- I have 2 skins/rugs I bought in New Zealand and I have washed several times. I used Woolite, Cool water, gentle cycle and low heat on dryer. I dried for about 20 minutes and then hung them over a line until dry. I then put back in dryer on air dry. Used a hair brush, lightly, to fluff up.

- Ask the Home Depot people, too, cause they know all the latest stuff, but that Resolve worked for me with other stains. If you ever drop something like that again (a dry powder), vacuum it up first. Then, use the carpet stain remover. good luck.
- Q:We have an area rug over a carpet, no rubber underlaying, it's just a rug over a carpet. The rug is starting to curl/crease/wrinkle in the middle. Why is that? It was a fairly cheap rug. Is that why? Or because we have nothing under it but carpet? Something else?
- May be the quality, may be spot with most traffic area or . . probably too thin of an area rug. The thickness and weight of an area rug would stay flat better. You may need some sort of padding, or something stiff that you can use two sided tape to stick to back of area rug. Cardboard may work but then the area rug would have a slippery 'backing' and may not stay put.

- I can't imagine that it would be true... but it would probably differ between insurance companies.
