Introduction
The IH type pump is chemical cantilever centrifugal pump, used for transporting corrosive medium or the medium which are not permitted to contaminate, and the liquid temperature is within -20°C-105°C. It can deliver much higher temperature medium by cooling unit. It is a saving energy product ,replaced type F anti-corrosive centrifugal pump.

Feature

1. IH model sulfuric acid pumps are the series of products designed according to ISO international standards. It is mainly composed of pump body, impellers, seal rings, impeller nuts, pump cover, seal parts, intermediate support, spindle, suspended parts and so on.

2. To make it convenient to disassemble, the prolonged coupling is designed, so that it is unnecessary to disassemble the Coupled input & output pipes during check and maintenance, only by disassembling the intermediate coupler of the prolonged coupling, users are able to screw out rotor part.

3. The shaft seal is mechanical seal generally, use of imported titanium rings and carbide mechanical seals and high temperature materials, corrosion resistant, no leakage.

4. The pump is connected with the motor through flexible coupling, the pump rotation direction, from the motor end, is clockwise rotation.

Application

Widely applied to chemical industry, petroleum, desalination of seawater, metallurgy, paper mill, foodstuff, pharmaceutical  factory and synthetic fiber etc.

Q:Okay, i have a 1997 dodge stratus with a 2.4l motor, recently i was out early in the morning when i heard what sounded like a loud whining noise, i quickly pulled over and killed the motor. Turns out the teeth were stripped off the timing belt and the water pump busted. How much would this cost to get it fixed, and what is the possibility the engine may be damaged? Also would it be worth fixing it, or just selling it for parts? Oh yeah, the car has 176k miles
Non- interference engine.Meaning no damage. repair it. 100% guess here Parts: Pump / T-belt / Tensioner,Coolant - $140 your cost -200 shop Labor : 3 hours/Or free rate of difficulty 1--10 -5-
Q:i changed my fuel pump and now my car wont turn over....any help? maybe starter?
im confused at everything you are saying here. first off you said you changed the water pump and then it wont start and u said u changed the fuel pump in the next sentence.... so which one did you change?? and how does it try to start but not turn over? if it trys to start the engine has to turn over other wise you would hear a click sound which could be low battery or looose connections... try jumping it. if that doesnt work it could be the starter as well. but generaly if the starter goes out it wont make no noise at all when u turn the key..... if urs makes noise then its trying to turn which means it needs more power... unless you did somthing wrong and the engine is in such a bind it cant turn. now if ur engine is turning over when u try to start it then it could mean its still not getting fuel so u need to check for fuel. if it has fuel then ur problem could resume in no spark to ur plugs which means if u replaced the fuel pump cause it wouldnt start then that may not have been ur problem the whole time u should have checked for spark and fuel before replacing random parts cause u think they are bad. so depending on what your trying to say here its hard to give u a direct answer cause u completely reword yourself over and over and nothing makes sense.
Q:I will be replacing my timing belt soon. The dealer is suggesting that I also replace the water pump. Is that really necessary? When do water pumps normally go out?
Look at it this way. It is not just the dealer making this recommendation, it's every good mechanic out there plus Gates belt company who has no stake in it, they recommend replacing water pump and the car manufacturer says the same. No one is trying to rip you off but they are trying to save you money. In answer to your question about when do water pumps normally go out, the answer is right after you change just the timing belt and everything is buttoned back up. Trust me, it happened to a friend who tried to save money.
Q:I need to install water pump and need to know the cost already purchase pump
Same labor as timing belt replacement, which you may want to have done at the same time. Probably 6 to 9 hours.
Q:Yang Chengtai big, the pump power is too small, the water pump will be bad?
Generally not only affect water output, followed by what water pump. Generally small water pump buried too much, sealed less than required, easy to water, causing the motor to burn down.
Q:I need a water pump for a 1930 Chrysler Roadster and have no idea where to get one. Any suggestions?
No personal experience, but it is a start, try below linkage. I just Googled 1930 Chrysler Roadster
Q:coolant coming out around a tube that supplies the heater core (told its the water pump just don't see how)
That tube is part of the water pump housing. Essentially the water pump. You may be able to get the leak fixed but if it's that old just go ahead and replace the pump.
Q:A direct type pump model with the coupling type, what is the difference?
The water pump type is directly connected with the motor, and the motor shaft and the pump are coaxial;Pump motor and pump shaft is separate, with the coupling power transmission.
Q:I just had my water pump/timing belt replaced and oil change. When the pump failed, white smoke was coming out, which I figured out to be coolant from the smell. Now there is smoke coming out from under the engine, which I believe to smell like oil. Also, the temperature gauge goes up to the halfway point when I am at a stoplight or idling. The highest I have ever seen it is at 1/3.I had my car serviced by the dealership and I asked them. The man said its burning oil residue from the oil change and that it will burn away in a few days. Is this true? I have had my car worked on and oil changed for the past year at this dealership and have never had any smoke or other problems. What else could be going on? Worse case scenarios. Thanks everyone.
Almost every time i have seen this in my 35 years of exp.its turned out to be a cracked block or head.
Q:I want to build a portable, working steam room display for trade shows. I need to feed water from a storage tank to a steam generator when it's called for. How can I do this? Is there a type of water pump that would work for this?
Be careful what you buy. Most aquarium pumps are AIR pumps. Why not just use a siphon? As long as the storage tank is higher than the generator it will work. Get a hose or plastic tubing of the size you need, put one end in the tank. Suck on the tubing to start flow. To stop flow just pinch off the pipe or raise the spout above the water level. you might even install a valve if the tubing is large enough.
