Description of Cast Iron Vertical Multistage Centrifugal Pump Low Price

CDL/CDLF is a kind of vertical nonself priming multistage centrifugal pump, which is driven by a standard electric motor.

The motor output shaft directly connects with the pump shaft through a coupling.

The pressureresistant cylinder and flow passage components are fixed between pump head and inand outlet section with tiebar bolts. The inlet and outlet are located at the pump bottom at the same plane.

This kind of pump can be equipped with an intelligent protector to effectively prevent it from dry-running, out-of-phase and overload.

Q: Hello! Can someone please tell me where the water pump is located on this vehicle? Or where I might find the answer to this question? Thanks!
water pump is located on pass side of the motor right where serpentine belt is
Q: does any one know were a water pump is located on a 97 nissan altima? and where can i get a good deal on one?
[with the car jacked up] Follow the rubber pipes coming out of the radiator. You should eventually find a metal device that is connected to your serpentine belt (fan belt). This device is your water pump. The purpose of the pump is to run cool water through the engine to cool it off. It needs to be replaced if it is making noise or if your car heats up too much. hope this helps! :)
Q: I have a 2005 Impala and it has been acting funny. Some morning the heat takes about 20 minutes to start working. The air conditoner has not came on once. The gage also takes awhile to start working and when it does it goes pass the halfway mark.I even notice when im sitting at a red light, i can feel the engine shaking a little. I have a appt to get it check and put on the machine tomorrow. I just want to go there with an idea of what the problem could be. Could this be a thermostat or water pump problem???? Help?
Do you see any leaks the Front of the Engine or Radiator Area? is the Coolant Mixture Correct? Low Cost, Replace the Thermostat. From the Shaking you could also be in need of a Good Tune-Up? Also after all that shaking you might want to check the motor Mounts to make sure they haven't Cracked.
Q: If a submersible pump to shake the insulation, water pump distance more than 20 meters away from the cable distribution box is fixed, at this time to shake the insulation in the distance distribution box can only shake, disconnect the power cable is connected with the shake table, the ground end is connected with the distribution box in such a shake, I want to ask is, what is this shake is not the pump shell must be reliable grounding to shake ah? Now the pump casing is not grounded, just immersed in water, immersed in the water, is not equal to good grounding ah?
The cable head in the distribution box should be relieved. What's more, the motor insulation is not the pump insulation. Usually, just shake it in the middle of the water and the ground.
Q: I noticed my car was quot;in the redand was about to overheat as i was driving, so at first I thought maybe i needed more coolant. I turned off my car and heard a fan noise under my engine for like a minute then it stopped. I checked the radiator and it was empty (no coolant) so i put water in there to get to the store to buy more coolant. By the time i bought some the water was already gone (this was only like 10 min) so I put the coolant in drove home again i noticed i was overheating, i checked again and all the coolant had leaked out too..it was all gone, that QUICK! So i asked a couple of men about it, and they say it sounds like it could be a hose or either a water pump. I don't know which it is, i can't drive it anywhere b/c it keeps overheating and i don't want to get it towed for $75 just to get a new hose. So is there a way i could tell what the problem is? Thanks!
We can't actually tell weather it's the water-pump, radiator, heater hoses, radiator hoses, heater core or clamps without a close inspection. If you're not use to laying on your back under your car held up by jack-stands, hire a private mechanic to do it for you. He will have a simple test instrument to pull off a *cooling system pressure test. A leak source will be apparent in seconds. It's a very inexpensive test also. Get her done before you burn up the motor.
Q: Hello, i have a 1987 volkswagen cabriolet that i purchased earlier this year. So far its been a pain in the butt. Recently i noticed it overheats real quick, but it didnt use to. then i noticed the coolant/antifreeze was being used up like no other! I discovered, after being parked at work, that it was leaking.it leaks basically anything i put in there now!! it leaks from the water pump housing,.,.... at least thats what the internet said it was.. its leaking from the end of the hose that connects to the engine... (the hose that comes from the coolant reservoir.)What do i do? I dont feel any cracks? does this part crack? is it an o-ring or somehting? I am really absolutely NOTHING ABOUT CARS. Please help!!
Water pumps have a seal to hold the water from leaking out the spinning shaft, and the seal always wears out about every 100,000 miles. It is probably this seal that is bad, because it is probably the original pump, and you replace the whole pump. You have to take the front belt cover off and remove the timing belt, so it is not a trivial job. Cost about $300, and takes about 2 hours. But any friend who understands timing belts can do it easily. No special tools or tricks involved, other than making sure the cam timing is correct. Once you take the 3 bolts holding the water pump housing off, you can easily tell if any hoses or clamps should also be replaced. Do the thermostat while you have it off anyway. It is only $5.
Q: Im an SHO fan looking to get another one. The car I'm looking at is a 1991 Taurus SHO. Price is pretty cheap and nothing wrong with it except he said the water pump will need replaced soon. Ive looked at water pumps and Im aware of cost. Im decently savvy with car repair but there are a few things ive never learned. How easy is it to replace a water pump? Should I have a go at it myself or is it better to be done professionally? What is the general cost for a garage to switch out the water pump?
It's fairly simple and straightforward to replace a water pump on most vehicles. An older one like that will be even easier. Take off the belt and any other brackets or parts that obstruct the removal of the water pump and then unbolt the pump itself. Clean the gasket surface area, install a new gasket, and then reinstall in reverse order. You will need a good mechanics tool set with sockets and wrenches(mostly metric), a pry bar, a drain pan, and a good repair manual like a Haynes or Chilton and you will have a pretty easy time with it. A garage will charge about $90 to $105 an hour for any job. You can call a dealership and ask them and they will give you a price based off of the estimated time and part cost. Since most private garages and the dealers charge about the same hourly rate the better choice is almost always the dealer.
Q: I have an 8 gpm pump at a depth of 170 ft, I am pumping the water 2000 ft in a 1 1/4 inch line. I need to know how many gallons per minute I am getting.
Use the Bernoulli equation, aka mechanical energy balance.
Q: 1997 Caravelle 1900BR3.0L HO Volvo PentaSX Cobra OutdriveI have a small leak coming from my raw water pump, it is not a continuous stream just a drop every now and then. The best I can tell it is coming from between the shaft and water pump housing. Is there just a small o-ring there? How can this be fixed? We're going to the lake for Memorial Day Weekend. Will I be alright with the small drip for over the weekend? Then I'll fix it when I can get the parts.
Usual answer is to look for the flats of the gland on the shaft on tighten up with a spanner,as this will compress the packing a bit more. A small drip is not very bad but you are right to check.
Q: Well I know the water pump is leaking and its leaking fast. So I put water in the coolant reservoir and when I drive it acts fine but then when I stop and idle the coolant tank starts too over flow and spits the water out everywhere. Car still being at reg temperature the coolant reservoir is steaming/smoking? I can't tell which. But there doesn't seem to be water in the oil??? What's going on? If the water pump is replaced will this stop?
Hi... There could be two problems here. First ,the thermostat is stuck open, second, a blown head gasket. Compression leaks out to the cooling system, increasing pressure ... So ,no it won't correct the situation.
