Needle roller bearings are roller bearings with cylindrical rollers that are small in diameter. In spit of their low cross section, needle roller bearings have a high load carrying capacity and are therefore extremely suitable for bearing arrangements where radial space is limited.The outer rings of this needle bearings and bearings case are interference fitted without axial fixed settings. The effcient capacity can be maintained even if in the condition of high speed and huge loading capacity.

MBY Bearing Technology Co., LTD has all kinds of needl roller bearings, including K,K...ZW,HK,BK,HK...RS,HK...2RS,BK...RS,NKS,RNA49,RNA48,RNA69,NKI, NKIS,NA49,NA69,HFL,CY3X, F, NAG,CF-1-2B,CF-2-SB etc.

Product Applications:

Needle roller bearings are mainly used in car engines, transmissions, compressors, cranes, etc.

Q: does cold or hot temperatures cause skate bearings or any bearing to spin faster?
It depends on the type of lubricant in the bearing. At higher temperatures the viscosity of the lubricant will be such that it moves through the medium faster. Higher temp, faster.
Q: I have a 98 Jetta GL and my left rear shock absorber has begun leaking fluid in the past month or so. I have also had issues with the bearings wearing out, so I had them replaced less than 2000 miles ago. But now these newly installed ones are giving me the telltale signs of going-to-crush-soon. Could a failing shock absorber cause uneven wear/premature failure of my rear wheel bearings? I know that the bearings were installed packed correctly. Also, on the hub assembly the nut that goes on just before putting in the cotter pin tends to loosen after about 50 miles of driving. I continue to tighten it, then back it off slightly but the problem still occurs. This occurs on BOTH rear wheels. I am at a loss for what can cause this. Help! Thanks!
If you disassemble the rear wheel bearings wash them out and wipe them clean I think you'll find your problem. Once wheel bearings are packed with disc brake grease, snugged not tightened, wheel spun by hand spun and castle nut backed off, there's no need to ever screw with them again.
Q: i want to grease my bearings but i have no idea how to take them out... and i do want to break them or ruin them...how do i do it???
Is if for a sk8teboard wheel? if so use your trucks and put the wheel on one end of the truck and wedge/pull it out. It should pop out pretty easy. to put it back in you put the bearing in place and use the one end of the truck again and just push it in.
Q: or witch hazel? im just looking through my cabinet and seeing what i have....
i cleaned my bearings yesterday and i used an air compressor to knock the dirt off then i spin my wheels as hard as a can and apply WD-40 while they spin, then i spin the wheel for bout 10-15 seconds so it sets in wipe of access then ride! ( do this for each bearing and or side)
Q: I took the ABEC 5 bearings out of my normal recreational blades and put them in my aggressive inlines that had ABEC 3's in them.they r all oiled great and before i test them i want to know the difference between them.
Abec 5 bearings are manufactured with a higher standard of precision than abec 3 bearings. Pretty much, with the abec rated bearings, the higher the number the higher quality of the bearings.
Q: Hi, the question is; A fish swims 2km from point A to point B at a bearing of 30 degrees (measured anticlockwise from due east). It then travels due east to point C for 1km.a) Determine the distance the fish is from its starting point.b) Write vector AB and BC using vector units i and jI drew a diagram, and am completely stumped! thank you in advance! guidance in the right direction is also fine! I just have no idea where to start!
using compass bearings: (2,60°) + (1,90°) = (2.9093, 69.8961°) - - - - - - (2,60°) = (1.7321, 1) - - - - - - (1,90°) = (1, 0) - - - - - - (1.7321, 1) + (1, 0) = (2.7321, 1) - - - - - - so: a) 2.9093 km b) (1.7321, 1) and (1, 0)
Q: hello, i had a oil leak in my car witch ended up in a seized engine, i have taken the sump off and taken off the bolts of the conrods and the shells are very damaged, it seems i can now turn over the engine when the conrod bearings are removed, if the conrod bearings are damaged does this meen that the shells on the main crank bearings will be damaged aswell? would it be possible to replace these bearings without removing the crankshaft, also one of the conrod bolts is a little bit rounded off , how would i take this of and could i buy new bolts ? thanks
No shortcuts here. The crankshaft needs to be turned to accept new oversize bearings (if it's bad enough you may need a new or used turnable crank) and the con rods should be reconditioned. Basically a whole bottom end rebuild but it would be a mistake to not rebuild the head(s) at the same time.
Q: We need them for a science fair project but we don't have time to buy it off line. do you know any stores ? please answer. Thank you :)
I think Ace Hardware sells them. Or try a hobby shop.
Q: I need a new board. What is a good deck, trucks, wheels, and bearings. I'm thinkin an element or girl. What's ur preferance.
we could see... For a good deck i could verify out Plan B, ZooYork, or 0 they are all 3 enormously good manufacturers. For vehicles u have the two Silver or self reliant, i think of Silver is extra valuable yet it rather is my opinion. For bearings i could decide on the two Bones or FKD observed blade. For wheels Bones could be a good purchase as for grip tape u can the two verify out mob or verify out Torey Pudwill's new kind referred to as Grizzly Grip even with the shown fact that it in basic terms got here out at the instant so it rather is not consumer-friendly to discover in shops!
Q: what are bearings on a fishing reel?
the bearings are inside of what ever on the reel rotates... what they are are little circles with greese and ball bearins inside of them and what they do is first off act as a lub and second the allow whatever it is taht you are using rotate more freely and smoothly
