If the tire says M+S with no symbol, its a all year tire. I also knos that some all year tires wont even say M+S. I have 2 tires that dont have M+S. All the tire says is 185/65 R14 86T. - M+S means Mud and Snow, these tires are designed for offroad and/or winter conditions. the 185/65 R14 86T is your tire's size and speed rating, it has nothing to do with the tread. it's not a good idea to drive with snow tires in warmer climates, they burn up very quickly.
