Q:We have our carpet cleaned once a year and after 6 months all the stains are back. A carpet cleaner told me if it was cleaned properly the stains wouldn't return. My carpet is a type of berber, but not the good berber. I have always used steam cleaning. My question is would a chem clean be better. Another carpet place told me probably the stains were down in the pad. Is there a cleaning that would go deep into the pad otherwise I am faced with getting 1200 yards of new carpet. You imput would be greatly appreciated.

my husband lays flooring and just said that once it hits the pad, there's no return. sorry but you are faced with new carpet. good news is, if you live around ga....he may be able to help you out. lol. j/k......try the car cleaning stuff called purple power. i used to detail cars and we used that on the carpet and always has clean brand new looking results. it will no fade or dicolor your carpet either. just go to auto zone and gets some. it' worth a try.

Q:cleaning rugs/my wine/ pets?

If you are going to keep the rugs, then get rid of the messy animals, if you keep the animals then get rid of the rugs. The two do not go very well together. Urine, vomit, feces, what's this world coming to, does everyone keep a zoo in the home?

My thoroughbred gelding, Booey, loves having all his rugs on except one. We won a woollen one for Champion Hack at a show once, so i use it to throw over him while he is tied to the truck at shows. if he doesn't have a cotton one on underneath, he will rip it off and stomp on it. He must find it itchy or something, i only hand wash it in wool mix same as his stable rugs but he HATES it. Maybe the other horses tease him about it and he is embarrassed?LOL.

You should look in the yellow pages for your area for a rug cleaning company that does area rugs. I know of a couple of places like this in San Diego, where you bring in the area rug (any size, really), and they hang it up on a big scaffold and clean it with pressure washers. I don't know how much it costs, but they always seem to be busy. So, it can't be that expensive.

Try 'caramel' as the color for the curtains, and get a rug which has both caramel and a slightly lighter red in it for the floor. You could get a lighter red for the curtains, but I think the caramel (medium gold-tan) would work better. You'll also need some totally contrasting colors, but I'd get those as plants, either living or 'silk' unless you like taking care of the plants.

If it has no value to you, what is the point? Why don't you just go buy a soft rug and turn it into a prayer rug. Stop thinking about what you are praying on and get to the real point! Communicate with GOD! I don't think God cares what you are praying on, but, you don't need to bring in traditions from other religions.
