Q:I need to know what and where the exhaust emission system is in a 2005 chevy trailblazer and is it caused from ther being to much oil.
I personally use perlite for my boxes
Q:I currently have flowmaster dual exhaust on my 2004 v6 mustang, its nothing special, but you can here a little bit of a difference from the stock version. I definitely want to upgrade with louder ones, and I‘ve been researching. I‘m mostly seeing this:mac longtubesx or h pipe?flowmaster 40 seriesis this a good combo? just not sure what is the best to geti don‘t know anything about exhaust systems. any info would be greatly appreciated. thanks!
Flowmaster could provide you the sound you're searching for and this is going to be inexpensive than Borla. you're able to even have an exhaust save fab up a Y-pipe for you after which you're able to be waiting to bolt on a GT exhaust in case you opt for on the twin-exhaust look.
Q:if you already have the headers what else do you need for an exhaust system?
The next part is a Hi flow cat then a Sports muffler. Then all 3 work together for better flow.
Q:I have stock exhaust on my mustang. It sounds ok but I want a deeper and louder classic mustang sound. What is the best exhaust system for it?
If you are asking the way to make extra horsepower along with your V6, then you must over size the pipes from the engine again. You can also have to make up the method yourself. Just get some headers which are higher in diameter than your present setup and construct again from there. You could have pipes made that you may put the O2 sensors into, but I believe that they make them for it in over sized diameters. The cat may also need to be greater in diameter as will everything after it. Larger diameter cat-again programs are normal, but you can also need to run glass packs instead of a muffler so as to have ample room where the pipes move simply to maintain them separate. Some states won't allow using glass packs or any alteration to the factory EPA exhaust. When you've got a 3 O2 sensor setup, you simply as well fail to remember seeking to make it a true twin. The 1/3 sensor secondary regulates the opposite two and won't function correctly if it is in a single pipe or the other.
Q:i have a 2007 chevy avalanche lt and i need to know what the tightest sounding, deep, rumbling exhaust system is that makes peoples heads turn and say wow i wish i was that cool. hahaha. Can anyone hook me up?? Thanks (price does kindof matter)
i might use the exhaust gadget from a V8 motor vehicle,a minimum of as various of it as conceivable, hangers and all, each and every nut and bolt of it each and every thing apart from the H-pipe that may not artwork. From a salvage backyard it would be very low-priced,use flowmaster or in spite of mufflers you like. Then have your V6 Y pipe grew to become into an H pipe through a very good muffler save to tournament as much as the V8 exhaust.Or have them in simple terms make you an entire new custom H pipe.this may well be the main worry unfastened and maximum inexpensive thank you to try this.i've got performed it!!!
Q:I want my bike to have a deeper and slightly louder exhaust sound. Something that will not be obnoxiously loud. Should I get a complete exhaust system or buy some slip ons? Which ones will give me the sound I‘m looking for? Also, do i need to re-jet the carbs? Thanks,
If you're just looking for louder exhaust then go with Slip-ons, they will give you the same benefits of sounds as a full exhaust without the hefty price tag. Also with slip-ons you will NOT need to get a jet-kit, only if you were to get the full exhaust. Cobra, Hard Krome, and Vance Hines are the big names out there that all make some nice slip on exhaust. The straight pipes or drags pipes are going to be the loudest. Also the shorter the pipe the louder. Most of them will come with the baffles in (still sounds reallly nice) but you can remove them if you wish you wake up the neighbors in the morning.
Q:What are the causes of the engine exhaust system failure light?
Trioxide catalysis
Q:if i were to just get a new a muffler and exhaust tip rather than spending well over 500 dollars on a nismo exhaust system what would be the main differences seeing that i would get a flowmaster muffler and a borla cover whats the difference in comparison to the complete nismo exhaust system
go with the nismo exhaust. nismo is nissan aftermarket tuner. it properly performance and sound better.
Q:I want to get a F1 exhaust system. I found I video on youtube and I guy put it on his honda s2000. Where can I buy one?

Q:I really need to find out! I am doing a story for my Drivers ED class, and there are no good answers on the internet! And really, I hardly know anything about cars, so if you have to use words such as differential, or muffler, please at least tell me what they are. Thank you! :)
most modern cars today have fuel injection, this is controlled by a computer the fuel injection meters a special mixture of fuel and air into the intake. which goes into the combustion chamber of the engine, as the piston compresses this fuel / air mix, a spark plug fires a spark the mix explodes pushing the piston down. This is what makes the power for the car to move. Each time the fuel and air combust, there is exhaust that is made up of many hot gasses, these flow out the exhaust system usually through an exhaust pipe to a catalytic converter, which is like a small furnace to help burn any unburned fuel particles so that less polluting exhaust gases go from the cat, to the muffler to keep the engine quiet out the tailpipe to the back of the car. The reason exhaust gases go out the exhaust pipe to the back is that the gases have carbon monoxide which is poisionous . If a small leak develops in an exhaust system, it can leak the hot exhaust into the body of the car, which can cause brain damage long term. A small exhaust leak will rapidly get bigger, the exhaust gasses are so hot, they will blowtorch a hole and burn the metal pipe more and more, leaking more hot poisionous gases into the body of the car. Its best to fix leaky pipes,or mufflers before they get really big. Mufflers, rust from the inside out. When you turn off the car, the hot engine will suck moisture into the exhaust system where some water collects in the muffler baffling which is usually metal. Over time this rusts the muffler, until the metal gets thin, and a hole starts to get bigger. well I hope this gives you enough to work with, good luck
