- yea the story you heard or read was probably sunako and the thousand cranes (we read it for grade 6) it's a story about a girl who has effects after the hiroshima attack thing and shes hspitalised then someone told her if she can fold a thousand cranes she gets one wish. so yea you get one one wish.
