General valve using the market long-term, widespread Water Leakage, rust phenomenon, soft sealing gate valve produced by the introduction of foreign advanced technology of the enterprise. To overcome the poor sealing gate valve, general elastic fatigue, rust and other defects. Soft sealing gate valve is a traditional valve replacement products, the compensation effect of using flexible gate produce small deformation, achieve good sealing effect, the valve has a light switch, reliable sealing, good elastic memory and long service life and other significant advantages, can be widely used in water, sewage, construction, food, medicine, metallurgy, electric power, textile, energy systems, fluid pipeline regulation and closure devices as.
The characteristics of:
- flat style seat
The traditional control valve often pass after washing due to foreign objects such as stone, wood, cement, paper, and other debris deposited on the valve at the end of the groove. Close but not close easily lead to the formation of Water Leakage phenomenon, the lower part of the soft sealing gate valve with water using the same flat design, easy to siltation caused by debris, the fluid unimpeded.
And the overall package glue
The valve plate is made of high-quality rubber overall, the outsourcing of plastic, making the domestic first-class rubber vulcanization vulcanization after the valve plate to ensure accurate geometry, and the rubber and ductile iron gate is connected firmly, not easy to fall off and good elastic memory.
And corrosion resistance
The valve body adopts epoxy coating powder, can prevent the corrosion and rust, and can be used for sewage systems.
And not easy to break
Traditional cast iron garden gate often hit foreign objects, collision or overlap caused by the fracture phenomenon. Because the valve to switch to ductile iron, this is the case already significantly reduced.
Three "O" ring seal
As the valve stem with three "0" ring ring seal design, can reduce friction when the switch is greatly reduced, Water Leakage phenomenon and can cut off the water supply construction not replace sealing ring.
And help to drink
Due to the internal body to non-toxic epoxy resin coating, gate of the inner and outer surfaces are completely coated with rubber and can not rust or corrosion of water available to drink.
- Casting valve
Valve body casting, precise geometry makes the body without any internal finishing to ensure that the valve seal.
And light weight
The valve is made of ductile cast, lighter in weight than conventional gate weight about 20%-30%. Convenient installation and repair.

- Q: Is it possible for car manufacturers to make 32 / 64 / 128 / 512 Valve Car Engine just like in a PC CPU? The highest valve I saw so far is 16-valve engine. Just asking :-)
- There's no point. 4 or 5 valves per cylinder are enough for almost every automotive application. Or are you getting valves and cylinders mixed up? Even in that case, there's no point. Eventually the complexity and weight cancel out any benefits you'd get from the added power it could create. Also, you would eventually have too much torque for the crank to take without being ridiculously thick and heavy, further increasing the weight of the engine, or serving as a limiting factor for maximum engine size. Waitasec...you ARE getting them mixed up. There are plenty of 24 and 32 valve engines out there (3 and 4 valve per cylinder V8s) . Valves are parts on the top of the cylinder that let IN air (and in some cars, fuel), and let OUT exhaust gases. The more valves per cylinder, the more freely these gases can flow...but past a certain number, additional valves are pointless. The most CYLINDERS in an automotive engine in current production is the Bugatti Veyron's 16 CYLINDER engine, which has 4 VALVES for each CYLINDER, for a total of 64 VALVES.
- Q: what are the best aorta heart valves. mech. or animal.
- Depending on the valve, the original valve may be able to be repaired. This procedure has only been widely used 8-10 years probably. Originally it was believed that these like animal (pig or cow) would probably only last around 10 years but it is constantly being adapted so longer may be possible. Animal valves do not require blood thinners, although many people I know have ended up on thinners because of other problems. The other advantage is that they are quiet. Mechanical valves, often called metal aren't always truly metal. Older valves were thus a scan using an MRI was not possible. Mine was put in during 1995 and is called metal but does not cause any problem with an MRI and I know others from that time frame also with no problem. I expect it to last my whole lifetime and I never needed any anti-reject meds and few people I know have. I do tick like an old watch especially when I get winded or tired, but over the 13 years I've had it only one person outside of medical professionals examining me have ever noticed. It doesn't keep me awake but I do know some people who notice theirs, but the newer the quieter. I do have to take blood thinners, but for me and most of those I know don't have major problems maintaining a therapeutic level. You have to have a blood test routinely to know but they now have a finger prick machine so it is quick and easy. I only know of one person whose body rejected valves and had to have it removed and animal placed in. From those I know usually children they will do tissue just because a child won't be as careful and watchful of bleeding. Otherwise it is choice based on years wanted from the valve and lifestyle if meds fit and eating habits.
- Q: what does mild sclerosis of aortic valve means? Why does it happens and what is its curethanks
- It means you have some plaque build up in ur aorta. causes are bad diet or gentics. change of diet can help
- Q: my dad's friend died, and dad had been keeping some valves of his. now we've been left with about 400 valves and i'm going to sell them.my main question is what are they used for? i need to write a description for ebay but have no idea what they're for! anyone know?also, how much should i sell them for? on the box it says 11 shillings, which i worked out as ?1.32, but how much should i sell them for on ebay? there's prices on ebay that are about 50p to ?1.50 for most of them, but some are about ?7 but have no bids at all. how much should i start the bidding at?also, if you could give me any other information that i should put in the description, i would really appretiate it :)they are mainly 'Mullard' valves (the company name) but some are 'MAZDA'thanks! :D
- Valves (we call them 'tubes' here in the US, but 'valves' is actually a better description of how they work) were used on all kinds of electronics up to the 1970s. Radios and TVs mostly but also musical instrument amplifiers, PA system, etc.etc. In fact some high-end 'audiophiles' believe valves give you a better sound, so even today there are special (very expensive) amplifiers for both stereos and for guitars, that still use them. Only certain ones though, the ones that do final-stage amplification. And they still make the valves for these. People will want them for restoring old electronic gear, and to keep on the shelf in case one of theirs dies (they have a limited life). I have no idea what they're worth, but the answer to that question is: Whatever someone is willing to pay for them. So you have a few choices. Find shops that restore old electronics and call them and ask if they have anyone who would asses your valves, or even better, if they're interested in just buying the whole lot of them as a lot. Or go on EBay and look for the particular numbers and see what they've been selling for.
- Q: Is it posible there is underground valves? I looked all over my yard and can only find2 valves.???
- Yes, electric valves are set on the Mainline which is under pressure. Usually in a loop around the home with the valves set where the zone starts. Some are designed to have a short mainline with the valves set in a large box next to a vacuum breaker. All valves need wires that run from the clock. Sorbet can be found with a metal detector if you simply can't find them. You can also set them to go off manually time delayed a few minutes, enough to go listen to hear the valve opening.
- Q: my valves got dirty long story how do you clean them
- Remove the valves, wash them and the horn in warm (NOT hot) water with liquid dish soap. Dry with a clean towel, then oil and reassemble.
- Q: So i was driving down the highway and my car just turned off. I turned the key but nothing. My lights were on and everything. I took it to a repair guy and he told me that the timing belt was broken, so i paid to have it fixed. Then he told me something about a compressioner or something, i paid for that, then he told me the valve was bent, so i was pissed and said i wouldn't pay. He was going to charge me about 550. I had already paid him about 250. and i think he was scamming me was I wrong? Does that sound right? Also how would I go about fixing?
- if ur timing belt cuts off on the highway then one or more of your valves will be bent and its realy expensive to fix and if fixed engine wont be the same happend to my friends accord so the best thing you do is get a new engine and have instaled,, go to spanish mechanic they fix good for realy cheap
- Q: My new Trek 1000 has a type of valve stem different from the standard (car type) stem on my mountain bike. Do I need an adaptor to fit it to a pump or do I need a whole new pump? Also, have you seen a tire gauge that fits this stem type?

- Q: So I bought my car about 4 months ago (1999 mustang) and the second day the check engine light came on and was the code for the EGR valve. I just reset the ECU and it went off and stayed off until now. Same code for the EGR, but this time after resetting ECU the light continues to come on. Is the EGR valve important enough to have fixed? and I have aftermarket Flomaster exhaust if that would have anything to do with the code being thrown
- It's there for a reason.
- Q: i have a leaky tp valve on my hot water boiler. The valve is rated at 30 psi and 155,000 btu. I can't find one with that btu rating. will a higher rating work?
- Don't go by the the old valve, look at the specification tag on the boiler. Do not exceed the temp or pressure rating. If you do, you will only create a time bomb and a big one at that. In no circumstances should you use a valve with a higher rating than the heater!
