- GRRR! Why do people answer questions with no real advice?? ANYWAY Cloth is great! I have used it for both of my children as awell as my youngest siblings (who were born when I was 18) The cheapest system is chinese prefolds with pul covers. Bummis Super Whisper Wraps are the best brand of cover. they have velcro, so no need for pins, just fold the diaper into thirds, stick in the cover and stick it on the babe! DO NOT buy the Gerber or other packages of diapers at Walmart or Target. They have polyester in the middle and are not absorbant. you can find great deals on diaper service quality chinese prefold diapers online. Now, if startup cost isn't a concern All-in-ones or Pocket diapers are a really nice way to go. I like Happy heinys and Fuzzi Bunz, but they run about $15.00 for each diaper. I mostly use these at night, as the fleece lining keeps the baby feeling dry, so they don't wake up from feeling wet. Washing is easy! We use a pail with a lid and a waterproof bag for a liner. Every 3 days or so i stick them and the bag in the washer on hot with a small amount of unscented detergent and some vinegar in the fabric softener dispenser. Then i dry them on high. Super easy!

Round table clothes are more expensive than rectangular because so much fabric is wasted. In most cases, renting is probably best because they take them away and wash them. However, sometimes you can still buy them cheaper than renting. If that's the case, who cares if you end up with dirty napkins and tableclothes? Whatever saves the most money. You can donate the used ones to a local non-profit, sell or loan them to another bride, or keep them for family. Dove Linens (Maryland) rent polyester 90 round cloths for $7.50. Their Imperial Stripe for $12.40, Damask for $15.00, and Sparkle Crepe for $13.40. It just takes some research to see what is the best deal. I'm not sure there is one generic answer to your question.

- Wash in the washing machine, only if you have a front loader. An agitator washing machine may be to hard on this fabric. If you have a top load machine, then wash this cover in the kitchen sink, using warm water and a clear, no dye, type of dish washing soap. Change the water and re wash it, then change the water once again and thoroughly rinse it out. If you have a shop vac, you can vacuum the moisture from the cover. If not, than gently wring the material out and finish removing the moisture with terry cloth towels. Re insert the foam back into the damp fabric and then stand the cushion on end, lean oit on something that moisture will not damage, such as the refrigerator. you can speed up the drying process by placing a fan near by.
