It is suitable for small section heght, or when the housing bore isnot used for raceway , this type is recommended to use .The bearing is assembled into the housing bore under a certain pressure without fu rther axial location.
The draw up needle roller bearing generally takes its shaft diameter as the internal raceway .However , the proper LR type inner ring can be used in accordance with application condition.

- Q:I want to ride in the rain and not destroy my bearings, so should I get Bones Red Ceramics? They're a bit expensive, but oh well.1. How often do I have to clean them?2. For free-riding and downhill, should I switch to regular Red bearings?

- Q:well i was thinking about how FKD has all the good skaters for them like Lutzka, Ortiz, and P-Rod. So are they any good
- well bearings dont really matter to me, i just use abec 3s. i suppose they would be pretty good
- Q:Hey guys my differential bearings are worn out, could they be the cause of the loud noise i hear whenever the car is turned on, when im at a stop, in neutral or in gear the noise doesnt go away, its not the muffler either or flex pipe as they were both replaced. Also whenever I let off the gaz pedal at rpms from 1500 to 3500 the car shakes back and forth, could it be because of worn out differential bearings? engine mounts were changed so i know its not that. Thanks in advance! Car is a nissan altima 2000 manual.
- IF IT STILL MAKES NOISE AT A DEAD STOP ITS NOT YOUR DIFF BEARINGS. how can they make noise if they are not moving? does the noise go away when the clutch peddal is pushed in or does the noise change sound when applying the clutch? if so then you got a throw out bearing gone bad. that is part of the clutch. if it shakes bad on take off then your flywheel is probably warped im guessing your clutch is wore out to. sounds like you need to see a technition and get it checked out. sounds like its clutch time
- Q:my skateboard is really squeaky but im not quite sure how to grease them....(another thing the bolts on the wheels are sort of loose...are they supposed to be like that or are they supposed to be tight??)
- take the bearings out of the board and submerge them in a cup full of oil for a day...Take them out the next day and use your thumb and undex finger to hold the middle and force it to spin....eventually theyll be awsome
- Q:1973 buick centurion. posi rear.
- given the fact that the bearings are 35 years old and should have a good amount of mileage, i would. you are going to have the rear end apart for this any way. save your self the time and money for a second tear down. if the bearings were replaced prior to this, hmmm, i would still save face and replace them. it seams like any time you disturb one part to replace another, that first will start to act up.
- Q:This may seem like a stupid question as I am just learning to skateboard.I bought a brand new complete board with abec 5 bearings and they seem quite stiff. Am I suppose to oil them before I ride or do they eventually loosen up as I ride? Also I took the riser pads off because I heard it makes it easier to learn to ollie, will this help me? I have 51mm wheels so I dont think they will rub against the board. Thanks for your help.
- spray a little dwi 3 oil on them.
- Q:I lubed my bearings, loosened trucks, loosened my wheels, now I hear a rattling noise, wheres it coming from? Its a longboard. The wheels are made of like a rubber substance, so I dont think the problem is inside the wheels. The noise sounds metallic, so Im guessing the noise is coming from the outside wheel bolt, or the top cup washer. Can anyone experienced or knows the answer help me out? Im an amateur Please help me out. The sound gets annoying to me and my friends when i cruise.
- Do you have bearing spacers??? They go inside the wheel between the bearings. They allow the bearings to be tightened all the way without messing up the bearing.
- Q:I was just wondering if getting ball bearings for the Traxxas Rustler is a good idea and if it would save batteries. I have a Traxxas Slash (which has ball bearings) and it lasts longer with the batteries
- I assume your Ruster is (or was) an XL-5. You really need to get bearings because bushings are a think of the past. They keep the car from going very fast, hence getting better run times. Now you have choices. You can get the stock Traxxas VXL Carriers/bearings bearings, RPM Carriers/Traxxas Bearings, or STRC Carriers/bearings. I would NOT get the stock Traxxas VXL carriers, and it your tight on money get the RPM carriers with Traxxas Bearings. I would FOR SURE get STRC carriers, and these come with bearings for only $15-20 each. Don't forget about steering blocks. Good luck with your Ruster and Slash!
- Q:OK, so our ball bearings on our 2003 Hyundai tib went out pretty bad!! We bought new ones from auto zone and replaced them, within a week the bearings were destroyed again, so we brought our car to the base auto shop. The told us the bearings we bought were bad. They replaced them and we just spent $405 for them to replace them, put a new tire on and to do an alignment. We picked up the car monday! It is now only Thursday, 3 days later and the car seems to be making a grinding sound like it was before the 1st time the bearings went out. What are the odds we got 2 bad bearings? We do know that eventually the axle needs to be replaced but 2 mechanics have told us that it will be months before it NEEDS to be done! I just don't understand. The car is in fair condition and worth around 3,9500 as a trade in. We will prob. just trade it in soon bc it's not worth it. Has anyone else had this problem!??
- They probably didn't pack them if they are the rear bearings, the fronts are BCE-type and are sealed requiring no lubricant. If they guarantee their work take it back so they can make it right. If you are shopping for a new car don't bother trading it in, take out a craigslist ad and sell it cheap as a mechanic's special needing work. Hyundais turn into junk after they're paid for, don't buy another one. Look for a Toyota.
- Q:I was going to repack my wheel bearings on an older trailer for the first time. I didn't even need a wrench to take the nut with the codder key through it off. Is this normal? There is no way the nut could have loosened before because the codder key wasn't bent or anything. should I reassemble the bearing with the nut being slightly loose like it was? Thanks for any replies....
- 100psi on a torgue wrench on your wheel lugs. On the nut that has the codder key, it just has to be tight enuff to slide the codder key thru. The key will prevent the nut from falling off, and then you bend the ears of the codder key, so it does not slide out. Use a new codder key as the old one may be rusted or may have been bent too many times.
