Design Features of full welded forged steel ball valve

The body of ball valve is full welded, selects high quality forged material, and adopts the advanced forged forming technology to form two semi-spheres which are welded into a whole in the middle of the body. This welding technology differentiates the ball valve form others, and makes the valve more spherically,so the valve structure is more compacter, lighter and stronger.Besides, the middle direct welding realize highly accurate valve body manufacturing, makes fully and completely sealing between the seat and ball. The full welding instead of bolts completely avoids the outside leakage,so ball valve is the ideal product for under-ground,offshore working platform and under-sea equipments.

Adopting fixed plates or trunnion to support the ball

The top and bottom of the ball is supported by upper and lower fixed plates or stem and trunnion, and the ball is accurately placed in the center of the ball valve to achieve complete seals and precise movements. When plate adopted, the force exerted by the medium to the ball is distributed via the plate to the left and right bodies,so that the stem does not bear the blending moment from the medium, but only the torque from the ball rotation during the opening/closing of the valve. The low-friction PTFE Teflon composite bearings installed between the ball axis and fixed plate and between the stem and the trunnion can absorb ball moving action caused by the pressure of the medium. This structure brings stable actions and easy operations for the ball valves, and the required operation torque can be reduced,so smaller actuators can be used, and the cost is cut down.

ball valve seat is floating structure, means the seat can move along the medium direction,so that the seat can fit against the ball all the time.
Double piston effect structure seat of full welded forged steel ball valve
Seat design is special double pistons effect structure,it can ensure the seal wherever the medium flows into the ball valve.

Seat multistage seal strucute of full welded forged steel ball valve
As following graphic instruction,on seat bearing ring, set two soft sealing rings(A and B)and metal sealing spherical surface which can seal with the ball.Seat ring A is spring loaded, which seals the surface with the ball tightly to the surface to form an initial seat; When there is pressure generated from medium, the piston force is generated to make seal ring A elastically deformed and seal ring B fit the surface of the ball surface due to the piston effect caused by area difference, thus the second seal forms. When the medium pressure is rising. It will generate huge pressure to seal ring A and seal ring B,so the two seals have a greater elastic deformation, then metal seal ball surface compact with ball surface to form the third level of metal to metal seal.

Secondary seat seal device of full welded forged steel ball valve
As the above graphic instruction, the secondary seal device(seat grease injection valve)can be chosen according to the actual working condition, medium requirement, seal requirement, etc.Seat ring grease injection valve is a one-way valve, installed on the body, which can prevent the leakage and inject grease under the outside force. When secondary seal is required, there is a grease injecting channel and hole on the seat ring. The grease can form a seal between the seat and the ball, and then stop the leakage.

Q:Offcourse temp control valve controls temp, and pressure control valve controls pressure....and so on. I am wondering, what are the mechnical differences in the valves body and how are they operated in terms of process control.
There okorder /
Q:-air pressure of 40 psi only -run on 12v or 250 vac-no need for half open or any of the options i just want it on or off-it will be for a costum use so i dont need any special designs for it any thing will work -it also can be change from gas to water if
With okorder and buy one on-line for about $25 and get it in a couple days. Look for thermoplastic valves rather than brass ones, you will save a lot of cash that way. And by the way, if this is really for costume use, you really do not want to use 250vac. That will fry your butt for sure. Stick with the 12vdc.
Q:My 3rd valve keeps getting stuck when i play it, i have valve oil, but its just not working, help please
There are several possibilities. You may have buildup on either the valve or the casing. Cleaning it thoroughly should normally remove it, but every once in a Blue Moon it pays to take it in and have it professionally cleaned. They can inspect it at the same time and tell you if you have a bend or a ding in the casing. Sometimes they are really hard to spot, especially if they are hidden in one of the crevices of the detail work. A really good repair person can stick a scope down there and tell you if you have some kind of blockage in just a few minutes. The only way to really clean inside the casing yourself is to get a good bottle brush that fits inside with just a little bit of resistance. You should really get someone to show you how to do it the first time because you don't want to go scraping up the insides. There is one other possibility that is kind of rare. Sometimes you get some gunk up under the valve button and it sticks when you push it down. You should normally be able to see this just by looking underneath however. Best of luck and I hope you find your sticking point and are able to set it free.
Q:I have a mountain bike that my brothers left me. the tire in the front is a normal s valve, the one in the back is a presta valve. now this was ok because it was fully pumped up, but then it popped on the road, so i got a new tire ad put it on and was all ready to pump it up but when i tried to pump it no air would go in. so i looked at it a while and i figured out the top unscrews, so i unscrewed it and put the pump back on and started pumping, but after a while i figured out that no air was going in the tire and now i'm very confused.
You have to re seat the pump nozzle and try again. Sometimes you have to push down on the valve to unseat the stem, it gets stuck fast and wont let air in.
Q:The hot water shutoff valve to the washing machine was dripping. I removed the packing nut and put in new packing over the weekend. Problem is that the packing nut seems to only go back on at an angle no matter what I do...it may have already been that way though. The valve isn't currently dripping, but I'm not liking the way the packing nut only goes on at an angle. Would it be crazy to keep the existing valve if I keep an eye on it and over time it doesn't drip, or is it too risky to keep this valve given that the packing nut is on at a funny angle? (Local plumbers here in Northern NJ all want around $350 if I were to replace both the hot and cold with a watts single handle valve.) Thanks, J.
I would do a little more trying to get the nut on straight. Turn it counter-clockwise until it drops a little bit. Then turn it clockwise. Question to ask yourself is, how long will it take you to get to the main house shutoff valve if the nut lets go? You should be able to replace just the one faucet for less than $10.
Q:I was diagnosed with Mitral Valve Prolapse. Does anyone else have this? Does this cause panic attacks? I have heard that. What other problems does it cause?
My 8 yr. old son was thought to have this at birth, thankfully he out grew it It can cause your heart to beat rapidly, especially during physical activity. There are different types also, but mainly a valve in your heart is not formed correctly causing it not to seal witch creates the back flow of blood. Look up MVP on the web and you can find tons of info. on it! Also, make sure to have a sonogram and speak to a great cardiologist!
Q:Is there a relationship?
From personal experience yes it can. My mothers hemoglobin dropped down to 8.0. The Dr said it was because of her stenosis in her aortic valve causing her to bleed in her abdomen. She had her heart surgery and it came back up, just like the Dr said it would.
Q:Is it possible that if you never adjust valves the engine could lose a lot of compression? 1990 Suzuki VX800, 19,000 miles on the clock. No idea if it has ever had the valves adjusted, only got it 3,000 miles and 6 months ago. It is now not running and after a compression test, has 90 psi in the rear and 150 psi in the front cylinder. Don't really have the time yet for a leak down test. Could the exhaust valves be the cause of the low compression? thanks.
Yeah, valves should be adjusted from time to time, both intake and exhaust, they are the two biggest areas of the compression system that would cause low compression. That old of bike probably needs a good 'go-thru' to see what's happening, the leak-down is your best bet at that happening.
Q:my valve cap is leaking slowing how do i fix it what part do i need
It might be just the core that is leaking but I would have a new stem put in to be on the safe side.
Q:whats the location of the pcv valve on on a 2001 bmw 740il (e38)
In front of the engine slightly to the left and lower area of the throttle valve. It is a round black plastic canister supported by a teardrop shaped rubber with a cable connector at the top and 2 hose connections at the opposite end of the cable connector which are perpendicular to each other. BMW calls it the tank vent valve.
