As shown in Figure4,there are two elastic O-ring in the valve seat ring-ring A and ring B.Sealing ring A spring-loaded through the valve seat so that the sealing surface of sealing ring A tightly fit with ball surface to form an initial seal.When there is pressure in the system medium,the piston force
produced by the piston force produced by the piston effect of size difference makes elastic deformation of the ring A Ershi sealing surface and ball more closely fit the surface to form a re-sealing;meanwhile,due to ring A in the medium resulted in elastic deformation under pressure so that the sealing ring B is also closely fit the surface of ball for the formation of the second stage seal.When the system medium pressure increasing,it will have an enormous pressure in the valve seat ring A and ring B,so that the two seals have a greater elastic deformation,and then the metal valve seat ring surface and the ball surface sealing together to form a third level of metal to metal seal.

)The assisted valve seat sealing equipment
Based on the actual service condition,medium requirement,sealing requirement,etc.,the assisted valve sealing equipment will be considered to be necessary or not.The assisted valve sealing equipment is a one-way valve installed outside of valve body that can prevent medium leakage and can inject sealing grease into valve body by external force.When the assisted valve seat sealing equipment is required,valve seat ring shall be design and processed with injection grove and hole to connect the assisted valve seat sealing equipments.Such equipment can prevent the medium by the sealing of injection of rease.Refer to Figure5 for reference.

Multi-level structure of stem sealing 
Figure6 shows the stem multi-level sealing by adopting"O"ring,flexible graphite and grease injection;"O"ring achieves the first level stem sealing;Replaceable flexible graphite realizes the second level sealing by the compression of packing sleeve and packing flange;And the third evel sealing is realized by installing assisted sealing injection valve to the packing box,and by designing with the injection groove and hole to connect with the stem injection valve,which can inject grease.

)Fireproof structure of seat
As shown in figure7,there is composite fireproof ring,which are combined with graphite and stainless steel wire in the seat.Once the soft ring is burnt out in case of a fire,the fireproof ring and seat ring will form a piston structure through the spring to load the valve body.That will push and closely contact the metal seal surface of the seat ring to the body surface,So as to prevent a lot of medium from leaking from the burnt place of the seat ring,and prevent the fire from expending.

The seal gasket for bolt connecting valve body and valve bonnet,are used fireproof stainless steel wire and flexible graphite gaskets.Gasket compression load through the bolts and ultimately,ensure the valve body and valve cover between the metal to metal contact,so that the valve can with stand more high load,but also improve the fire safety of the valve.But for the full welded ball valve,the valve body and cover is welded structure,that fundamentally eliminate the possibillity of leakage of the valve housing.Even in the case of fire damage,there will be no leak.

Q: Is it possible for car manufacturers to make 32 / 64 / 128 / 512 Valve Car Engine just like in a PC CPU? The highest valve I saw so far is 16-valve engine. Just asking :-)
There would be no point to having such high valve count. The point of more valves is to cover the cylinder head combustion chamber with flow spaces. Topologically this is pretty well done with 4 or 5 valves. It is very expensive to add the 5th valve so most manufactureres are happy with 4 valves/cylinder. The largest 4valve / cylinder engine in mass production would be the GM/Caddilac Northstar V-8 IIRC. More analogous to your CPU question would be the use of multiple cylinders, not valves. As far as I know, the largest mass produced engines for auto use have been V-12's as found on high end BMW's and Jaguar's. At a given displacement, engines become more powerful and efficient with more cylinders. Go figure, just the opposite of PC CPU's! I'm sure there are large stationary or ship engines that are made with 32 cylinders, maybe more. The largest I've seen though had 24 and was used to generate electricity for a corporate campus. Q: I was diagnosed by 2 places that my 1995 chevy lumina needed a new egr valve due to the check engine light being on. I got a new EGR valve but the check engine light is still on. Evidently there is something else wrong with the car. Since the check engine light is still on would you figure that my EGR valve is still good and that the light comes on for some other problem?
i think your right. I'm not sure but a think your EGR valve is vacuum operated. If so, there is a vacuum solenoid to control the vacuum to the egr valve. There is also intake vacuum to this solenoid. Could be no vacuum to solenoid or a bad solenoid or wires controlling the solenoid. But also could be a completly different problem other than egr. You need to go back to the shop that put on the egr valve and find out why the egr valve didnt fix your problem. And either have them fix it right or get your money back.
Q: I have checked this and ensured that the flow control is turned on. I have also found that:1. Valve works in manual mode2. Solenoid is getting electricity and water seems to be flowing in automatic mode but nothing is coming out of the sprinkler.I am not sure what could be broken as manual operation works and solenoid sems to be working. Any ideas?Thanks.

Q: Around the relief valve there is water leaking it is not the valve it's self or the threads it's around the out side of it. The valve is on top of the heater
If you are sure the valve is ok, it could very well be just condensate. Other than that, the tank itself could be leaking internally and this is the shortest point for it to show up. If this is the case then there should be water in the floor as well. I would replace the valve first as there could be a small crack in the valve body that only shows up under pressure.
Q: okay, so i have a 2003 cr125 that i wanted to trade for a 4 stroke bike, and i found someone with a 2006 kx250f that wants to trade. He said all the bike needs to be running are 4 valves. The bike is in very good condition from the pictures i saw. How much are the 4 valves going to cost if i bring it to a mechanic shop? is the trade worth it? or should i just keep looking? thanks!p.s.- my cr is in absolute mint condition, and i never even rode it because it is just to much bike for me and i am not use to 2 strokes

Q: okay, well, I understand partials. But, on a trumpet, what does each valve do? I mean, I had this idea that each one was a half-step up from the previous...but that's not true. Is there some sort of pattern to them? Does each one have a different purpose?...Please answer as basically as possible. I don't play music very often, and I definitely don't speak brass-ish.
Each valve kicks in that pipe that comes out of it and makes the instrument longer... and lower sounding. #1=1step, #2= 1/2 step, #3= 1 and 1/2 steps. Just add them up to see what the combinations do. Each time you lower it you get another overtone series to play up or down on.
Q: Our water heater (bought in 2007 so still fairly new still under warranty luckily) seems to release water from the pressure release valve quite frequently. Everyone seems to say that it shouldn't do it often and ours probably does it a couple times per day. 2 main questions - 1. Is there really a risk of too much pressure building up and the water heater exploding (that's what the sales guy at Lowe's said) and 2. Any idea what the problem might be/what we should check out?
The valve is called a TP valve. It stands for Temperature and Pressure relief valve. If either the temp or pressure goes over the set amount, the valve opens and releases water. This is a safety feature to prevent the unit from exploding. You may have the temperature set too high on the heater. The valve may be bad and can be replaced for under $15 and 15 minutes work. The valve operates with a spring and sometimes it can fail. On the valve is a plate that tells how much pressure and temperature is needed to operate it.

Q: I have recently been diagnosed with Endometriosis within the last 2 years. I have also had Mitral Valve Prolapse (MVP) for the past 10 years. ... Anyways... I was reading in a brochure for Endometrosis that there is a commonality between having those two diseases. If you know of the reasoning behind this I would be very interested in knowing. Any valve rated WOG (water, oil, gas) is OK for vacuum. Maximum vacuum pressure differential is atmospheric pressure (14.7psi, 101.3kPa, 1 bar). For convenience, you might use a barbed valve which is sized for tubing (See Yahoo! Images: barbed conical gas valve). Any plumbing and heating supply, or commercial cooking equipment supply will have a variety of miniature bronze gas valves to choose from.
