Hang the rug up if you can and spray it with water and see if you can work the wrinkles out by pulling of them. Good Luck

I know they sell different 'weights' of the pad, but i wanted the thickest possible pad so that it can be very cushy. So, is it possible? I recall you can one pad would be OK, or you can hire a professional carpet installer. I know a company that has provided carpet installation according to your budget.

Don't okorder / this is the best easiest way to keep great looking carpets. You can rent the machine that brushes the product in and then you vacuum it. th machine doesn't cost too much to rent and the results are fabulous. I kept my carpets looking like new for 10 years. When I sold my home people couldn't believe it wasn't new carpeting. Also great for allergies.

Q:I have white carpet and after years of living we have accumulated many stains throughout the house. It always looks dirty! I own a carpet shampooer and use it frequently but a week later the stains resurface and it all looks yucky again. Do you have a good stain pre-treater for me? Or any other suggestions?

The reason this happens is because most of the time the padding is saturated to. What you want to to do is clean the fibers but do not let the water get to the padding. If you have to clean a spot.. make sure you place paper towels on the spot and press till it no longer shows wetness. I use Resolve and spray it lightly and use a clean white tightly rung out. Rub the spot gently , and do it again over and over till the towel no longer has a stain. After you finish, place paper towels over the stain and place a heavy object .. Since it is already damaged , clean the fibers.. don't wet the carpet..padding.. Do not let anyone walk on it till it is completely dry. if you have to designate a space to walk. It might take days even if it is warm. then change the designated area and clean that. do the same.. wick.. imagine a candle , the wick brings up oil.. same happens with carpet..Always vacumn well..You might need to get a dry cleaning solution.. you might just try soap and water...even a little liquid detergent...not too much...it soaps up pretty quickly...i use an old wash cloth with a little water and then add the soap to it....keep rubbing..then add more water if its too soapy...hopefully it will come out....if it comes out to your liking then keep blotting the area with paper towels to absorb the moisture.......good luck what ever method you find...........

Q:My 4 year old cat only pees in his litter box once after the litter is changed. Then he pees on everything! From rugs, to carpet, to clothes left on the floor. We've washed every rug he's peed on, just in case it's a territorial thing, but he just won't stop.

(I wish my cat peed on everything. He prefers to poo on things!) It sounds like the litter you're using doesn't hide his odor well enough for him. He thinks it's stinky in his litter box, and he doesn't want to go there. I know it sounds like a lot of work, but if you have the clumping litter, then try to scoop it out every time he goes, or at least more often than you're doing now. Also, sprinkle a little (or a lot, it's cheap) of baking soda before you put litter in, or just put some in now and mix it around a little. That should kill some of the odor. Good luck.

Hang it on the clothes line and beat it with a stick. You'll be amazed at how much dust comes out.
