Design Features of full welded forged steel ball valve

The body of ball valve is full welded, selects high quality forged material, and adopts the advanced forged forming technology to form two semi-spheres which are welded into a whole in the middle of the body. This welding technology differentiates the ball valve form others, and makes the valve more spherically,so the valve structure is more compacter, lighter and stronger.Besides, the middle direct welding realize highly accurate valve body manufacturing, makes fully and completely sealing between the seat and ball. The full welding instead of bolts completely avoids the outside leakage,so ball valve is the ideal product for under-ground,offshore working platform and under-sea equipments.

Adopting fixed plates or trunnion to support the ball

The top and bottom of the ball is supported by upper and lower fixed plates or stem and trunnion, and the ball is accurately placed in the center of the ball valve to achieve complete seals and precise movements. When plate adopted, the force exerted by the medium to the ball is distributed via the plate to the left and right bodies,so that the stem does not bear the blending moment from the medium, but only the torque from the ball rotation during the opening/closing of the valve. The low-friction PTFE Teflon composite bearings installed between the ball axis and fixed plate and between the stem and the trunnion can absorb ball moving action caused by the pressure of the medium. This structure brings stable actions and easy operations for the ball valves, and the required operation torque can be reduced,so smaller actuators can be used, and the cost is cut down.

ball valve seat is floating structure, means the seat can move along the medium direction,so that the seat can fit against the ball all the time.
Double piston effect structure seat of full welded forged steel ball valve
Seat design is special double pistons effect structure,it can ensure the seal wherever the medium flows into the ball valve.

Seat multistage seal strucute of full welded forged steel ball valve
As following graphic instruction,on seat bearing ring, set two soft sealing rings(A and B)and metal sealing spherical surface which can seal with the ball.Seat ring A is spring loaded, which seals the surface with the ball tightly to the surface to form an initial seat; When there is pressure generated from medium, the piston force is generated to make seal ring A elastically deformed and seal ring B fit the surface of the ball surface due to the piston effect caused by area difference, thus the second seal forms. When the medium pressure is rising. It will generate huge pressure to seal ring A and seal ring B,so the two seals have a greater elastic deformation, then metal seal ball surface compact with ball surface to form the third level of metal to metal seal.

Secondary seat seal device of full welded forged steel ball valve
As the above graphic instruction, the secondary seal device(seat grease injection valve)can be chosen according to the actual working condition, medium requirement, seal requirement, etc.Seat ring grease injection valve is a one-way valve, installed on the body, which can prevent the leakage and inject grease under the outside force. When secondary seal is required, there is a grease injecting channel and hole on the seat ring. The grease can form a seal between the seat and the ball, and then stop the leakage.

The chart above only lists out some common composition of steel check valve parts. We may provide other different parts material composition according to the customer's request or the actual valve working condition.

Q2:Which certification do your products pass?

  Our products are in accordance with ISO 9001ISO 14001API 6AAPI 6DTS CEAPI607/6FA/BS6755.

Q3:How can I place an order?

The only one thing you should do is to tell us the sepecification about type quantity and  mode of transportation, then we will send you quotation within 24 hours.

Q: can you spray WD-40 on it so you can turn it off?
Shouldn't be toxic. But I'd try just working the valve back and forth to see if I could loosen it.
Q: Ok so I have a Honda Civic 97 lx and what happened was that when I did an oil change the next day the car started over heating, the car only had pure water and no coolant, the over heating part happened during noon when I was driving on the freeway the next day and not the night I made the oil change... After that I decided to put 50/50 coolant but the car still over heats, a friend told me that I probably needed to do a coolant system bleed, I try to do it but I couldn't find the bleeding valve or bleed screw... can anyone pls tell me where that valve or screw is located, I discovered a sort of valve that is covered by a black rubber cap , its next to the engine I don't know if that's what I'm looking for.....

Q: The water won't drain around my outside shutoff valve. The faucet at the valve is not dripping any water. Could it be underground problem?
i don,t understand your Question.
Q: I couldn't get a name off the valve as it sits. It has a leak on the top plate and i'd like to replace the valve plate as opposed to cutting the whole thing out and replacing.
i have seen many types of valves on an everyday basis. and i havent even seen one like this. its most likely a cheaper knock off brand valve. you have enough room to replumb a new one in quite easily. if you do not have enough room right before the valve to just cut it out, cut the pipe on the other side and unthread the valve from the threaded fitting. then buy some fittings and pipe and replumb it. you have a lot of room to work on it. i doubt you will find the same valve to part it out with. use either a Hunter valve or a rainbird valve avoid toros, orbits, weathermatic, and lawn genie parts. good luck and just take your time.
Q: is it possible to check valve to piston clearance with out taking the heads off? I want to buy a bigger camshaft for my 351 windsor stock pistons with 1970 heads. cam is 230 duration (280) and 512 lift
289 bored to 351? Maybe possible to STROKE it to 351, but I've never heard of it. I have heard of people running that much lift with stock springs, but I wouldn't recommend it. It's easier to change the springs with the heads off, so you might as well pull them and check clearances with clay.
Q: Where is the Canister vent shut valve located on a 2003 honda crv
2003 Honda Civic P1457
Q: Ok guys I have a 70 4 bolt main 350 40 over. I have a lunati 292 cam 230 at 50 degrees. 480 lift. The kit says 1.5 rocker ratio. No valve adjustments needed. I just boight edelbrock aluminum heads summit number 5089 64 cc with 185 intake runner . And comp cam roller tip rockers. That say 1.52 ratio. All my decks on the engine and heads are stock not shaven. I have speed pro pistons with .125 dome. Im using standard felpro gaskets. Ok my question is will standard lenght pushrods work for this build. They are 7.794 length. And will my piston head clearance be ok cause of my domed pistons. and do I need to find rockers that just say 1.5 ratio to make this work or are 1.52 the same. Thanks
Only way to be sure is to put clay on top of a piston and turn the engine over by hand and then measure the clearance on the indentation in the clay.
Q: just picked up my test results from cardiologist and I see it says: Assessment: 1+ tricuspid valve insufficiency and 1+ pulmonic valve insufficiency Aim 19 years old this test is a year old. (Never went back to the doc to get them until now) the reason I went back is because I feel a slight discomfort in my chest from time to time. Is not pain just discomfort that I get from walking moderate distance or lifting 20+ LB things. Please help
well ill expalin in laymans terms to help you understand it says that ventricles are slightly inefficient in pumping blood to the parts of body, you are advised to go to your doctor with your new test results, because health is wealth and prevention is better than cure. it may be due to less amount of oxygen reaching heart it may result in bradychardia and CHF... do see a cardiologist soon
Q: My mother is 40 and is going in on the 21st for an aeortioc valve replacement. We are so stress on deciding between what type of valve she should have to get. please help. please include things like costs and medicines and anything else that will give us more info.
I okorder /... okorder and I will answer from my personal experience. The only difference in her surgery and mine is that they are replacing her aortic valve and I had my mitral valve replaced. Oh, I forgot to add about costs, depends upon State you live in. Here in NC my surgery in 2003 was about $60,000 to $70,000 (but I did have insurance and I only ended up having to pay $2,500. I was in the hospital for 9 days also.
Q: I have just been diagnosed with a Mitral Valve disorder. The Doc's notes say Trace Center Regurgitation. Also Trivial Tricuspid Regurgitation. In simple terms, what do these things mean, what causes it, and how do you treat it?
If there is regurgitation but it's minimal, you likely have little to worry about. Mitral Valve disorder is commonly known as a heart murmur. Many people have them. It's only when there's regurgitation involved that it becomes more complicated. Since yours is trace and trivial it definitely requires investigation. At some point they may want to do a repair of the valve or a replacment but that depends on the degree of regurgitation. Regurgitation simply means that the valve does not close properly when the heart pumps out blood. It is the abnormal leaking of blood from the left ventricle, through the mitral valve, and into the left atrium, when the left ventricle contracts, i.e. there is regurgitation of blood back into the left atrium. Treatment will depend on the severity of the regurgitation so it's something you'll need to discuss with your doctor/specialist.
