Characteristics:

  1. Reliable performance: each kind of product can reach design index and run in high efficiency. Welcome users to make own demands in performance parameters.

  2. High efficiency and energy saving: special structure, reasonable runner design and matching gap, the smooth flow part ensures low frication, low resistance, low loss and high efficiency.

  3. Small volume and light weight: the impeller and guide vane etc. main components are stamped and formed by stainless steel plate, reducing volume and weight.

  4. Low noise: select and use special location structure, processing technology and noise reducing measures to greatly reduce noise.

  5. Convenient installation and maintenance: the inlet and outlet are on the same axial line, which is convenient for direct connection and disassembly of the whole pump and water supply pipeline.

  6. Clean environment: it is equipped with exhaust valve and water injecting valve with rubber pipe joint, which ensures the cleanness of environment.

  7. Beautiful design: the products is fused into the shape, proportion and color etc. aesthetic design, and adopts special outer sleeve processing technology and high standard quality 3.

  8. Water purification function: the electronic physical purification equipment is adopted to achieve sterilization and scale prevention automatically during pump running, which not only purify water, but also ensure the completeness of other water supply equipments and expand their lifespan.

Q:just changed the water pump on my lower unit installed the lower unit and started motor now there is no water coming out of the upper flow tube is it becouse the engine is not warmed up yet or is something not lined up ...........
It shouldn't take long for the water to come out. Make sure the site tube isn't plugged up. If not, check your installation out.
Q:My dad wants to buy a salt water pump for a tiny pool.I'm not sure if it's pointless for the size that the pool is, but it is 12x12x3Is it too small of a pool or are there salt water pumps meant for tiny pools that I could look at?A link to any would be nice. :)Thanks!

Q:I need to fit a booster pump to increase pressure from a gravity fed vented solar water heater (uses vacuum tubes). The problem is that the temperature of the water from the solar panel can be very high - in fact it could boil under some circumstances. It's safe because the system is vented. As the quot;solarwater feeds existing water heaters in the house, diluting the hot with some cold prior to the pump with an automatic mixer valve is not really an attractive option as we want to gather as much hot water as possible. Can anyone tell me where to get a booster pump that can operate at up to 100 Deg C, delivering 2 bar pressure and about 25 liters per minute. Thanks.
Yes you can as per the other answer . Make sure when you do you dont exceed the Gallons per minute of the cellar pump or you will burn up the pump on your house . Also make sure that the pump in your moms house can only pump up to 50 psi . Most well pumps can pump higher but that is the setting on the presure switch You might be able to change the tank and switch in moms cellar to a bigger presure tank and up the presure on the presure switch and cure the problem that way and not work the well pump so hard by turning off and on so often .
Q:could it be the water pump??
Overheating can be caused by many things such as : the fan, the fan motor ,the water pump, or a fuse. Overheating is a trail an error task. since you already changed the thermosatate the next thing you need to do is check the fan motor.
Q:can't get the pulleys to line up I know I have a mid 70's 400 and the water pump is later than 1969 but I can't find a pulley that works every one is about a half inch off I bought a aftermarket set of underdrive pulley's from march performance and still the same problem the water pump is a half inch off there was no long or short water pump right they are all the same lenght right??? The only difference I know of is that pre 1968 the pumps have a 8 bolt design and after they have a 11 bolt design is that right???
did you happen to loose the aluminum spacer between the water pump output shaft, and the fan pulley?
Q:I am taking my car in for a timing bell replacement. My car is a honda accord 2001 6 cycl. The mileage is 80K still way under the manufacturer recommendation. I am thinking of replacing the oil pump and water pump. I am thinking that since the engine is already opened might as well get this done. I don't know if this is necessary. Are these items even closed to the timing belt area? Does anyone have any recommendation when this should be done ?
Oil pump should be replace when engine is getting rebuild Oil pump at 80k = no Water pump with timing belt is preventive maintnanace thing. To replace water pump require removing timing belt. Most people just go ahead and pay extra to have water pump replace at same time with timing belt. Shop should just charge your cost of parts for water pump and coolant. water pump with timing belt is your call.
Q:I will be replacing my timing belt soon. The dealer is suggesting that I also replace the water pump. Is that really necessary? When do water pumps normally go out?
Look at it this way. It is not just the dealer making this recommendation, it's every good mechanic out there plus Gates belt company who has no stake in it, they recommend replacing water pump and the car manufacturer says the same. No one is trying to rip you off but they are trying to save you money. In answer to your question about when do water pumps normally go out, the answer is right after you change just the timing belt and everything is buttoned back up. Trust me, it happened to a friend who tried to save money.
Q:Hi, I need to create a portable shower and was going to go the DIY route, i wanted to use water pumps normally used in ponds, aquariums etc etc as the means of creating water pressure for the shower, the shower need not be really strong in pressure but it should be strong enough such that a person can take a bath using it.height of the shower would for sure be less then 6 feet, question , water pumps are rated at gallons per minute or some equivalent rating, how strong a pump or how much GPM should i be looking at ?
if your sink does not need a pump, you shower won't either....most water systems are pressurized
Q:I have a water pump that works with 12V and 2 amps.I was thinking to get a potentiometer to be able to slow down the speed. Is this the best way to do it? What wattage should it have, so it doesn't burn out, and what should be the maximum resistance, to be able to stop the pump completely? And OKorder or product link would be great! Thanks!
A more efficient way would be to use a PWM controller which wastes less energy. Luckily these are available as modules now for motor speed control, so are plug and play with a variable control knob on the front. Just make sure you pick one suitable for your voltage range.
Q:I live in a condo building -- 3 floors, 7 units. In our storage units (right below my unit) is a water pump that was hooked up with the intent of helping the water flow to the 3rd floor. Everytime the pump goes off, it rattles, then makes a loud noise when it kicks off. The developers created a drywall box that houses the pump, which is surrounded by isolation, but it doesn't seem like it helps the noise. The pump also rattles the pipes that connect directly to the pump.My question is -- is this rattling normal for a standard water pump? If so, is there anything I can do to help cut down on the noise? If this is rattling is not normal of the standard water pump, what would it cost to replace it with something decent?
I've been around booster pumps that were extremely quiet -without any soundproofing at all.And the pipes don't rattle. You should find a plumber who knows what the hell he's doing and get that crap replaced.
