- No. Pushups are totally different. Try doing ten pushups then ten benches. DIfferent parts of your body hurt right? So quite simply, they aren't the same.

- Q: ok..so me and my bf or ex or whattever, have been together adn living together for 4 in a half years. the past 3 weeks we have been broken up with he has not evicted me at all. lately we were getting along and then last night i came over to get some stuff and he flipped ...he called the cops saying i tried running him over and the car i am driving is getting re po soon and i wouldn't return it. - the police would have written down all the information, wether or not he decided to press charges. if he isnt pressing charges, then the cops wont do anything but the police report will still exist. if he does, then he's gunna have a hard time coming up with evidence and witnesses to back up his claim. i think that depending on how you play it out in court, the judge should favor your side. if the car was in fact supposed to be repossessed and you left with the car, that could be motive for him to make up a lie in order to get back at you for taking the car.
- Q: I want to know how to use a French Press and I don't feel like Googling it.
- Boil water. Now I use 1 1/2 scoops per 8oz cup because I think coffee should taste like coffee. I use a 16oz cup. So I put 3 scoops of coffee into the Press. When the water boils, I fill the Press to about 1 1/2 inches from top. I set a timer for 4 minutes and stir coffee once. When timer goes off press down and pour. Use a coarse ground coffee so as not to clog the Press filter.
- Q: Does anyone have a good recipe or list of ingredients to put in brick pressed sandwiches? I am thinking proscutto, pesto, motzerella or feta, balsamic, roasted red peppers maybe. No mushrooms allowed. They will be made with Cibatta bread.

- powders can often look more cakey and unnatural than fluid or cream foundation, you just need to find a good one, some suggestions are maybeline dream liquid mousse( if u r on a budget) but if not lancomes foundations are great and macs studio sculpt is great, for a powder id recommend macs studio fix powder foundation :)

- Q: Hi I wanna start working out because I wanna build my self image the problem is im a little nervous and shy about going to the gym because Im built like a twig so I was thinking about investing my money in a bench press would it be possible to build muscle with just a bench press??
- Yes you can build muscle with just a bench press but I would not recommend only doing the bench press. If you are planning on doing bench press make sure you moderate on days so you can relax your muscles, and new tissue can be built. Try to keep bench press to 2 - 3 days a week max. I highly recommend doing push-ups and sit-ups. They build your body, and even if you can't do many just start out slow. Then add more push-ups and sit-ups to your routine. If your nervous about going to the gym you could also just do the push-ups and sit-ups at your house.
- Q: I just started bench pressing twice a week. I want to build muscle on my chest. I also do flat bench though so I'm not desperate to see results quickly. This is my second week of bench pressing twicedumbbell flies. I love doing them because I can feel the workout a lot on my chest. I just recently started a week.When will I start seeing results though?? I don't drink protein shakes because i hear they just make you fat. Is it true?I would like to hear suggestions???
- I see what you are going through because I am going through the same thing. I do dumbell chest flies and dumbell chest presses, lateral raises, each consisting of right now 3 circuits of 20 reps of each exercise(3 times a week) and for me i did not start seeing results not until after 3 weeks . answering your question you should be seeing results at around 3-6 weeks. because it depends on many factors e.g what you are eating? how many times you do your exercise a week? and your body type. I would also suggest you doing 20-30 reps of lateral raises into your work out. going to your second question.as far as protein drinks i have the same fear as you have. that is why i don't drink it right now.(eventually I am going to give it a try) but I hear it doesn't make you fat. I helps you repair give nutrients your muscle tissue during your off workout hours. I hope that this information helps you. and remeber don't expect your body to look the way you want it to be over night. it takes a long time to get it there.
