Design Features of High-performance pipeline ball valve-reduced bore:

Body of high-performance pipeline ball valve is forged structure.The connection type for body and vice-body can be BB(bolted connection)and WB(welded connection).The WB(welded connection)and the LWB(Fully-welded extended stem)structure isadopted for buried ball valves,as shown below.

)Multi-level structure of the valve seat seal
As shown in Figure4,there are two elastic O-ring in the valve seat ring-ring A and ring B.Sealing ring A spring-loaded through the valve seat so that the sealing surface of sealing ring A tightly fit with ball surface to form an initial seal.When there is pressure in the system medium,the piston force
produced by the piston force produced by the piston effect of size difference makes elastic deformation of the ring A Ershi sealing surface and ball more closely fit the surface to form a re-sealing;meanwhile,due to ring A in the medium resulted in elastic deformation under pressure so that the sealing ring B is also closely fit the surface of ball for the formation of the second stage seal.When the system medium pressure increasing,it will have an enormous pressure in the valve seat ring A and ring B,so that the two seals have a greater elastic deformation,and then the metal valve seat ring surface and the ball surface sealing together to form a third level of metal to metal seal.

)The assisted valve seat sealing equipment
Based on the actual service condition,medium requirement,sealing requirement,etc.,the assisted valve sealing equipment will be considered to be necessary or not.The assisted valve sealing equipment is a one-way valve installed outside of valve body that can prevent medium leakage and can inject sealing grease into valve body by external force.When the assisted valve seat sealing equipment is required,valve seat ring shall be design and processed with injection grove and hole to connect the assisted valve seat sealing equipments.Such equipment can prevent the medium by the sealing of injection of rease.Refer to Figure5 for reference.

Multi-level structure of stem sealing 
Figure6 shows the stem multi-level sealing by adopting"O"ring,flexible graphite and grease injection;"O"ring achieves the first level stem sealing;Replaceable flexible graphite realizes the second level sealing by the compression of packing sleeve and packing flange;And the third evel sealing is realized by installing assisted sealing injection valve to the packing box,and by designing with the injection groove and hole to connect with the stem injection valve,which can inject grease.

Ball valve fireproof design is implementation of the API607,API6FA standards.According to service conditions and user requirements,ball valve can be designed as a fireproof structure.

)Fireproof structure of seat
As shown in figure7,there is composite fireproof ring,which are combined with graphite and stainless steel wire in the seat.Once the soft ring is burnt out in case of a fire,the fireproof ring and seat ring will form a piston structure through the spring to load the valve body.That will push and closely contact the metal seal surface of the seat ring to the body surface,So as to prevent a lot of medium from leaking from the burnt place of the seat ring,and prevent the fire from expending.

()Fireproof structure(body and bonnet)
The seal gasket for bolt connecting valve body and valve bonnet,are used fireproof stainless steel wire and flexible graphite gaskets.Gasket compression load through the bolts and ultimately,ensure the valve body and valve cover between the metal to metal contact,so that the valve can with stand more high load,but also improve the fire safety of the valve.But for the full welded ball valve,the valve body and cover is welded structure,that fundamentally eliminate the possibillity of leakage of the valve housing.Even in the case of fire damage,there will be no leak.

Do you mean Mitral valve prolapse? The mitral valve helps blood on the left side of the heart flow in one direction. It closes to keep blood from moving backwards when the heart beats (contracts). Mitral valve prolapse is the term used when the valve does not close properly. It can be caused by many different things. Most people have no symptoms, but some people have chest pain, a rapid pulse, awareness of heartbeats, migraine headaches, fatigue, and dizziness. In a small number of cases, the prolapse can cause blood to leak backwards. This is called mitral regurgitation. Mitral valves that are structurally abnormal can raise the risk for bacterial infection. Some forms of mitral valve prolapse seem to be passed down through families (inherited). Mitral valve prolapse has been associated with other genetic disorders.

It is complicated, you need a special tool and the shims to do it correctly. They don't adjust like the other bikes.....
Q:The shutoff valve for the hot water under my bathroom sink has a very tiny leak. It is coming from where the turn knob meets the valve.So long as the valve is either all the way open or all the way closed, all I get is a single drop every couple seconds. But if it is anywhere in-between, it is a pretty steady drip.What's the simple/quick fix for this? Replacing the entire shutoff valve is probably not an option because it is an apartment complex.
Any repair is going to require shutting off the water. Buy a matching shutoff and replace the guts or in the case of a compression fit shutoff replace the whole thing other than the ferrel and nut.
Q:If my understanding is correct, in a standard combustion engine as you press the gas pedal the speed of everything increases: the cam shafts spin faster (and thus the valves move faster), the pistons move faster...EVERYTHING goes faster. That sounds like an optimal system in theory, so what is the benefit of having the valves be able to be intelligently out of phase (for lack of a better phrase) with the rest of the system?

Q:school starts tomorrow that means having band and i havent played it in 2 months (summer vacation) and i oiled the valves and the 1 and 2 valves are stuck the 1st valve comes up slowly when i push it down but on the 2nd valve it stays down how do i undo this???? thank you
Unscrew your valve, remove the bottom valve cap, and carefully push out the valve with a drumstick or something. Clean the valve off with a cotton swab and some vinegar, rinse it off gently with lukewarm water, oil 'er up, and put her back in. If you've messed your instrument up to the point where your valve caps are all stuck from lack of cleaning, you're going to have to take it to a professional. Don't force them with a tool or anything or you'll strip them. Haha, good luck. Matt
Q:Hi, I'd like to control a three way solenoid valve like this one:understanding is that an electric current through the solenoid will cause the valve to let air one way while no electric current will have the air flow the other. Is there a piece of equipment like a control box (that can communicate w/ a computer) that would allow me to control the solenoid valve like this? and if so, where would i be able to find something like this....i've googled but no success. Q:I have a 2001 Chrysler 300 m. About a year ago it cut off on the interstate. The mechanic told me my timing belt broke and i had three burnt valves. The timing belt is already fixed, but I was wondering what parts were needed for the other. also what is the estimated price to fix this?
Burnt valves or, far more likely, bent valves. Either way, you'll need to basically overhaul the top end - you'll need to replace the bad valves and the top end gasket set along with any machine work that may be necessary. Estimates will vary greatly from facility to facility and also from different areas. To get a valid estimate for your locality, you need to get local estimates.
Q:2004 R6. Runs really well... never had a problem. Has 24K miles on it. Yamaha calls for them to get readjusted at the 26,600 mile mark. So I have a few thousand more and then I'm gunna have them adjusted.I can already hear them tick especially at idle because when riding, my exhaust is so loud and all you can hear is that and the wind. Anyway, this time will come up before I know it.Just curious... what happens if the valves remain loose? Will it affect performance? How do you they become loose and is it ok to ride a bike with them like that... atleast until the specific mileage when they are supposed to be adjustd?
Loose valves don't actually cause any major problems or damage. The only loss is power and economy. A tight valve is what you don't want. A loose valve opens later and closes earlier than it should, so less air/fuel is getting into the cylinder. A tight valve can burn up because it may never actually 'close'. You won't hurt anything by continuing to ride the bike, but there is absolutely no reason why you should continue to ride the bike without getting the valves adjusted.
Q:what is engine valve timining ?
The valve's are in the head or head's and they need to be lined up with your crankshaft in order for the engine to be in time , if they was'nt in time with the crank they would hit at the wrong time and your engine would be junk.
