FAQ of Cast Steel Check Valve:

Q1:I can’t find the type of steel check valve which I need. what can I do?

The chart above only lists out some common composition of steel check valve parts. We may provide other different parts material composition according to the customer's request or the actual valve working condition.

Q2:Which certification do your products pass?

  Our products are in accordance with ISO 9001ISO 14001API 6AAPI 6DTS CEAPI607/6FA/BS6755.

Q: Full Bore ball vale and Reduce bore ball valve have diferent with each other ,I want to know about them.
Ok, so, a Full Bore (Full Port) ball valve basically will have the same size bore opening as the pipe connection. For example, if you have a 2 ball valve connected to a 2 pipeline, a full-port (full bore) ball valve will also have a 2 opening. This allows for the maximum flow of the media being processed through the valve. Conversely, a reduced bore (standard port) ball valve, will restrict the flow of the media passing through the valve. If you looked through the valve opening, you will actually see the bore of the ball is smaller in diameter than the rest of the valve itself.
Q: My sprinkler valve I just put in leaks from the top knobs you turn to allow water to pass through to the 3 main pvc pipes. I turn the water on on the main water line, open the little black twisty knobs to allow the water to pass through to the irrigation lines, but water leaks out through all 3 black twisty knobs. What do I need to do?!?!?!
I have been given the equivalent line from our water application while the strain valve broke and blew up our water softener it is the 1st concern on the line from their tension regulator. fortuitously, it has a lifetime insurance yet their plumber urged me that it incredibly was once the duty city on account that of the strain regulator which they admitted to being at fault as quickly as they replaced it.
Q: I bought a plastic ball valve from Lowe's just a couple days ago and it is stuck, I haven't installed it in anything but it wont budge without a pair of channel locks. I tried wd-40 but still nothing, should I return it or keep working with it? and if I keep working what should I try?
=== take it back and get another valve .... if it doesn't work freely in your hand then the valve will be a problem if you install it ---- working with pvc you should use the purple glue that is waterproof and it is a good seal and no leaks when you have
Q: What is the functional difference between the following:1. Blow Off Valve2. Dump Valve3. Bypass Valve4. Diverter Valve
My Dive save gave me the prospect to aim on the I3 interior the pool. Any sturdy dive save could. that's high priced kit which you will have for an prolonged time. It needs to in good condition authentic and paintings for you. besides, cooperative dive shops benefit a lot greater in a satisfied customer than they lose by applying letting you are trying on the BCD. I for you may t walk right into a dive save with out popping out with greater kit. LOL
Q: Where are the valves. And how do I fix it? Will I have to buy anything? I have a 98 Honda fourtrax 300.
Valves make a ticking noise due to: -normal wear -faulty lifter -faulty valve spring
Q: 1992 Ford Crown Vic, 102K, burns oil, no blue smoke, no leaks. My first thought was a valve job. Any other possibilities? Suggestions? What about an approxitmate cost for the valve job? Thanks.
before that replace the breather and the pcv valve you wouldent nead a valve job but valve seals and you would know if ther bad by if it blows smoke when you first start it, how much are you burning a quart is almost normal on most cars inbetween oilchanges
Q: If I buy one of those Presta valve adapters can I just screw it on and leave it on while I ride? Will I lose air pressure at to fast of a rate?
I own a 1998 Bandit 1200S. These bikes have inherently noisy valves. As has already been said, loose is much better than tight. You can run with loose valves for a while without any major damage resulting (unless the screw comes out of the rocker and lodges in an oil passage...very rare) If you don't hear a clicking then the valves are tight and major damage can occur. The Bandit does not have shim under/over bucket. The valves can be adjusted with a $10 tool from Suzuki (or one can be made for a couple of bucks). I adjusted my own, as a novice mechanic, and it isn't that difficult however you should synch the carbs after the service which requires a $30 - $100 set of gauges. Don't forget the feeler gauges either. Along with the Suzi tool, Guages and new gaskets from Suzuki you should have a shop manual or haines manual that will describe the process as well as appropriate tools like a torque wrench. This can also be time consuming for a beginner with many pit falls along the way and you have to measure with the engine cold, that means at least 24 hours since the last start up. The long and the short...You can ride it for a while and (most likely) will not have a problem.
Q: I have a 2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT.I just replaced the EGR Valve yesterday, and disconnected the battery to reset the code.My old valve was nasty and loaded with carbon and the valve wasnt even opening. As soon as I drove it out of my driveway with the new valve I IMMEDIATELY noticed the difference, as it was back to normal and felt like the car moved quick again without the knocking. But after about 20 miles, the light came back on [the car is still running perfect].Today I went to Autozone and had it scanned, and sure enough, code P0403 came up as EGR Valve Circuit. He cleared the code out, and I drove to a nearby store, and when I came back out and turned my car on, the code was back AGAIN.What's the problem? If you have an idea of something else that I should check, please give me an idea of where it is located.Thank you.
Check all your vacuum hoses for cracking or leaks
Q: Exactly what is an EGR valve where is it located?
It does not help warm the engine. It is shut off at idle, and opens as some others have said when cruising. If it opens at idle, it will cause the engine to run rough.
Q: One of my valves leaks a small amount of water through the valve and into the water line. why would it leak and what do i have to do to fix it. the valve is a rain jet valve. i would like to fix it without having to remove it from the valve box. inside the valve box there are 8 valves and they are glued in and i dont want to have to remove all of the valves and box.
It depends on the type of leak. I recently had a leak (mea culpa four-pronged fork) and I was able to fix it by mounting an original hose clamp around it. If it is big you can use more than one hose clamp and perhaps a sheet of rubber or a part of the original hose in combination.
