- maybe but to many protein shakes a day isnt healthy as it seems i would eat a yogurt and fruit or a bowl of kashi go lean for breakfast then at lunch eat egg whites and veggies then snack on a hard boiled egg or something and at dinner have grilled chicken with veggies and right before you lift drink a protein shake lift everyotherday cause your muscles need to rest cardio would help but you can gain muscle and burn the fat into muscle by a healthy diet and lifting
