Operations Conditions
1. The medium temperature should not be over 60oC, the density 1200Kg/m3, and the pH value within 5-9.
2. During running, the pump must not be lower than the permitted lowest liquid level.
3. Rated voltage 380 V, rated frequency 50 Hz. The motor can run successfully, only under the condition the deviations of both rated voltage and frequency are not over ± 5%.
4. The maximum diameter of the solid grain going through the pump has not to be larger than 50% of that of the pump outlet.

- Q:My Camry is overheating and I am assuming it is the water pump. I already changed the thermostat and that was no help. When I turn the heater on to cool off the engine, it blows cold air or the temp of the air outside most of the time and seldomly hot air. I bought a water pump, but I am not sure if this is something I can do?

- It is not always an either or as to choice of prime mover. I have seen small town water well pumps where availability was critical. They had the pump fitted with an electric motor for normal operation and a gas engine with a clutch to use if the motor failed.

- I have seen them just let go and start leaking water usually from a weep hole located just under the shaft. I have also seen the pulley get wobbly and start throwing belts. if it is not leaking but you are not circulating water through your system then you probably have a clog ( did someone add stop leak?) or the thermostat is not opening. If you are suspecting the water pump because of overheating it probably is something else. Start with coolant and thermostat.

- Yes you can have a weak pump. They wear out after awhile. but before replacing the pump, make sure that you don't have any blockage in you hoses. A partially blocked hose can make it appear like your pump is not working well and cleaning a hose out is a lot cheaper then replacing the pump.

- Your okorder /... Aside from the thermostat, it could be the coolant temperature sensor. I don't know how mechanically inclined you are, but a quick check to see if it is the thermostat... Let the car get to operating temperature, pop the hood and squeeze the upper and lower radiator hoses. if the top one is hot and the lower is not; its your thermostat. As far as your AC goes, did it suddenly start blowing hot air? Do you hear squealing when you turn it on?

- Parts are inexpensive depending on make and model, Labor is what gets you. I'd say your looking at about $150.00 to $200.00 for water pump. Less than that for thermostat.

- Never get a dealership to work on your car unless you're not paying for it. Get a good garage to do it for you instead. If you're mechanically inclined you might be able to do it yourself, but im not sure how hard it is since it sounds like your timing belt powers your waterpump (just makes it more difficult, whereas my car has a separate belt that powers my WP). Otherwise you got a honda engine in there it sounds like, so it's not going to be insanely complicated.
