structure.The connection type for body and vice-body can be BB(bolted connection)and WB(welded connection).The WB(welded connection)and the LWB(Fully-welded extended stem)structure isadopted for buried ball valves,as shown below.

The special structure of valve seat seal of High-performance pipeline ball valve-reduced bore:
Floating structure means seat reciprocally can move along channel direction,so as to guarantee the ball and seat are tightly sealed.
(Ⅰ)Valve seat structure suitable for different occasions and sealing requirements
Valve seat can be designed as a standard single-piston effect and specific dual piston effect,Figure1 shows single-piston effect-inletside seal;Figure2 shows Dual Piston effect-outlet-side seal;Figure3 shows special dual piston effect sealing structure
(Ⅱ)Multi-level structure of the valve seat seal
As shown in Figure4,there are two elastic O-ring in the valve seat ring-ring A and ring B.Sealing ring A spring-loaded through the valve seat so that the sealing surface of sealing ring A tightly fit with ball surface to form an initial seal.When there is pressure in the system medium,the piston force
produced by the piston force produced by the piston effect of size difference makes elastic deformation of the ring A Ershi sealing surface and ball more closely fit the surface to form a re-sealing;meanwhile,due to ring A in the medium resulted in elastic deformation under pressure so that the sealing ring B is also closely fit the surface of ball for the formation of the second stage seal.When the system medium pressure increasing,it will have an enormous pressure in the valve seat ring A and ring B,so that the two seals have a greater elastic deformation,and then the metal valve seat ring surface and the ball surface sealing together to form a third level of metal to metal seal.
(Ⅲ)The assisted valve seat sealing equipment
Based on the actual service condition,medium requirement,sealing requirement,etc.,the assisted valve sealing equipment will be considered to be necessary or not.The assisted valve sealing equipment is a one-way valve installed outside of valve body that can prevent medium leakage and can inject sealing grease into valve body by external force.When the assisted valve seat sealing equipment is required,valve seat ring shall be design and processed with injection grove and hole to connect the assisted valve seat sealing equipments.Such equipment can prevent the medium by the sealing of injection of rease.Refer to Figure5 for reference.
Multi-level structure of stem sealing
Figure6 shows the stem multi-level sealing by adopting"O"ring,flexible graphite and grease injection;"O"ring achieves the first level stem sealing;Replaceable flexible graphite realizes the second level sealing by the compression of packing sleeve and packing flange;And the third evel sealing is realized by installing assisted sealing injection valve to the packing box,and by designing with the injection groove and hole to connect with the stem injection valve,which can inject grease.
Unique and safe seat structures of High-performance pipeline ball valve-reduced bore:
Ball valve fireproof design is implementation of the API607,API6FA standards.According to service conditions and user requirements,ball valve can be designed as a fireproof structure.
(Ⅰ)Fireproof structure of seat
As shown in figure7,there is composite fireproof ring,which are combined with graphite and stainless steel wire in the seat.Once the soft ring is burnt out in case of a fire,the fireproof ring and seat ring will form a piston structure through the spring to load the valve body.That will push and closely contact the metal seal surface of the seat ring to the body surface,So as to prevent a lot of medium from leaking from the burnt place of the seat ring,and prevent the fire from expending.
(Ⅱ)Fireproof structure(body and bonnet)
The seal gasket for bolt connecting valve body and valve bonnet,are used fireproof stainless steel wire and flexible graphite gaskets.Gasket compression load through the bolts and ultimately,ensure the valve body and valve cover between the metal to metal contact,so that the valve can with stand more high load,but also improve the fire safety of the valve.But for the full welded ball valve,the valve body and cover is welded structure,that fundamentally eliminate the possibillity of leakage of the valve housing.Even in the case of fire damage,there will be no leak.
(Ⅲ)Fireproof structure(body/packing and stem)
The body and packing connection gasket adopts fireproof stainless steel wire and flexible graphite gaskets.The stem packing adopts flexible graphite to ensure no leakage in case of fire.

- You might want to check the water pressure in your home. If it is too high, when the water is heated it expands and may exceed the pressure setting of the TP valve. You may need to lower the incoming pressure or install an expansion tank. Good Luck
- Q:My 99 accord has been smoking bluish white smoke out of the exhaust only at high RPMS- 5000 and up, but NOT at lower RPMS. Obviously I rarely go that high, but I've feared the worst. I've checked the coolant, its green without contamination. today a mechanic discovered that someone installed the wrong pcv valve on the car- the one that belongs on the v6 model, and that it is somehow larger. the mechanic suggested it was possible that this was the cause of the smoke- the oil was getting into the intake manfold, and into the cat, and that when the engine is at higher rpms, and the gases/ heat increase, it burns up the oil in the manifold/cat. He said IF that is the cause it should clear up in a week or so. Does this sound to good to be true? or is it possible? the car does have 160,000 on it, but i've owned several hondas with much more mileage that didn't smoke at all.
- is it burning[smoking out the ex.] or the engine comp[on the ex? ] sorry to answ with ? A blow out pcv could suck raw oil into combustion but would probably cause rough performance . slobbering injector would dilute oil in cylinder, and would smoke especially on acell.

- the more valves, the more complicated the engine, but yes, more power. a regular 4cyl engine has 8 valves, or 8V. 1 intake valve, 1 exhaust valve. (4x2=8) in a 16v engine, it can be 2 intake valves, 2 exhaust valves 4x(2x2)=16 there are engines with up to 32 valves, those are usually in the 8cyl engines. as a valve opens, it allows air into the combustion chamber, after the burn, the exhaust valve opens to let the burnt fuel out and thru the tailpipe. the faster the air can excape, the faster new air can enter. so more valves, more power. problem is, if they bend or break, very expensive to repair.

- Shut down valves I've worked with haven't had an 'Air Flow' for their operation. For the smaller valves, they consist of diaphragm operated valves either held open or closed by pneumatic pressure. The air supply at 25psi to give a diaphragm holding pressure of 15 psi, is via a solenoid valve which dumps the air pressure to either open or close the valve depending upon its function. (That of isolating a system or relieving pressure). The solenoid is actuated by a signal from the shut-down system, and the valve is a 3-way unit which isolates the supply air and vents the pressure off the diaphragm. Other SDV's in my experience, are operated in a similar way but are much larger and are operated by a pneumatic air cylinder and piston with air supplied at 100 psi. Others encountered are ... MOV's...Motor Operated Valves that can be automatically operated from the shutdown system, or Operated Remotely from a safe distance (ROV's).

- Personally, I find Valve the better developer. Bungie only has one series it's famous for, the Halo series, and while the same can be said for Valve, because everything is essentially mods of Half Life, Valve is much more consistent in its games. Bungie's Halo was it's first big hit, and I don't disagree with how great it was. The sequels on the other hand don't quite match up with the original. Though they're solid games in terms of gameplay, I disagree with the many reviews saying they're near perfection. The first Halo was the best of the series, possibly because it was refreshing for the genre, but the follow ups just weren't as good. Valve is one of the best developers of a first person shooter out there. They hit it big with Half-Life, and also created the opportunity for mods to arise. Mods such as Team Fortress and Counter-Strike were excellent enough to be revised, polished and sold in retail versions. While Half Life's follow up, Blue Shift, was lackluster, I think Opposing Force made up for it. Half Life 2 took a long time to make, and I think it was well worth the wait. It's own follow ups, Episodes 1 and 2 were excellent, but short. The Orange Box, however, made up for that because of everything packed in it. An excellent Team Fortress 2, the refreshingly funny and innovative Portal, and of course, three Half Life 2 games. The service Valve provides with frequent bug fixing patches is also great for those with a decent internet connection. My only complain against Valve is the steam is required to play their games, but that isn't a problem in terms of gameplay enjoyment. Halo's multiplayer communities are strong, but the same can be said for Counter Strike: Source and Team Fortress 2. This category seems like a tie. While neither company did groundbreaking things in developing either franchise, I greatly prefer Half Life 2's graphical style, the consistency of excellence and innovations (Portals, Gravity gun, fun physics) from Valve.

- the water line is probably a copper 2 line coming into the house...where it meets the water meter and on the other side of the meter is a shut off valve then it goes into the house. perhaps the water is shut off at the street
