FAQ of TC6024 tower crane

Q: What is the principal to quote the right tower crane to the client?

A: First, we need to know clients’ requirements. Normally the following information should be clarified by the client: max lifting capacity, height (height under hook), tip load and jib length.

Second, we need to know what the foundation requirement from the client is. (Fixed/undercarriage/ undercarriage with traveling system), mast section type (panel/integrated), power supply source (voltage, ampere and frequency), the distance between the machine and power supply……

Third if there are special needs, we could suggest proposal according to clear data provided by the clients. End-user, as construction machinery buyer, knows the site situation well and should make decision, such as the machinery specification, type…….

Q: What about our tower crane's warranty?

A: Usually there is one-year quality warranty including main electronic parts (not including consumable parts). There are consumable spare parts together with whole machine and normally they are enough for one year.

Q: What is 3 main mechanism of the tower crane?

A: there are trolleying mechanism/ slewing mechanism/ hoisting mechanism.

Q: Can you equip with light on tower crane jib, monitor, remote control and anemometer?

A: Sure. All of these could be provided with extra cost upon the clients’ requirements. But according to general practice, remote control is not suggested because most of the operator feedback operation in the cabin will provide a wide working view.

Q:what are The performance parameters of tower cranes?
The technical performance of tower crane is expressed in a variety of parameters, the main parameters include the range, starting weight, lifting torque, free height, maximum heightand so on; its general parameters are: a variety of speed, structure, weight, size, tail size and gauge wheelbase, etc.
Q:What was Dr.Crane's occupation?
I just watched that movie last night :) I would say that Crane is a criminologist which is the the scientific study of crime and criminal behavior and law enforcement. In which you would need to study psychology and sociology. Many colleges also have a criminology major. If not, then I would say that he is a psychiatrist (a medical doctor that deals with workings of the mind) who is used as a consult by the Gotham City Police Department. To be a psychiatrist, one needs a medical degree, and to also study psychology and sociology. However, to by a psychologist, you don't need the medical degree. I want to major in psychology, so I've done this research haha. Hope this helps!
Q:Do you need any qualifications to legally operate a crane in a construction site?
Of course you need specialised training! Crane operators have to sit several courses in safe crane operations. Crane operators tend to just work cranes and not help with general building work as they earn more money and it is only cost effective to have them on site when they are actually needing to use the crane.
Q:red-crowned cranes....?
In the spring and summer, the Red-crowned Crane breeds in Siberia and occasionally in northeastern Mongolia (i.e., Mongol Daguur Strictly Protected Area). Normally the crane lays 2 eggs, with only one surviving. Later, in the fall, it migrates in flocks to Korea, Japan, China, Taiwan, and other countries in East Asia to spend the winter. All Red-crowned Cranes migrate, except for a flock that is resident in Hokkaidō.
Q:Collapsing Cranes..?
These are dangerous peices of equipment, they endure high stress and are at times pushed to the physical limits. I have on occassion worked with and under them and always had a lot of respect and always felt safer when away from them. Construction cranes in particular are more dangerous because they are forever changing in height, position, amount and type of load. Cranes in permanent installations are ususlly carrying same or similar loads. Construction sites are hazardous due to many factors but just about everything on site gets handled by the crane at one time or another. Inspection, inspection, and re-inspection with concurrent correction/adjustment are the only preventative measure availble beside the assurance of competency of the operator. There are plenty of laws about them already but this is not to say new ones might be justified as new hazards become apparent. Most terrorists are too dumb or lazy to get involved with cranes--why bother when so many easy targets are out there !!!!!!!!
Q:How do cranes get from one construction site to another without hitting streetlights, wires, car, buildings?
They are disassembled and loaded onto flat bed trailers. The larger the crane the more flat beds.
Q:Follow up question about Sand Hill Cranes?
No, no, no.....eat chicken and leave the cranes alone.
Q:How to distinguish self lifting tower crane with counterweight and lifting tower crane without counterweight
With the weight of the tower crane is mainly ordinary tower cap tower crane, tower crane and tower crane type, is made of concrete counterweight pieces of the balance arm, is also useful for iron making, but relatively rare. The tower crane without counterweight is mainly a city quick loading tower crane. It is characterized by the absence of balance arm, and it is impossible to have counterweightThe layman can not tell the can see the appearance, there are long steel structure before and after the weight of the tower body, and no weight of the tower body with only one steel structure (i.e. jib crane, structure)
Q:who has made a origami crane? how hard was it?
They aren't that hard. Just make sharp creases and make sure your paper isn't too small to start with.
Q:How do they assemble the cranes that are used to build high rises?
a mobile crane sets the original lower sections in place, and then the crane is assembled in 6' sections as it climbs itself.
