Q:comfused about certain rugs and fleeces?
It is not going that any animal might discover a human rug lovely if they'd the way to make the sort of acquire. The enchantment of animal rugs is most of the time the suppose of the fur. Very few folks have ample frame hair to furnish any resemblance of the identical feeling. I feel so much animals might select a hairy rug. If a special animal prefered to have a gentle epidermis rug, then human epidermis maybe lovely however, I doubt that as good. I don't feel human epidermis is thick and immense ample to make a first-rate feeling gentle rug or leather-based.
Q:Cat scratching my oriental rugs!?
Move the rugs and get a scratching post. Put the cat in a different room.
Q:Baby safe carpet flea killer!?
Rigorous vacuuming will be the best approach. Things that may be non-toxic to your baby are not going to be good for your kitten. For instance, boric acid is considered a non-toxic approach, but if it gets on your kitten's paws, and your kitten washes its paws (which it will do), it is toxic. But you can get some boric acid or diatomaceous earth, and suck some up the vacuum after you clean. That will work on any fleas in the bag that may have survived the trip through the vacuum.
Q:Will it look ok if I put a cream rug....?
Hi Laly, my own Trial and Error is where my answer comes from. I had tan carpeting in the living room and added an off white area area rug. I did have it placed in front of the larger sofa. It did not visually work for me. I had no coffee table or anything that held it down again, visually speaking. I would suggest that you throw a sheet folded to the approx size of the area rug similar in color on the floor prior to making a purchase. And see what your opinion of it is. It does work visually if you have a coffee table, this will hold down the lighter rug when viewing your room. Happy decorating!
Q:big folds on a big area carpet rug?
Do you have a thick carpet pad beneath it? A good carpet pad will prevent a rug from creeping and creasing. Rotating the rug periodically will also help.
Q:I need Help With Rug Sizing?
all you have to do is take a flexible measuring tape, put the start of it in the middle of his chest, go around the widest part of his body, aroiund the point of his butt, and to the center of his tail. whatever the measurement is, that's the size you need. if the rug doesn't come in the size, go up the next bigger size they have. i'd guess roughly a 66 inch rug for the welsh.
Q:How to get my carpet clean?
You get your so called friend to take responsibility and clean it. Or give you money to rent a carpet cleaner.
Q:beige walls, dark carpet?
Try a soft buttery yellow (unless your room has north-facing windows, in which case, avoid yellows), or a light green (think plant green, not sea green). Apricot or peach are also options. If you use a blue wall colour, your room could become overwhelmingly blue - and while white has its place, from what you've described, I suspect that white will give your room a slightly industrial quality - not really what you're looking for! To coordinate your living and dining room, think texture instead of colour - use the same colour in both spaces with different textures (don't be intimidated, there are plenty of easy paint finishes out there that look great. . .your local paint shop can provide you with instructions). Alternatively, find a colour you like in your living room and use a related shade in your dining room (as a rule of thumb, go lighter in your living space and darker in your dining room). Finally, before you commit to a colour, get a sample can from your paint store, go home and paint a spot on the wall (about eighteen inches square) in a nice, visible spot. Live with the spot for a few days and see how it looks (remember to prime under and around it, if you currently have a dark or very different colour). If you don't love it now, you never will (and you'll have to pick a new colour) but at least you won't have to repaint the whole room! And don't panic if you don't get the first one right - even the pros make mistakes (and they spend years learning to visualise colour).
Q:nail polish on carpet..??
Carpet You can find a lot of good clever hints from the Hints from Heloise sites. Here's your answer to the nail polish on the carpet problem. 1. Carefully blot up excess polish. 2. Using an eye dropper, apply a small amount of acetone to the stain. 3. Blot immediately. 4. Repeat Steps 2 and 3 until no more stain is removed. 5. Using a clean white cloth, sponge the stain with a dry-cleaning solvent. 6. Blot until the solvent is absorbed. 7. If the stain remains, apply hydrogen peroxide. Use an eyedropper to apply the peroxide directly on the stain. 8. Sponge with cold water and blot dry to remove the hydrogen peroxide.
Q:How do you remove installed carpets?
using a utility knife, pull the carpet up from the wall and begin cutting it in managable peices puling the carpet up a yoititu cut into
