General valve using the market long-term, widespread Water Leakage, rust phenomenon, soft sealing gate valve produced by the introduction of foreign advanced technology of the enterprise. To overcome the poor sealing gate valve, general elastic fatigue, rust and other defects. Soft sealing gate valve is a traditional valve replacement products, the compensation effect of using flexible gate produce small deformation, achieve good sealing effect, the valve has a light switch, reliable sealing, good elastic memory and long service life and other significant advantages, can be widely used in water, sewage, construction, food, medicine, metallurgy, electric power, textile, energy systems, fluid pipeline regulation and closure devices as.

The characteristics of:

- flat style seat

The traditional control valve often pass after washing due to foreign objects such as stone, wood, cement, paper, and other debris deposited on the valve at the end of the groove. Close but not close easily lead to the formation of Water Leakage phenomenon, the lower part of the soft sealing gate valve with water using the same flat design, easy to siltation caused by debris, the fluid unimpeded.

And the overall package glue

The valve plate is made of high-quality rubber overall, the outsourcing of plastic, making the domestic first-class rubber vulcanization vulcanization after the valve plate to ensure accurate geometry, and the rubber and ductile iron gate is connected firmly, not easy to fall off and good elastic memory.

And corrosion resistance

The valve body adopts epoxy coating powder, can prevent the corrosion and rust, and can be used for sewage systems.

And not easy to break

Traditional cast iron garden gate often hit foreign objects, collision or overlap caused by the fracture phenomenon. Because the valve to switch to ductile iron, this is the case already significantly reduced.

Three "O" ring seal

As the valve stem with three "0" ring ring seal design, can reduce friction when the switch is greatly reduced, Water Leakage phenomenon and can cut off the water supply construction not replace sealing ring.

And help to drink

Due to the internal body to non-toxic epoxy resin coating, gate of the inner and outer surfaces are completely coated with rubber and can not rust or corrosion of water available to drink.

- Casting valve

Valve body casting, precise geometry makes the body without any internal finishing to ensure that the valve seal.

And light weight

The valve is made of ductile cast, lighter in weight than conventional gate weight about 20%-30%. Convenient installation and repair.

Q:Hi. im wondering what reed valves do and can they put on a 4-stroke engine or not???Thanks for your help.Dune.buggy5
Reed valves were popular when you could get a street two-stroke bike. They allowed air to flow only one-way. I think Yamaha even had a nifty rotary valve thing that squeezed the air that the piston sucked so it would flow a bit faster into the combustion chamber. With a four-stroke, I don't think there's any advantage to complicating the air flow with a reed. That's what cams and valves do. You need to burn more fuel to get more power. There are several ways to do this. You can do this with more RPMs, more fuel/air mixture, or a larger displacement. But that's about power, not necessarily a reed valve.
Q:Hi,I have just bought a Northface Hammerhead and for some reason when biting on the bite valve no water is being released. Does anyone have any idea why this might be, or can tell that I am missing something obvious. Thanks very very much.
Some valves are finicky as to where you bite them. Also, sometimes blowing a small puff of air into the bladder will help the water flow faster. If you can't stand the valve you have, you can buy a replacement valve from another brand and stick it on there. My favorites are the MSR and Nalgene/Jansport valves, but Camelbak isn't bad either.
Q:Anyone know how to stop this from happening? I have gone through 4 since March.
are you sure its the egr valves going bad or not the egr solenoids causing you to get the code, that will make it appear that an egr has gone bad when it really hasn't,good luck.
Q:for a big block chevy, best way to adjust valves and rockers
w/ one hand spinning the pushrod and the other tightening the rocker arm nut, tighten the nut until you can not spin the pushrod freely, then tighten it three quarters of a turn more. do this to all of the rocker arms that do not have pressure against the valves, then spin the motor 180 degrees, or until the rest do not have pressure against them, and do the same thing.
Q:I have a 97 ranger 4.0L that takes 10w-30 and I'm going to be changing the oil soon. It has some valve clatter I'm just wondering if I can use a thicker oil such as 15w-30 or maybe a 10w40?
I wouldn't go any thicker than 10w-40. I have seen 20w-50 in the parts stores, but this will put a lot of strain on the oil pump. You may regret it down the road, and it's just a little bit of noise. Good luck.
Q:Is it hereditary? My dad had a bicuspid valve and we got told it was hereditary but some doctors say it's not, my parents wanted to get me tested in case i had it so we would know in advance but the doctors here refuse to do it (I live in England if that makes a difference) my dad said he would pay to go private if it's hereditary. I know someone who had a bicuspid valve and 3 out of her 4 children inherited it, i know it's pretty harmless until i reach an older age but my parents and i would like to know now, i'm 13 by the way.=]
Yes, some studies have found Bicuspid aortic valve to be hereditary. Some studies show that the incidence of bicuspid aortic valve can be as high as 5% in families affected with the valve issues. In the UK there is no routine screening for people with relatives who have BAV. If you develop any symptoms or problems then of course see your GP again.
Q:The valve on my radiator has numbers on it to determine the amount of air/steam leaving the heating system. what number should i put it on and how would i determine it
I would think the easiest way would be to put a thermometer on the radiator (with the bulb in the air flow), turn the heat on to one setting and record the temperatures each half hour for about 4 hours. Then, turn the adjustment to a higher (or lower) number and repeat that. That way, you'd know which way to turn to set it. Of course, the level at which you'd be comfortable would be found by trying different settings. Assuming the adustment is a valve, valves in the USA will open by turning counter-clockwise. Closing is, of course, clockwise. Hope that helps. EDIT: I received your email - I don't mind at all! OK, so you have only one valve for all the radiators. Without knowing anything else, I'd say you just removed the part called the bonnet (the upper half of a valve). It shouldn't matter which number it's set on if it's reinstalled correctly. When a valve is removed, the best way to put back is to open it slightly (turn counterclockwise to a low number), then reinstall the bonnet. Once it's back in, it should work like normal. If that doesn't work, perhaps you can get a plumber or a local handyman to check it. As to the upper ones being airlocked, it really sounds like there is a blockage in the supply line. I am assuming this is steam-heat radiator that is supplied by a boiler-type heating unit?
Q:what's the function of a car valve???????????
It is the stopper for the combustion chamber, the intake one lets stuff in and the exhaust one lets stuff out.
Q:I want a valve sound that is clean and 'true', but I also want pre-sets. Someone said that digital pre-sets distort the valve sound.
?
Q:I own a 2001 Chevy cavalier Z24 with a dual cam... Just got it tuned up and noticed oil in my spark plug sockets, which leaves me to assume either the valve cover gaskets or the cam carrier gasket is leaking oil... I would prefer to so this by myself considering I'm sure it's going to be costly.. Anyone have any ideas on how I go about replacing either?
valve cover shouldn't be that much of a problem as long as you have some basic tools and some mechanical ability. Take it that its a 4 cylinder car, the size of the motor is very helpful when looking for tips. Just don't over torque your bolts when replacing. 89 in lbs is about normal on gm's valve covers
