1. Structure of Safety Valve Description

Hydraulic Surface Safety Valve - SSV is designed to quick closure due to a pipe leak or burst, equipment malfunction, fire, or similar emergency. The Surface safety valve (ssv) is normally closed, pressure needs to be applied to the actuator to compress the spring and open the valve.

The pressure needed to keep the valve open can be provided with a simple hand pump which, in an emergency, is bled off on the rig floor. However, a more sophisticated system called an emergency shut down (ESD) is recommended because it allows the actuator to be activated remotely.

We designs and manufactures hydraulic actuator and slab gate valve, assembled safety valve with consideration of optimal safety and economic. The available safety valve sizes from 1-13/16" through to 7-1/16",of pressure rating from 2000psi to 15000psi.

2. Main Features of Safety Valve

1) Fitted  with a valve-opening indicator
2) Designed with the relief valve
3) Designed with the plane thrust bearing structure
4) Designed with the meal-to-meal sealing structure
5) Fitting with the valve stem sealed by using some special material made lip-shaped packing
6) Made of high wear-resising& corrosion-resising materials, both the valve core and bean are durable
7) Designed and manufactured strictly in accordance with API Spec 6A ,ANSI and NACE MR-0175 standards.

Q:It's filling up a 5 gallon bucket roughly ever 9-10 hours. It was leaking with an old valve and has been replaced, and after being replaced it didn't stop. The temperature has not been adjusted higher or lower, it's exactly where it was for the year before the leak started. Any ideas?
You might want to check the water pressure in your home. If it is too high, when the water is heated it expands and may exceed the pressure setting of the TP valve. You may need to lower the incoming pressure or install an expansion tank. Good Luck
Q:i wanna know the role of TOP ENTRY in this definition it's difference with side entry valve.

Q:Hey Guy! So I Was Thinking About Buying A 93 Honda Del Sol For $1800, But The Guy State That It Need A Valve Job Now Im Not To Sure What Is A Valve Job Is And How Much It Would Cost... So Please Help Me Out... I Really Need A Car :-/If Needed I Live In South Of California
honestly u prolly shouldnt get the car if he says it needs a valve job, cause he prolly doesnt know waht he is talking about, and if it needs a valve job that means it needs new valves so it may not be worth it valves let air in and out of your cylinder, the intake valve opens to let air in, the piston rises creating pressure, the fuel injectors add gasoline to the air, the spark plug ignites to explode the gas/air mixture, the exhaust valve opens to let the ignited gas/air mixture out. that is the basic works of that part of the motor a valve job is having the sides of a valve ground to allow for better air flow and to seat better against your head
Q:I think on old AC units They had a different valve than the shrader. It might be called a king? Anyway, I can't get my gauge to read the pressure. The needles don't move at all. How can I measure, refill this type of HVAC?
no offense, but i'm a little concerned that you have gauges and the knowhow to check freon, but dont know about different types of service / access valves.apply any advice at your own risk......anyway,,if you remove the large cap that covers the stem of the service valve you need to [ with gauges already connected] turn the stem clockwise to open it so your gauge can read the pressure,[ they make a special service valve wrench for this purpose,an adjustable wrench usually will work, but be careful not to strip the square end of the stem if its old and doesnt want to turn],,only turn the stem one or two times around,,DO NOT keep turning it clockwise until it stops or you will close the valve off....when finished checking with gauges,be sure to turn stem counterclockwise until it stops turning,,then you can safely remove gauges..if you remove gauges without turning stem counterclockwise, the the freon will blow out of the valve when gauges are removed,,not a pleasant experience,, be sure to where gloves and goggles, esp if you arent used to doing this......dan
Q:How do you know if you need a new EGR valve or if you just need to clean it?
You obviously had a parts store diagnosis so maybe you should ask the person that put the idea in your head that the EGR was a problem for the answer. Did you know that an EGR code can be caused by numerous other problems.
Q:Hi guys, my parents had me install a new faucet in their kitchen sink. It works great and everything, but after the install the hot water pressure basically decreased greatly. The cold water pressure is fine, but I believe after I had turned off the hot water at the shutoff valve, something in the valve got messed up and is blocking the water supply.

Q:Where is the mixer valve on a '94 Dodge Caravan with a 3.0 V6 engine?
which valve are you talking about, fuel injection is mixed automatically with the air and fuel ratio through the injectors,i hope that was what your talking about, good luck.,,PS i don't think a 94 model uses a mixing valve,if it does have one on it it will be before it goes in to the firewall in plain site.
Q:For instance, I am buying some new tires that don't have the valve stems on them, so could I remove my existing valve stems from my used tires onto the new tires? Is this recommend at all? Is it safe? Is it possible? Can this be done? why or why not? thank you.
I am having some problems understanding your question. Valve stems go in the rim not the tire. It is always advisable to replace the valve stem when replacing tires. Be more specific an we can give you a better answer.
Q:I have adjusted the valve clearance twice, I still have a noise on the #2 cylinder intake. What might be causing this?
Assuming that you have adjusted the valve clearance properly, there are still a few other things that can cause valve noise: a) cam lobe wear as already mentioned, b) valve sleeve/guide wear c) wornout/necked valve stem d) wornout rocker arm (lobe or sleeve) e) wornout rocker arm shaft f) weak valve springs
Q:Is it possible for car manufacturers to make 32 / 64 / 128 / 512 Valve Car Engine just like in a PC CPU? The highest valve I saw so far is 16-valve engine. Just asking :-)
:-) Good one! But in case you are serious, number of valves makes sense when connected to the number of cylinders. When some ford puts 16valve decal on the trunk it's completely meaningless because for a 4 cyl engine it would constitute 4 valves per cylinder, for an 8 cylinder engine - 2. So far, the highest number of valves in standard vehicle has been 5. PER CYLINDER. Reasons: 1. enough, 2 - technological.
