Q: I AM GETTING FED-UP! (how often do we hear ourselves yelling this mantra when that Life-long warrantee on the oven means quot;the life of the Productquot;?)I am feverishly shopping to replace the DYSON(r) vacuum cleaner that I bought and used only a few times. - Is this common for Dyson (stand-up) vacuum cleaners to clog-up the air chamber commonly with the dust, debris and whever-else I clean from my carpet?Does the Dyson vacuum technology surpass its predecesor (bags)? - If so, how / which debris SHOULD I clean with this unit so it will work without my having to totally-disassemble the entire unit to wash it out so it will work?: I like the SHARK brand of sweepers today........they make all types and give you choices.......and made light weight which is a good thing. good luck. I like bag less also.......saves on some other purchases.

Q: I have some cordless phones and a vacuum cleaner, both of them don't work (broken). I don't know if I can just throw them in the garbage and they will take them? or maybe there is a place where I can take them to be recycled?Help me please: Call your town department of public works. Depending on where you live they may recycle items like this. My town is supposed to be setting up a program like this. For now we just toss them in the trash.

Q: Are these vacuums really as great as people say they are? Are they really the best vacuums? I've always wondered about them, I may do the 30 day trial some day, but I'd like to find out more about them first.: Orecks are decent vacuums, but you have to understand their not as powerful as other vacuums because they have a small motor which allows them to be so lightweight. But overall a good vacuum.

Q: everytime i turn my vacuum cleaner on ,my dog gos nuts starts barking and trys to bite it, ?? why they do that: They don't.. Dogs that haven't been socialized to the vacuum or a dog that has been teased w/ a vacuum might act like that. Normal well balanced dogs don't do that. Edit : The vacuum does not hurt their ears, most of my dogs love to be vacuumed.. The rest of them just lay there and make me vacuum around them... 10 dogs and none of them are afraid... Hmmm... None of them are death.. It MUST be that they are socialized well and well bred, well balanced dogs who have no ridiculous fears..

Q: HOLA! i have one of those kirby vacuum cleaners. Unfortunately i'm out of filter bags or vacuum cleaner bags. I don't want to buy online so can someone tell me where i can buy them. Like walmart or sumthin. They have to be kirby bags, nto just any old vacuum cleaner bag. THANKS: I have to purchase my Kirby bags at the local VAC shop. Q: I'm really confused i have a dry vaccum cleaner there is filters inside to protect the dirt entering in to the motor , so i'm thinking of a wet so how this work when water enters the motor does it damage? or it is working like a water pump? if so how the suction all work ?: You can remove the filter to vacuum up water. There should be a float ball that plugs the air passage to the motor if water gets too high in the canister, and prevent water from entering it. Good Luck

Q: how many brands are there except Shark navigator?have u tried them? are they really easy?: The okorder /... I believe that Hoover originated the lift off design a few years ago. I've not used this one, but I have seen it kicking around warehouse retailers when was first released. To be honest, I think that the lift off canister design is far more hype than actually useful - regardless of the brand name. The theory of a smaller, portable vacuum is good, no doubt, but having to carry/hold the vacuum in one hand while you operate it with the other kind of defeats the purpose.

Q: Does dog hair ruin vacuum cleaners? And if so, what do you recommend for pet hair control?: Oh yes I go through at least a vacuum cleaner a year. Feed Nutro ( its the only dog food in America that guarantees less shedding, and it does). Proper grooming as well is very important

Q: I'm going to college and I have a little apartment by myself with beige carpeting. I don't have a vacuum, but i do have a swivel sweeper. Can I use clean-then-vacuum cleaners? Or isn't it powerful enough? And, if not, what could I use to help keep my carpets cleaner than they currently are?: I never liked those dust buster on a stick things or the sweepers that just pick up things like popcorn kernels. I was stuck with no vaccuum and sweeping the living crap out of the rug with my corn broom (stiff bristles) did a presentable job until I was able to inherit a hand-me-down vacuum from a neighbor. Make sure you put the word out that you are needing a vacuum and not above hand-me-downs.
