A: Yes, currently, we’re available for DIY stores all over the world.
Q: Where do I have to send pumps for service?
A: You must send them to the CNBM PUMP Service Point or, after contacting Customer Care, to the CNBM PUMP service center in China.
Q: Are your pumps acid-proofed?
A: To choose the right pumps for chemical applications, we do need further details on hydraulic operations as well as on the type, concentration and temperature of the liquid.
Q: Can your pumps mount Eff.1 motors
A: Currently, only on request though this will shortly be a CNBM standard.
Q: Are your pumps protected against dry running?
A: No, unprotected centrifugal pumps are not generally designed for dry running. It is important to give us or your dealer as much information as possible about the system in which the pump is used. Inlet pressure, the type of liquid to be pumped, together with relative density, viscosity and temperature, for example, are required in order to allow CNBM to recommend the right pump with the right gaskets for a long operating lifetime.
Q: How can I get trained on CNBM products?
A: Yes, we provide training courses in our factory (products, general and specific pump technology, hydraulics, and practical applications). Please consult your sales manager or get in touch with our headquarters for more information.
- Q: we changed the water pump in the car and now the horn sealtbelt light on the dash board and the speed aumator are not working what is the problem?
- on some makes of cars there is a wire clip off the manifold that you would have to unclip to get the water pump out and when you reinstall it it is easily looked over to make sure the clips where put back in the right way or fully sitted go back over and i bet that is your problem
- Q: What's the difference between a cold water pump and a hot water pump?
- Cold water pump refers to the pump can be transported below 80 degrees C temperature liquid, known as cold water pump, between 80 degrees C to 120 degrees C, the temperature of the pump is called hot water pump.1, the characteristics of hot water pumpHot water pumps IRG hot water pump which is based on ISG and ISW centrifugal pump series on optimization designed, especially IRG type hot water circulating pump consumption, because the pump adopts a vertical motor is installed in the upper part, and a short frame between the pump and motor, not because of a mechanical seal Water Leakage phenomenon the motor inside the water inlet of the motor burn, but also in the IRG based on the design of the hot water pump mechanical seal in high temperature hot water pump maximum temperature by external tap water cooling device can reach 240 DEG C.2, the characteristics of cold water pumpSeal packing seal or mechanical seal rubber material Ding Qing cold water pump commonly used, the most common packing pump is IS single stage single suction centrifugal pump of the pump is also one of the earliest water pump products, because the filler itself requires liquid cooling and lubricating the pump temperature as the only 80 degrees, and packing seal cold water pump and dripping phenomenon has pollution to the pump body pump base and the surrounding environment, this kind of product has been ISG and ISW centrifugal pump series products replaced, ISG and ISW series of cold water with mechanical seal it has no water leakage phenomenon, and is directly connected with the impeller structure used in the the shaft of the motor, the noise and vibration above is obviously better than that of the old type of IS series cold water pump this kind of pump products commonly used in air conditioning water cycle with so called air conditioning chilled water circulating pump.
- Q: Assuming that my water pump standard flow is 20m3/h, tolerance value requirements is + 8%, then is not traffic 22m3/h is not qualified?
- Only half a year after graduation. Professional stuff is forgotten...I can't help you...
- Q: How much is the flow rate of fire hydrant and spray shared water pump?
- Fire fire water is superimposed, at the minimum, the lowest 5L/S automatic spraying fire hydrant, light danger level 13.9L/S, the least is 18.9L/S, but the data is useless, the data are not spraying fire hydrant, concrete analysis of high-rise buildings like the dangerous level according to the calculation, the general design, the concrete building needs the high-rise building minimum 20L/S, automatic spraying dangerous level according to the general 30L/S, 50L/S need to flow
- Q: I was wonder if there is a water pump in the out drive, my boat is overheating we are think it could have something to do with the water pump
- The water pump is located in the outdrive. You should see a screen area on the lower end where the pump is loicated. I would guess the impeller needs to be replaced. You should stop running the engine 'till it is fixed.
- Q: gould water pump model Jo5n
- Any pump that works deep, will work shallow. Just make sure it doesn't pump enough water out of the well so it is not in water while it pumps. It depends on being in water for its cooling. Jet pumps, submersible pumps will work no problem. With the jet pump the motor is not in the water. So it would work in shallower water. The difference between a deep well pump and a shallow one is the shallow pump uses a vacuum to draw the water up out of the well. Where a deep well pump pushes the water up from the well.
- Q: We lost power during the hurricane, we have well water. the power went out and we lost water also, what are the procedures to bleed and restart a goulds pumps c48a93a06 water pump?
- 1. you are going to need at least a couple gallons of water in a bucket to re-prime. 2. look for a plug at the top of the pump and remove it. 3. pour water into the plug opening, filling up the pump as much as you can. 4. put plug back in so at least one thread is grabbing. by doing this it will allow air to escape and won't be spraying water everywhere. it is also a good idea to keep your hand on the plug. 5. turn on electricity to pump. 6. when you start to notice pressure re-gaining tighten up the plug so it does not drip. It is also a good idea to have an outside tap on to get air out of the lines. Another thing is, it is a good idea to shut off water to toilets and washing machines before re-starting pump because small debris have a habit of clogging them up. When your pressure is back, drain your toilet and cold water line to your washing machine, flushing all the stuff out until you see nice clear water. Hope I helped and good luck.
- Q: I have a leak coming from the water pump that flows down on the side of the AC compressor before landing on the ground. I cannot verify exactly where the leak is coming from on the pump, but I am sure it is the pump leaking because it also sounds bad like rattling. My question is do I have to remove any other components, such as the AC compressor to be able to remove the water pump. I would be great full for any suggestions.Regards,Steph
- 1. Disconnect the Ground Cable. 2. Drain the Coolant. 3. Remove Fan Shroud. 4. Remove Fan Visco Clutch. 5. Remove Radiator Hoses and Thermostat Housing. 6. Remove the Serpentine Belt, pay close attention to the path of the serpentine belt. Suggestion draw a diagram as to it's path, before removing. 7. Remove the Water Pump Pulley and Power Steering Pulley. 8. Remove the Tension Adjuster Mechanism. 9. Loosen the Power Steering Pump and move it to the right a little. 10. Remove the Water Pump, and you're done. Tools Needed .... A nice Stereo, plenty of Beer, and a couple of friends to keep you company. Good Luck !
- Q: My mechanic said I have a very small coolant leak and that in the future I might need to replace it.He said I should keep an eye on my coolant level.Anyone like to comment on how how a quot;small leakmight develop into a quot;major leakthat needs to be urgently addressed? He also said that to replace my water pump, he would charge $400. Is this expensive?(I have a 1996 VW Jetta)
- the water pump has a small weep hole on the bottom where it will leak small traces of coolant/water. this is an indicator that the seal inside the pump is going bad. it can go from a small leak to leaking like a cow pissing on a flat rock at anytime. if this happens the motor will overheat and you might find yourself stuck on the side of the road. the estimate sound reasonable and does it include the tax and everything?
- Q: The water pump is bat on the car I have. I have the part but I need to know if I should have someone install it for me or could I do it myslef. I heard it the timing may be messed up after the pump is in
- It is a pretty big deal. Essentially, the timing belt has to be replaced because the pump is driven by the timing belt. It would be crazy to put the old belt back on unless there is less than ten thousand miles on the belt. For the same reason it is common practice to replace the water pump when replacing the belt. If you are going to do it yourself get a hefty impact wrench - 450 ft-lbs minimum - even if you have to rent it. Loosening the crank bolt by hand is a Herculean task and my 500 ft-lb impact struggles. Always use non-silicate antifreeze in your Honda. Silicates can cause the water pump seal to fail early. If in doubt, get the proper stuff from the dealer. I believe it is premixed, but in case my old mind is playing tricks always dilute antifreeze with purified water.
