Q: Why do vacuum cleaners have lights on the front, do they expect you to vacuum at night?
So oncoming vacuums can see them coming easier. Seriously, it's probably so when you're vacuuming under or behind something where it is darker than the rest of the room, you'll be able to see and also if you come up on something small that you might not normally see without the light, you may be able to avoid vacuuming it up.
Q: ok so i was cleanin my room today. i ran the sweeper under my desk and my comp froze and crashed and the screen looked like a video game when it crashes. and i rebooted it and it was fine. and i ran the sweeper under my desk again and same thing happened. but its fine when i'm not running the cleaner under my desk. wtf does that mean? do vacuum cleaners emit somekinda fequency that comps just dnt like? it never happened at my old house and when i had win XP. i have win 7 now.
I was going to say the same thing that Jim said. The vacuum cleaner is pulling too much current from the outlet, starving the computer for power, causing the shut downs. The system memory is probably losing power, and because computer memory is Volatile Memory, whenever power is removed, whatever data it is storing is lost. Q: Are you afraid of vacuum cleaners?
I was when I was little. I once had a dream a vacuum cleaner was moving on its own and chasing me. haha.
Q: Does any store sell steam cleaners that you can use yourself instead having someone else come to your home every time you need to touch up the floor?
Just to let you know about steam cleaner vacuums. I do cleaning as my side business while my kids are at school. I have found that if you live in a pristine house then they work very well. But if you live in a house like a normal person then they are serious hard work. Everything has to come off the floor and it can leave a watery marks (not permanent) on lino. I found that they also don't let you get into the corners at all. Just so you know.
Q: What is the mean of Vacuum cleaner?
The pressure drop behind the fan is the same as the pressure drop in the straw when you drink the drink. The pressure behind the fan is lower than the pressure outside the vacuum cleaner, that is, ambient pressure. This creates suction in the vacuum cleaner, which is part of the vacuum
Q: Do any ladies have an old vacuum cleaner that they would love to part with? I'm looking for some older style soft-bag uprights if possible. What style/color do you have? Thanks!!
none, haven't used those in yrs a have a whole house vac, system go to s used store or swap meet, they may have some cheap.
Q: You can sell 800 vacuums for $100 each. For every one dollar you increase you can sell two fewer vacuums. For example, if you charge $103 you can sell 794= 800-2(3) vacuum cleaners. If you charge 98, you could sell 804= 800 + 2(2) vacuum cleaners. How much should you charge to maximize revenue?
You are on the right track. We can find a linear equation to predict the number of vacuums that will be sold at any given price. At $100 it is 800. At $103, it is 794. Think of this data as two points on a line. The points are (100,800) and (103,794). Find the equation of the line. y=1000-2x. The Revenue generated is the number sold * the price. y is the number sold and x is the price. R=x*y=x*(1000-2x) R(x)=1000x-2x? R'(x)=1000-4x The critical number is when R'=0 == 1000-4x=0 == x=250 So, it looks like we should charge $250 per vacuum. Is this really a maximum? R''(x)=-4. The Second Derivative Test tells us that our value is a maximum. This makes sense. The revenue function is a parabola that opens downward with a vertex at (250,125000), The price is $250 and the revenue is $125000.
Q: .......towards vacuum cleaners and hair dryersWhat can I do!?!?I've had her for 2 years and I tried to rehome her a year ago because I moved to a place that didn't allow pets.Well the people brought her back so now I am having to keep her secret from my landlord. But she is aggressive towards vacuum cleaners and hair dryers now!!!She ripped our vacuum cleaner apart. Tore off the hoses and the filters. One day I was hair drying my hair and she came running into the bathroom and howling, she snatched the hair dryer from me and started biting and chomping it.She's never acted this way before, what can I do??She's not aggressive to animals and is very timid around people and other dogs. She's not food aggressive and she's very intelligent. But now we have to replace our vacuum and we have to lock her in the back bedroom when we are vacuuming and she will tear down the door and rip up the carpet trying to get to it. She acts this way even when the vacuum is not turned on so we have to lock it inside a closet.
Um first of all do not put her on her back. No dog likes that. Pitbulls are aggressive dogs. I have had one and my uncle has had one. Both of the dogs were wonderful dogs once they got older and were finally trained to become nice animals, but they both still showed a lot of aggressive quite often when playing or even just showing affection. There was never any tricks that we learned to calm them down other than to give them big rope like toys that would last a while to play with. You also have to remember though, she is only three months old and is entering her teething stage. It will only get worse and worse for about a year. You need to start training her right now though. Dogs are like humans and learn the most and the easiest when they are babies. If you wait to long she may never learn.
Q: Professional House Cleaners only Please answer question about Commercial Vacuum cleaners?I have a house cleaning business, we clean 2 homes a day and after buying 14 vacuum cleaners in the past 2 years I am done with spending money on vacuums that don't hold up or are 2 heavy or have so many filters to clean that you spend your evenings doing that. Does anyone have any suggestions on what vacuum we should buy? Just like you the house's we clean have an array of flooring, wood, tile, oriental rugs, carpet. Please help with your experience Thanks!!
As a landlord/building maintenance manager we used many different units, but the longest lasting was the Oreck. It's light, powerful, and easy to maneuver. In twenty years, I only bought two of them.
Q: Can anyone please help me! I am soooo serious here...I have purchased two vacuum cleaners and they both SUCK. Bissel allergy one with the canister that you empty...It does not vacuum well at all, I can pick up stuff off the carpets better that the that. And then I bought a eureka vacuum from costco, not only is it hard to push, 4 months the screw came off the handle and is in the vaccum itself.....It is supposed to be industrial, and it is with a bag....and NEVER ever have I seen such scrap....I have new carpets so that is not the problem here...I also have pets....I do not want a tyson 3000 or whatever they are called...although they say they are good, and after what I have spent in these 2 vacuums I should have bought the tyson...So any suggestions or what you like would be appreciated...I am just fed up with picking up JUNK :PThanks you all..
I okorder /. It reviews multiple brands and manufacturers. I have two toddlers and two labrador retrievers and the Kirby cleans great and doesn't need filters. The bag is the hepa filter! Good luck
