General valve using the market long-term, widespread Water Leakage, rust phenomenon, soft sealing gate valve produced by the introduction of foreign advanced technology of the enterprise. To overcome the poor sealing gate valve, general elastic fatigue, rust and other defects. Soft sealing gate valve is a traditional valve replacement products, the compensation effect of using flexible gate produce small deformation, achieve good sealing effect, the valve has a light switch, reliable sealing, good elastic memory and long service life and other significant advantages, can be widely used in water, sewage, construction, food, medicine, metallurgy, electric power, textile, energy systems, fluid pipeline regulation and closure devices as.

The characteristics of:

- flat style seat

The traditional control valve often pass after washing due to foreign objects such as stone, wood, cement, paper, and other debris deposited on the valve at the end of the groove. Close but not close easily lead to the formation of Water Leakage phenomenon, the lower part of the soft sealing gate valve with water using the same flat design, easy to siltation caused by debris, the fluid unimpeded.

And the overall package glue

The valve plate is made of high-quality rubber overall, the outsourcing of plastic, making the domestic first-class rubber vulcanization vulcanization after the valve plate to ensure accurate geometry, and the rubber and ductile iron gate is connected firmly, not easy to fall off and good elastic memory.

And corrosion resistance

The valve body adopts epoxy coating powder, can prevent the corrosion and rust, and can be used for sewage systems.

And not easy to break

Traditional cast iron garden gate often hit foreign objects, collision or overlap caused by the fracture phenomenon. Because the valve to switch to ductile iron, this is the case already significantly reduced.

Three "O" ring seal

As the valve stem with three "0" ring ring seal design, can reduce friction when the switch is greatly reduced, Water Leakage phenomenon and can cut off the water supply construction not replace sealing ring.

And help to drink

Due to the internal body to non-toxic epoxy resin coating, gate of the inner and outer surfaces are completely coated with rubber and can not rust or corrosion of water available to drink.

- Casting valve

Valve body casting, precise geometry makes the body without any internal finishing to ensure that the valve seal.

And light weight

The valve is made of ductile cast, lighter in weight than conventional gate weight about 20%-30%. Convenient installation and repair.

Q:My 4.0 L V6 2002 Ford Explorer has this plastic casing on top of the intake manifold...some of the hoses (brake booster, etc) are actually connected to the plastic casing, now how can i replace my pcv valve?
The PCV Valve is not connected to your brake booster. If it were, engine oil and other debris would be pulled into the booster diaphragm and contaminate it and destroy it. Your PCV Valve is located on one of your Valve Covers. The Valve Covers are the long metal lids that run the full length of your engine on either side. Normally your oil cap is also located on one of the covers so you can fill your engine with oil when needed. The part that you are looking for is normally made of plastic or metal, and it is seated in a rubber grommet in one of the valve covers. You will normally find a single rubber hose coming from it leading to either your air cleaner or a port on the intake plumbing. Normally located before the throttle body. The PCV Valve itself, is a cylindrical object that is normally about 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch round and about an inch to 1.5 inches tall with a single, (sometimes double) port at the top. There is an object on your intake manifold, and sometimes also located below your throttle body, that does look like a PVC Valve. But its not. Its a simple vacuum port connector for access to manifold vacuum to operate things like your brake booster, and some of the emission control devices. I hope that helps you out. Good Luck!
Q:Hi all, I found oil leakage in my distributor and am about to change the o rings. however, i feel that a blocked PCV valve is causing the pressure to push oil into the distributor. I have been searching for the PCV valve. Can someone please tell me where it is?
The PCV valve is located beneath the intake manifold on the right (passenger) side. It threads into the breather seperator and points toward the center of the car. To remove it, you'll have to remove the Idle Air Control valve located on the end of the manifold log. Be aware that you'll have to do at least part of this task underneath the car, and that the IAC valve has antifreeze circulating through it Get a mechanic to do it if you can afford it
Q:people tell me i need to install new valves and valve guides
You might not need new valves or valve guides. Mitsubishis, along with many other vehicles, use hydraulic lifters which give off a ticking sound. They're located between the rocker arm, or in the rocker arm, and the head of the valve. It's very common and will not harm the engine. However, if the sound you're hearing is more of a rattling, like putting some nuts and bolts in a glass jar, you may need to pull the valve cover off and inspect for yourself to make sure that the rocker arms do not have any play to them while they are pushing on the valves. If there is any play in the rocker side to side, you may need to replace those rockers. However, if there is any play up and down you may just need to replace the lifter. To better check if you need new valves or valve guides run through this checklist: Are you burning oil? Have you done a compression test (both wet and dry)? And if so, were the compression numbers within spec? Have you felt a loss in power/idle quality/gas mileage? Is your oil level correct/using the correct oil/non-FRAM oil filter? At your next oil change, instead of using the recommended 5W-30 engine oil, try switching to something a little heavier, such as 10W-30, to cancel out the effect of possible lifter tick. Do not use a FRAM oil filter if you have in the past since they're filters tend to have additives that are unnecessary and may cause the engine harm.
Q:also are those air flow limiting valves safe for the air pump to reduce the flow of air, I have one because the air bubbles are just way too many without one and it scares the fish away
a check valve is to prevent back siphoning of water into the pump if you have a power outage or unplug the pump by accident. I'd suggest checking it by blowing through it the wrong way; if air does pass through get a new check valve (check new ones to be sure they don't limit airflow too much, and that the close in the wrong direction, many are cheap crap and don't work the day you buy them, so check them before you leave the store with it...note: same with thermometers, compare them with each other so you don't get the one that's crap) what you want is a normal air valve, they come in various configurations, one or more valves so as to run multiple airstones and to balance the airflow to each stone or ornament. You should not however just use the valve to limit airflow, as this damages the pump eventually. You can just let one of two valves bleed off a little air; however make sure another check valve is in the line from the tank to the valves or else you risk water coming out of that valve if it's lower than the tank water level.....You may want a smaller air pump or an adjustable one instead.
Q:Where are the valves. And how do I fix it? Will I have to buy anything? I have a 98 Honda fourtrax 300.

Q:I just got my water pump replaced on my Peerless boiler. Now my backflow valve is always dripping. I am unsure if I should cap it off or if the dripping will stop over time. It seems that there is some pressure comming from the vent. What should I do??
The seal may be worn. Call back the company that installed the pump...
Q:I want to put a blow off valve in my car to make it sound cool lol but i dont have a turbo yet ... do i even need one?
look on youtube theres a way but its a very getto way lol. there youtube user name is mightycarmods
Q:Can a dirty or faulty EGR valve cause overheating. My 2001 PT Cruiser is overheating but only on very hot days and when the air conditioning is on. Back flushed and pressure tested the radiator, changed the thermometer, fluid was low but doesn't seem to be loosing fluid since refilled. Check engine light came on and indicated poor air flow through the EGR valve. Is it worth replacing prior to pulling the radiator to check that for the problem with overheating? Mechanic I trust doesn't think the EGR can cause overheating.
This people above do not know much about EGR's which one of the main purposes is to lower combustion temperatures by introducing exhaust fumes into the intake. So yes it can add to the overheating problem. source GM tech
Q:I'm at school reading a mag and all the internet is blocked except yahoo. So i'm trying to figure out what the diff is between 3 angle versus 5 angle valve jobs.
3 Angle Valve Job
Q:Defects in which valves would produce the following?1) SEVERE DEPENDENT EDEMA?2) PAROXYSMAL NOCTURNAL DYSPEA3) CONGESTED LIVER?4) DISTENDED JUGULAR VEINS?5) PRODUCTIVE COUGH WITH FROTHY SPUTUMfor 1. i believe it's tricupsid valve, 2. mitra valve please correct me if I'm wrong. Thaanks!
