The outer ring of drawn cup needle roller bearing is punched with the high-quality steel sheet. The outer ring has thin wall. The drawn cup needle roller bearing has the characterstics of small radial section area, large load carring capacity ,less inertia and economic manufacture. It is suitable for small section heght, or when the housing bore isnot used for raceway , this type is recommended to use .The bearing is assembled into the housing bore under a certain pressure without fu rther axial location.
The draw up needle roller bearing generally takes its shaft diameter as the internal raceway .However , the proper LR type inner ring can be used in accordance with application condition.
The draw up needle roller bearing has two structures-with retainer and with full of needles. They are are divided intoopenend type and close-end type. The structure with retainer has the single seal ring and double seal ring .The structure with full of needles has a large load carrying capacity.
Product Applications:
Needle roller bearings are mainly used in car engines, transmissions, compressors, cranes, etc.

- Q: I have inline skates manufactured by K2, I need new wheels, and maybe bearings, I noticed that non-brand names are cheaper, are most common types of inline skate wheels and bearings interchangeable?
- Yes, okorder . For 80-84mm wheels, the zero drag wheels are really fast rolling. He sells kits with wheels and bearings (you still need your bearing spacers or can buy new ones from him). If you have questions, send him an email. I know Bob personally. He is an avid skater (other than that his business taking up time when he could be skating) and is knowledgeable about his products from both a skating and his engineering background.
- Q: I heard that gas makes skateboard bearings go fast and go a long time. Can you do it with sealed bike bearings? If so, how long should it soak?
- I fail to see how gasoline would make the bearings have less friction. Sealed bearings are just that, sealed and as such would not be effected by a soaking in gas. Go visit a store that only specializes in bearings for cars, trucks etc. and chat up a fellow at the parts counter for some info. about bearings and perhaps you'll be a bit better informed on the choices available to you in your quest for more speed from your board.
- Q: We just got a 98 cavalier and it makes a sound when we make a right turn. It also make the sound when we drive straight but you can barely here it. We were told by a family member that the bearings probably need greased. How do you do that? DOes it sound like the bearings to you? Thanks
- fantastically much anorexic. whilst i replaced into 5'0 and ninety 8 pounds and interior the wellbeing midsection for something else, they asked mom if I ate. in any respect. She suggested sure, like a horse, yet I exercised continuously.
- Q: I forget hot to change the bearing s in my hockey skates, and what skates/bearings would be best for missions?
- First, you need to know which size of bearings you have. Most skates use 608 bearings which are about 7/8 outer diameter. Many hockey skates come with 688 bearings which are 5/8 outer diameter. You can use the other size, as long as you replace the wheels and bearing spacers at the same time. The other thing you need to know is which axle size you have. 6mm axles are about 1/4 and 8mm axles are about 3/8. For 6mm axles, you push the thin edge of the spacer so that it pushes the far bearing out the other side of the wheel. For 8mm axles, you have to pull the near bearing our towards you. The easy way is to use a bearing tool or 1/4 socket handle to roll the bearing out. Much easier to show than describe. Any quality bearing will be great.
- Q: I have a 96 ford ranger with manual lockouts ive seen people say u need whole assembly for 2000 and up but when I look for it I can find any that will fit mine
- The 96' has regular taper bearings but it matters when getting the bearing you have to specify if your Ranger has the Dana35 or the Dana28 axle. NOTE: The 00' Ranger does have the Hub assembly style bearings.
- Q: here's a link to rush hybrid bearings
- dude you know what you need, rush all weather bearings. i got them, and 2 days ago, my board fell in the POOL!!!!!! the whole board sunk! my board is ok amazingly, it was in their for almost like, 2 minutes(its longer then you think), and my bearings are still workin brand new.no rust or anythings. their water and rust proof, their awsome too!!!! but get the rush hybrids if you dont get the ones i just told you about lol. sorry for the whole story ****.
- Q: I was wondering which bearings are faster, and which last longer with good care, independent 5's, or regular reds bearings. Thanks!
- Reds bearings are better I used to skate them and loved them but it is really worth spending the money for bones swiss or super reds.
- Q: A ship is sailing through the water i the English Channel with a velocity of 2 knots along a bearing of 157 degrees. The current has a velocity along a bearing of 213 degrees. The actual velocity of the ship is the vector sum of the ship's velocity and the water's velocity. Find the actual velocity.Ok so i understand how to do the actual problem, I just have no idea how to convert the bearing degrees into standard form so i can do the problem. I looked at my teacher's review and she gave the standard form for the bearing of 157 degrees as 293 degrees, and the 213 degree bearing as 237 degrees. Well I looked at them and found that the both add up to 450 degrees which i thought might be the solution, but I looked at another problem that had a bearing of 60 degrees and standard position of 30 degrees. Thanks for any help in advance.
- true bearing is a navigational angle. it is oriented such that 000 is at due north, and it increases clockwise. a mathematical angle is oriented so that 0 is at due east and it increase counter-clockwise. as a result, the relationship between the true bearing and a mathematical angle is A1 = 90 degrees - A2 where if A1 is the navigational angle, then A2 must be the mathematical angle, or if A1 is the mathematical angle, then A2 must be the navigational angle. That's why bearing 157 degrees = 90 - 157 = -67 degrees = -67+360 = 293 degrees and bearing 213 degrees = 90 - 213 = -117 deg = -117+360 = 237 degrees === so as long as you convert bearings into mathematical angles, then you can resolve vectors into (x,y) coordinates using the standard transformation x = r cos(t) y = r sin(t) where r is the magnitude of the vector and t is the mathematical angle. otherwise, you have to use x = r cos(90-t) = r sin(t) y = r sin(90-t) = r cos(t) where t is the bearing
- Q: So, we have a map and we have to draw a cruises route on the map.The place where I started from to the line I drew is 15 degrees east from true north on a compass. The magnetic variation is 11 degrees east. Does that mean the compass bearing is 4 degrees east from north?I'm probably totally wrong. What's the true bearing? I'm confused :(
- I am confused too. You will get a good answer if you ask this in a different section e.g Homework or Mathematics.
- Q: Convert bearings to azimuths?A) 195° 58' B)146° 11' C) 167° 23' d) 278° 59'and explanation on how to convert would help a lot too!
- In marine navigation, a bearing is the direction one object is from another object, usually, the direction of an object from one's own vessel. In aircraft navigation, a bearing is the actual (corrected) compass direction of the forward course of the aircraft.
