Drawn Cup Needle Roller Bearing :
The outer ring of drawn cup needle roller bearing is punched with the high-quality steel sheet. The outer ring has thin wall.The drawn cup needle roller bearing has the characterstics of small radial section area, large load carring capacity ,less inertia and economic manufacture. It is suitable for small section heght, or when the housing bore isnot used for raceway , this type is recommended to use .The bearing is assembled into the housing bore under a certain pressure without fu rther axial location.
The draw up needle roller bearing generally takes its shaft diameter as the internal raceway .However , the proper LR type inner ring can be used in accordance with application condition.
The draw up needle roller bearing has two structures-with retainer and with full of needles. They are are divided intoopenend type and close-end type. The structure with retainer has the single seal ring and double seal ring .The structure with full of needles has a large load carrying capacity.

- If your bearings are dented, there is nothing that can be done about it. Either suffer with the wiggling until the bearings fail, or replace them.

- It really depends what you want the bearings for and what you want them to do. Might I suggest ceramic bearings, or perhaps needle roller bearings. Perhaps taper bearings would be good or those that will run in a vacuum with no lubrication. I've always found traditional bearings to be good up to 175 mph in wheels.(not a cycle wheel.) :-)

- No they are sealed bearings.If you have a bearing noise the most simple way is to buy a hub/bearing assy.NAPA can get them alot of the time when you got a noise up there its not the bearing,its the axel/C.V. joint.If the boot is ripped open it prabably needs a axel.The bearings don't fail nearly as often as the axels.

(clean them once a month) never put water on bearings (rust) or wd-40 don't over tighten the wheel nut (should be a bit of play) 1) remove shields 2) to clean them out, use a solvent like acetone, Gumout? carburetor cleaner, pure isopropyl alcohol, or denatured alcohol 3) dry with a can of compressed air 4) add a drop of speed cream 5) clean shields with paper towel and place back on read all instructions if you buy these things
- Q:i was just wondering how many ball bearings like the ones from skatebords i could jam into my eurethra. iveed other things like beads and small seeds but i was just wondering if ball bearings felt as good and if they were easy tto get out. im really strugling here guys please help i dont want to hurt myself.

- Yes it will make them go faster and longer provided you don't let them rust again and grease the once in a wile. Bone Red Swiss are good but generally all Bone Reds are good.
- Q:i just bought a new set of bearings and put some lubrication on 'em. but when i put them in my wheels and spun them they make a little grinding noise. i don't know if this is normal or not but any help would be appreciated.
- Do your bearings still have their shields on? You might want to pop those off to let the excess grit out rather than trap them in there to create some sort of build up. It could also help to ride them again since lubing up bearings basically resets them to a new state, in which case you just need to simply break them in again. And like other posters have mentioned, Bones Speed Cream is a great recommendation for bearing maintenance. Bones have been making other quality skate products for a while now, so I'd definitely go with what they have to offer rather than something else that wasn't made primarily for skating.
