  • Ceramic fiber blanket is manufactured from refractory ceramic fibres, providing effective solutions to a wide range of thermal management problems. Utilizing our proprietary high output blowing and spinning techniques, these products supply superior insulating performance, flexibility and resilience.

  • Ceramic fiber blanket presents unparalleled refractories and thermal insulation due to its long spun fiber needling technique, these blankets offer superior insulating performance, flexibility    and  resilience.Ceramic fiber blanket products are unaffected by most chemicals(except hydrofluoric and phosphoric acids and concentrated alkali).Thermal and physical properties are retained after drying following wetting by oil, steam or water.Ceramic fiber blanket products are completely inorganic,so there are no fumes when heating for the first time.

Q: I have read that it's unsafe to use an electric blanket during pregnancy because of the risk of it elevating your body temperature too highWhat if you always set the temperature on low? Is it still unsafe? Also, is there a risk from the electricity moving thru the blanket or is it just the risk from the heat?
Hi there, I have used ours but I turn it on a few hours before bed and then turn it off when I get into bedThat way it's warm when I get in, but won't get hotter when I add my body heat to the already warm blanket.I hope that makes senseGood luck!
Q: I am looking at going on a high fibre, low in fat diet but am not sure what foods are what, can you give me some ideas please, plenty if you have them as i am a fussy eater which does not help! Also, with low fat items what is the maximum grams that i would not want to go past to still be classed a 'low fat' and what grams would be classed as high fibre (above.gr)Your help is appreciated.
red beans heated up with some salsa, cayenne, lime and honey served with rice low fat vanilla yogurt with raw old fashioned oats, chopped apple and some blanched almonds salad with mixed greens, red cabbage, carrot, celery, garbanzo beans bean soup (homemade)
Q: So silly me, not very wise when it comes to knitting, instead of quot;weaving inquot; the tail from the cast on, I simply did a triple knot very close to the knitting and snipped the rest of the tail offIt is hardly noticableI used the long tail cast on, and even if I managed to unknot the knot I made, I would have about half an inch of yarn left to weave withI have since read that no one should ever do that, because it can unravelIs there anything I can do to fix this? I can't afford to start all over again!
Lesson learnedYou can't change this nowIf you're worried about the knot slipping, you could dab it with a bit of fabric glue.
Q: Okay guys,i have high-fiber,protein diet, and some times a starvation diet,no sugar,no cookies,no fats at all, i want to know does the fructose sugar can help me to gaining weight??? If it does, i must've cutting off ,thanks
Most space heaters are unsafeI certainly wouldn't put them in my homeSan Diego certainly doesn't have freezing cold wintersWith 800 sqftI'm sure you could turn your heat down just a tad lower and wear sweaters and add flannel sheetsTwo or three space heaters will add to your billAt 49 degrees in Delaware, we don't see a spike in our heating bills and we have a 3500 sqfthomeI keep the winter temp at 71 and our weather temps can drop to the low 20's at times.
Q: I bought a fixer upper 3 months ago and have noticed that the dry wall has started cracking throughout the house in places I hadn't noticed beforeThe cracks are anywhere from hair line to a centimeter and are mostly forming where dry wall was painted to wood (ie baseboards)The floors also seem to have settled a little bitThe house was built in 1915It was by no means perfect when I bought it - but I am starting to get concernedThe cracks started appearing after I got insulation put in the attic and under the foundationCould this be a result of the warm air not being about to go through the ceiling and floors anymore? Should I be concerned and start making structural repairs? I believe the repairs to the foundation would cost more than the house would be able to bring back to the market - are their any less expensive alternatives? I know someone prior to myself has put some make-shift posts in the crawl space for extra protection would additional help or is this an insulation thing?
Paper muffin cups are usually placed inside of the cups made into the panIf this is the kind of pan you have, then you really don't need the paper cupsJust grease the cups in the pan wellIf not, and you are thinking of aluminum cans, it might work, but I don't know what would happen to any painted surfaces on themYou might be better off using glass baking dishesLike ramekinsWell oiled heavy brown paper could also be placed into the cups of the metal muffin pan, but it's a lot of work.
Q: In order to complete the sell of our house, I am required to remove the attic insulation that is blocking our soffitsI read about about baffles I could insert between trussesWould it be easier to just install these baffles seeing all the insulation is in tact,or try and remove the insulation? There isn't much working room up there (little pitch) so I wasn't sureThe insulation is not blown in, but battingIs it easier to go from the outside by removing the sofits? If so is it easy to remove the soffits without ruining them? Running out of time.thanks,
I think going trough the attic is your best betyes, baffles or, If you get some sheetrock and cut them the approximate width between your trusses and about 2 foot long and shove it towards the vent it should hold down the insulation enough for ventilation
Q: I am beginning a wool project and I am wondering if you can pre shrink wool in the dryerIf yes, how do you do it?
Well, pop tarts yes, because they are mostly white sugar and white flour, with some artificial flavours and dyes - may as well eat candy Granola bars - it really depends on the brandSome are full of chocolate, honey, and candy bits that they're really more like chocolate bars than a healthy snackLook for granola bars that are lower in calories - I eat ones that are 90-125 calories per bar, with at least one gram of fibre in the barAvoid the ones that have chocolatey coatings or trans fats.
Q: He has a dog house big enough to turn around in but small enough to conserve heathe has 2 dog beds and a couple blankets piled in thereI made a door out of some old carpet and cut it to make a flapAlso he has a heated water bowl and an always full food bowl.I Don't keep him inside because I already have another male dog in the house and i don't want my living room to become a territory marking contest like the backyard is.Plenty of people tell me that they do there hunting dogs that way and they are fineIm not worried about fineI want to be sure he is comfortableThis may be asking for too much but im not really looking for a guess, I was hoping for an answer from someone who really knows their stuff on this. Thanks in advance
