AS and AV tearing submerged drainage pumps are developed based on the advanced techniques imported from the ABS Company in Germany, especially suitable for transporting liquid containing hard solid and fibrous things andliquid that is very dirty, viscous and slippery. All pumps are equipped with adjusted tearing outfit that can tear long fibred sewage, sacks, strips, cloth straps and so on and then discharge them. Therefore it won't be jammed working in sewage, no need to fix a sieve on the pump and it's very to operate.

AS and AV series can be equipped with double-guideway automatic coupling installation system according to customers' demands, which can bring conveniences to fixing and maintain and it's no need for men to enter the cesspool.

Flow Rate Range:15-60m3/h
Head Range: 4-20m
Operation Temperature: 15℃-60℃
Matched Power: 1.1-7.5KW

Q:what size and what type water pump do i need?i am wanting to pump water from a river 345'-0 up hill at 45deg angle. i would like the water pump located at the cabin where the water dispursement would be. is there a pump that would allow me to do this. also, what size piping should i run from the river to the cabin. i can fabricate my own collection box at the river.any suggestions would be appreciated.
Your pump rating will depend on the requirerd flow and so with your pipe size requirement. A goulds submersible pump can deliver heads up to 500 ft.
Q:Intelligent pump controller, water is full water transfer automatically shows the next pool of water shortage, what is the matter?
The high and low level values are set back.
Q:I have 1 92 cadillac sedan deville and I am takin a 12 hour road trip tomorrow and I want to know if my water pump is goin bad or is it the fuel pump? Please help driving by myself and don't wanna get stranded anywhere. thank you in advance
Prior to the cars coolant getting hot, remove the radiator cap and start the engine. Let it run for 5 minutes or so. Look into the radiator and see if the coolant is moving like a jacuzzi. If the coolant is swishing around strongly, the pump is good, if not, wait another 5 minutes for the thermostat to open. If after waiting, the coolant still has no movement, I would say the thermostat may be stuck closed. Unless there is a leak or noise coming from the water pump, don;t worry about it. They tell you when a problem is present. Noises or leaks will be the sign of a bad pump. If you see none of these signs, don't worry and enjoy your trip. Good Luck...
Q:I have a 2004 Toyota Sienna and it has 80k+ miles on it. I guess it is the drive belt that is making the noise and I decide to have it changed. I can have the timing belt changed too because it is due at 90k miles. The dealer guy told me that I should also have the water pump changed too because of 2 reasons:1. the new timing belt will cause pressure to the old water pump. If not changed, it will leak in weeks.2. it is cheaper to do it altogether.Without changing the water pump, it would cost about $300.All would cost $1000+.My friend who also has a Sienna that has more miles on it, told me that he did not have to change the water pump.Your advice about the water pump is?
Toyota Sienna Timing Belt
Q:A tank is full of water. Find the work W required to pump the water out of the spout. (Use 9.8 for g and 3.14 for pi . Round your answer to three significant digits.)The tank is a spherical shape has a radius r= 6m and a spout height of h=2m.I really dont know how to start this problem correctly. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!
The pump will not have to work until the water drains by gravity to the level of the spout. Then, Work = Weight of water * Height of lift Find the distance, d, of the center of mass for the remaining water in the bottom 2 m of the sphere. The height of lift will then be 2m - d. The hardest part is finding the distance d to the center of mass. I don't remember how to do that.
Q:I have a 1995 Honda Civic LX 1.5L that needs the water pump and timing belt replaced. What all part do I need to order to replace all of that?
You need timming belt water pump and water pump silicon the tools for the jobs also. it is not a easy job to do just so you know. Make sure you have a chilton book for the info you need to make sure timming belt is put on right with the cam lined up.
Q:Hello, I'm having an issue with grinding/metallic noise from engine bay. Alternator was replaced today and didn't fix. However, when I got the car back from the garage the oil level indicator is saying quot;inactivequot;. I seem to find some answers on the web that say the oil level indicator is in some way connected to the water pump. Car has 95k miles on and I doubt it had been changed. Could this be the cause of the noise? And could anyone possibly tell me which pulley it is on the belt? Many thanks for your time :)
Alternator replaced? Will you be getting credit back for that? Anyway, at 95k it's almost about time to do a full preventive maintenance thing. That includes the water pump, belts, radiator hoses, I would do the tensioner and idle pulley too since one is there already. Would replace the radiator expansion tank too. Change the spark plug and valve cover gasket too while you are at it. The spark plug can be done separately, but it's time to replace them.
Q:how to replace water pump in a 96 F150?
1. drain coolant 2. remove engine fan and clutch assembly 3. remove radiator hose connection at water pump 4. remove water pump 5. clean water pump to engine mating surfaces 6. install water pump with water pump gasket 7. rest of installationin reverse order of removal
Q:I drive a 1995 Acura integra ls model I'm mechanically inclined just not enough to do a headgasket (more patience wise) my car loses coolant once in every 3 weeks it starts to over heat. I don't have white smoke coming out of the exhaust or milky oil. Everything else runs smooth on my car. I've head it pressure tested and every thing else checks out so I'm kind of lost. All hoses are fine and not leaking and there is no coolant leaks showing up on the ground. Any ideas?
You are probably right about the water pump leaking, Of course you wont see it until you remove that cover and put a pressure tester on it... Sometimes they leak better with no pressure on them, Kind of like the piddle valve on the radiator cap.
Q:I am trying to increase the pressure of my shower and I am looking to install a water pump. Does anyone know what kind of pump would work well for this? I don't want a big pressure pump, just a small one that will be cheap.
Before you go to the expense of installing a pump to boost pressure, be sure that you don't have a water VOLUME problem. Buy a pressure gauge (about $20) and connect it to your outside hose bib. If your pressure is about 40 psi, then you don't have a pressure problem. If you live in the USA, the Feds (aren't you glad they're looking out for you?) have mandated that no more than 2.5 gallons per minute can flow out a shower head. That's not much volume. So, I would look for a restriction device in the shower head. If the device is part of the shower head, you can't do anything about it specifically. Compare it to a garden hose and a soda straw with 60 psi water pressure. The soda straw won't provide the volume of water that a garden hose would provide. It would seem that the soda straw has less pressure, but it does not. Normal residential water pressure is on the order of 40-60 psi (I have 85 psi). But if new construction continues in my neighborhood, my pressure will decrease because more demand through a fixed size pipe means lower pressure..
