- Q:It says dry clean only, but its stretched out a little and I want it to return back to its first size. If i send it to the cleaners will it shrink back?Basically I‘d like to know what these two materials mean in terms of washing.
- neither polyester nor spandex is shrinkable, not are they dry-clean only?? both will expand, but should retain their shape after being washed.why this is labelled as dry clean only may have something to do with the way they've been stitched up;; you can take it up with your dry cleaner's.esp for someone with experience, like the owner, or manager

- Wadding is made from a synthetic material such as Dacron - the trademark name of a synthetic polyester textile fiber. The function of the wadding is to prevent the cotton pieces from pressing against one another, i.e. to aerate and dry the diaper faster. You can also use old, well-worn terry towels or old gauze or flannel diapers as wadding material in the interior of the cloth diaper you are making.

- Snow Covered gave you an excellent answer! I just wanted to add that I bought all my cloth diapers on Ebay. Once they arrived, I washed them all in a mild bleach solution and they were as good as new. :) (I liked the AIO the best)
- Q:The other 5% is Spandex
- It won't shrink and the color won't run but if you want to keep the white really nice and white, I recommend Shout Color Catchers. It is a box of sheets (like dryer sheets) that you put in the wash and clothes never pick up colors from another garment. You can actually cut them in half to save cost. Any color that comes out in a wash load will be absorbed into the cloth. Have saved many items when inadvertently washed the something of another color that ran.
