Design Features of High-performance pipeline ball valve-reduced bore:
Body of high-performance pipeline ball valve is forged structure.The connection type for body and vice-body can be BB(bolted connection)and WB(welded connection).The WB(welded connection)and the LWB(Fully-welded extended stem)structure isadopted for buried ball valves,as shown below.

Floating structure means seat reciprocally can move along channel direction,so as to guarantee the ball and seat are tightly sealed.
(Ⅰ)Valve seat structure suitable for different occasions and sealing requirements
Valve seat can be designed as a standard single-piston effect and specific dual piston effect,Figure1 shows single-piston effect-inletside seal;Figure2 shows Dual Piston effect-outlet-side seal;Figure3 shows special dual piston effect sealing structure
(Ⅱ)Multi-level structure of the valve seat seal
As shown in Figure4,there are two elastic O-ring in the valve seat ring-ring A and ring B.Sealing ring A spring-loaded through the valve seat so that the sealing surface of sealing ring A tightly fit with ball surface to form an initial seal.When there is pressure in the system medium,the piston force
produced by the piston force produced by the piston effect of size difference makes elastic deformation of the ring A Ershi sealing surface and ball more closely fit the surface to form a re-sealing;meanwhile,due to ring A in the medium resulted in elastic deformation under pressure so that the sealing ring B is also closely fit the surface of ball for the formation of the second stage seal.When the system medium pressure increasing,it will have an enormous pressure in the valve seat ring A and ring B,so that the two seals have a greater elastic deformation,and then the metal valve seat ring surface and the ball surface sealing together to form a third level of metal to metal seal.
(Ⅲ)The assisted valve seat sealing equipment
Based on the actual service condition,medium requirement,sealing requirement,etc.,the assisted valve sealing equipment will be considered to be necessary or not.The assisted valve sealing equipment is a one-way valve installed outside of valve body that can prevent medium leakage and can inject sealing grease into valve body by external force.When the assisted valve seat sealing equipment is required,valve seat ring shall be design and processed with injection grove and hole to connect the assisted valve seat sealing equipments.Such equipment can prevent the medium by the sealing of injection of rease.Refer to Figure5 for reference.
Multi-level structure of stem sealing
Figure6 shows the stem multi-level sealing by adopting"O"ring,flexible graphite and grease injection;"O"ring achieves the first level stem sealing;Replaceable flexible graphite realizes the second level sealing by the compression of packing sleeve and packing flange;And the third evel sealing is realized by installing assisted sealing injection valve to the packing box,and by designing with the injection groove and hole to connect with the stem injection valve,which can inject grease.
Unique and safe seat structures of High-performance pipeline ball valve-reduced bore:
Ball valve fireproof design is implementation of the API607,API6FA standards.According to service conditions and user requirements,ball valve can be designed as a fireproof structure.
(Ⅰ)Fireproof structure of seat
As shown in figure7,there is composite fireproof ring,which are combined with graphite and stainless steel wire in the seat.Once the soft ring is burnt out in case of a fire,the fireproof ring and seat ring will form a piston structure through the spring to load the valve body.That will push and closely contact the metal seal surface of the seat ring to the body surface,So as to prevent a lot of medium from leaking from the burnt place of the seat ring,and prevent the fire from expending.
(Ⅱ)Fireproof structure(body and bonnet)
The seal gasket for bolt connecting valve body and valve bonnet,are used fireproof stainless steel wire and flexible graphite gaskets.Gasket compression load through the bolts and ultimately,ensure the valve body and valve cover between the metal to metal contact,so that the valve can with stand more high load,but also improve the fire safety of the valve.But for the full welded ball valve,the valve body and cover is welded structure,that fundamentally eliminate the possibillity of leakage of the valve housing.Even in the case of fire damage,there will be no leak.
(Ⅲ)Fireproof structure(body/packing and stem)
The body and packing connection gasket adopts fireproof stainless steel wire and flexible graphite gaskets.The stem packing adopts flexible graphite to ensure no leakage in case of fire.

- 2007 does not have a shut off valve. Sounds as if some one has used a non programed key Nissan Imobilizer has detected the aftermarket non programed or key with chip embedded in the key has failed. After 4 attempts the car turns on lock mode and it is tow truck time. Gather up all the keys you have they all have to be reprogramed. And it is a good time to have two complete sets of keys and remotes money allowing of course. Only computerized lock smiths and Nissan dealerships can introduce keys. Is there a red light that looks like a car with a key lighting up when you attempt to start the car?

- They are called porcine valves... they are used very frequently because you don't have to be put on anticoagulation. But, the down side is... they only last about 15 yrs and then they have to be replaced. A pigs heart is pretty close to a human one.
- Q: 2004 R6. Runs really well... never had a problem. Has 24K miles on it. Yamaha calls for them to get readjusted at the 26,600 mile mark. - Q: I got a 2012 peterbilt 386 ...it just came back from the shop a few day ago to get injectors 4 and 5 looked at and repaired ....I'm getting a fault code for injector spill valve and a engine light ....I tried resetting the computer to get rid of the code but that's not it ... uld timeing of this cause the problem ...but other than that it runs like a champ so what could I do to fix this is it time cause I did probably get re timed when they repaired it
- The fault for the spill valve is not something you can correct with timing. When they repaired or replace injectors they need to be programed into the computer so they match the other injectors. The spill valve is in the injector and is there to return unneeded fuel back to tank. If this valve does not work you could be over fueling or run the risk of fuel cooking in the injector making a mess of the spray pattern. It should be telling you which injector is throwing the code and if it is one of the two that were worked on take it back.
- Q: okay, where the dome is on the head (where the flat part of the valves sit) the intake is uneven and the air+gas mixture escapes threw the open space when the piston goes up into the compression stage, and ignites shooting flames out of my exhaust port. the space is small but u can see light threw it when the valve sits there. Would some kind of Liquid metal work? or gas+heat resistant epoxy work to take the place of the missing space? I would file it but that would not be precise and time consuming, and i would buy a new head for $150, but the dealer doubles that price! and no way am i paying $300 for a new head. any comments would be well appreciated!
- Without knowing actually how big the space is, I'm hampered in my answer. If the valve isn't bent, you may be able to lap the valve and seat. Your service manual should have directions on how to do this. Or you may even be able to grind it out with valve-grinding compound. I've gotten away with using valve-grinding compound heavily in some cases that probably should have been lapped. I put the valve in it's guide and attach a rubber hose and drill to the end of the valve. Then, after applying the compound to the seat and valve, I spin the valve while gently pressing on it's head. I keep adding compound as needed. I've done several this way with no problems. But if you have a big gouge you will probably need to get a lapper.
- Q: I got new sprinkler valves put in (Rainbird anti-siphon kind). Every time a valve shuts off, it makes a loud squeak, kind of like plastic rubbing (NOT a bang like water hammering). - Turn off the main water to your house. Turn that valve to open. Then tighen the nut on it (slightly), see if the valve will close , if yes; then tighten it a little more, then see if the valve will close. If yes - that should do it. If the nut is so tight that the valve will not close, then loosen the nut just a tad. That should do it, ......... now, turn the valve off. Turn back on the main water to your house -- and see if that works.

- you need to be more specific. there are 100 things on a car that could be called a suction valve. Right off the top of my head the only valve that could do that is a EGR valve. If it gets stuck open the car will stall, but it will start back up after the valve closes again. The OBD will tell you if the EGR valve is bad, but other than that I can't say.
- Q: Well I had a Anginogram that said I have Mitral Valve Stenosis with the LVEDP was Moderately Elevated and My Right Ventricular Moderately Elevated and My Right Atruim is Moderately Elevated what do all this mean I see my cardiologists in two weeks to go over things. Oh yes they don't say how much the Mitral Valve is narrow.
- Not sure I understand the question. Stenosis just means hardening, so if your valve is stenotic, your heart is having to work harder to push the blood through the valve. This would cause your left ventricle to enlarge to compensate for the increased demand.
