6.Conditions of use
Pumps used in the following conditions should be continuously to work properly:
1. For water pumps suitable medium, medium temperature shall not exceed + 40°C
2. The medium PH value between 6.5 ~ 8.5
3. The volume of medium containing solid impurity is less than 0.1%, the size is not more than 0.2 mm
4. The power frequency 50 hz, voltage for single-phase 220 v, 380 v, three-phase voltage fluctuation range for rating of 0.9 to 1.1 times
5. Diving depth of no more than 5 m, is not suitable for irrigation and drainage of sewage and chemicals.
- Q:I got my oil changed yesterday and took like a 3 hour drive and back home and had no issues.. today I was at my work visiting and I noticed smoke coming from the engine [sort of more of steam] and a lot of smoke coming from the exhaust. The light on the gauge inside the car for the engine temp isn't working but all the other ones are. A mechanic told me it was a bad water pump, but I just want some more opinions. Or if the oil change could of effected that.. My engine coolant wasn't that low but a greenish liquid was really leaking from underneath the car.

- Q:I have a 2004 Toyota Sienna and it has 80k+ miles on it. I guess it is the drive belt that is making the noise and I decide to have it changed. I can have the timing belt changed too because it is due at 90k miles. The dealer guy told me that I should also have the water pump changed too because of 2 reasons:1. the new timing belt will cause pressure to the old water pump. If not changed, it will leak in weeks.2. it is cheaper to do it altogether.Without changing the water pump, it would cost about $300.All would cost $1000+.My friend who also has a Sienna that has more miles on it, told me that he did not have to change the water pump.Your advice about the water pump is?
- Change the the timing belt if it breaks you can bend a valve the smaller import engine have what they call a zero (0) tolerance.For the water pump it runs off of the timing belt so since your timing belt is already off you should change the water pump.Another words you will need to tear the timing belt back out in order to change the water pump not if but when it goes out.The dealer price is not bad for a dealer you might be able to save a little more if you shop around GOOD LUCK
- Q:I have a refrigerator that has the built in water dispenser and ice maker but it is in a location that does not have a water source, i would like to set up water tank to pump into the fridge but not sure what type of pump or system is needed to accomplish this i know the fridge does not have one built in, it needs the line pressure to circulate the water.any help would be great, thank you

- Q:the pump inlet how hard is this to replace i know the timing chain cover has to be removed and is this the propable place of the leak
- If okorder has printable online manuals for most repairs but if you aren't mechanically inclined and have little experience I would advise you to take it to a mechanic and have it fixed properly. Depending on the vehicle most water pump replacement cost between 2 and 3 hundred at a garage. The timing chain cover never needs to be removed to change a water pump.

- Well, if you dn't have any water, it's not the water heater or the thermostat, it's got to be the pump. Has the circuit breaker tripped? You should check that before you call a plumber.

- Its a very hard question to answer,like how long is a piece of string. There's no time put on them or guarantee. In all my cars I have never had to change Lucky i guess.
- Q:We have just replced our hot water heater in our camper. When we turn on the water pump we hear it kick on and run. When we turn on a faucet water comes out then slowly goes away untill nothing comes out at all. It has been a year since we used the water tank, so its been full of air. The camper is pretty old, i dont know the specific date though. Could it be low water pressur? any help would be greatly appreciated.
- Check to see if the water pump has a filter on it. Could look like window screen or similar. Junk in that will fill up with pressure and cut the water off. If the pump stops running after a few seconds of flowing, its probably a filter. Once they get to a certain pressure, water valve opened or closed, they shut off to keep from burning up. If the water tank was left with some water in it, moss may have grown. Should flush it with some clorox and water. Check with a local dealer to see how much.

- i've always gone by the 30 second rule. even a NEW or emptied for winter motor that must completely fill, 30 seconds should be long enough. if it hasnt begun pumping by that point, i turn it off and give it some time to cool while i double check everything. then i might give it a full 45 seconds. but it wont overheat in less then a couple of minutes. and if its not pumping with the hose hooked up, the impeller is probably bad already anyways. however, if you do even get it near warm, its already hotter then you think it is where the heat is produced, the cylinders, and where you have tight clearances on fast moving parts, the cylinders and pistons. and if it gets too hot, major damage is quickly done. BTW, service period on a merc impeller is always 100 hours or 3 years. or NOW, before the motor is damaged, if unsure of when it was last done. when the impeller is less then $50 (and about an hour labor, if paying for it) and a new motor is THOUSANDS, you cant replace it too often. dennis, you have NO clue. i suggest getting one before you ruin the motor in your own boat. and in the meantime, keep your bad advice to yourself.
- Q:My toilet has a water pump to deposit water to the toilet and a floatie that will stop the flow. But now it does not flow water through the hose, instead it looks like it's clogged and water drips from the floatie handle. Do i need to replace it? Or could it be something easy to fix?
- The okorder /... Every hardware store has them. You can get the part I think it is 400A that doesn't have the flapper included. I'm not crazy about fluidmaster flappers because they always leak on me after a very short while.
