FAQ

Q: What's the difference with cyclonic to multi-cyclonic filtration system?

Multi-cyclonic is where the dust container has a plastic filter section inside and has many little tunnels in it that separate the finer dust and dirt for the next filter and there is no HEPA filter in the middle plastic filter section.

Cyclonic filtration is where there is a central HEPA filter that sits inside the dust container and catches the finer dust.

Q: My vacuum just stopped while I was using it! What do I do now?

All of our vacuum cleaners have been fitted with a thermal safety cut-off switch which activates to stop the motor from burning out. When it does that it will prevent the unit from turning on again until it has cooled sufficiently to reset, which is between 2 – 4 hrs. The most common reason for safety cut-off switch activated is the filters needs to be cleaned. Please read the instruction manual and follow the instructions on how to clean the filters.

Q:Can you recommend a good vacuum cleaner that uses HEPA filters to filter the exhaust air?
Oreck - 4 years. Does a very good job on cat hair (long-haired cat) and seems to filter everything. The hand-held that comes with it is not hepa but you can get hepa filters for it.
Q:I am looking to replace my old vacuum cleaner and want to get a nicer one my old vacuum cleaner is a bissell power force we broke the piece of plastic that hold it upright and lost it while moving a few months ago we want to replace it with a better vacuum if anyone has any suggestion let me know.
Eureka Boss consistently gets high marks from Consumer Reports.
Q:How many people worldwide have vacuum cleaners?
Oh My! I don't believe anyone would even want to conduct such a survey; but so far with the previous answer there are 4!!!!
Q:How many Vacuum Cleaners do you have at your House???
I only have one at my house. How about you?
Q:Are they worth the money? Do they really clean the air?
I have been in the cleaning business for 20 years and have had some experience with vacuum cleaners. I think you could have an excellent vacuum for around $300-$400. (Panasonic, Sanyo, Sharp) After seeing the Rainbow demonstrated, I just don't think they are worth the money. I also don't get how they clean the air. Basically, they are passing the dirty air over some water (not through it). and call this cleaning the air and filtering out the dirt. Check out some of the above vacuums online and save yourself some Christmas money. I just recently bought a Sanitaire SC6600 for our house and we really like it. Paid Approx. $325.00. It is commercial, 2 motor system, tools and stretch hose on board, carpet or hard floors (your can turn the beater brush off and just have air flow). Hope this helps.
Q:Lawnmowers, vacuum cleaners, weird noises in general ect... ??? Thank you for answering.
In the summer my dog is always chasing bees and flies round the garden trying to eat them. just hope he does not catch a bee
Q:thinking of buying an LG compressor vaccum cleaner, does anyone have reveiws of this product?
i dont have any idea for this but i will recommend u to go for an eureqa vaccumm clnr its more reliable and provides life time service free with no issues
Q:I've owned a number of upright bagless vacuum cleaners, and they have all sucked (well, they've actually all stopped sucking to be precise). The Dyson claims to never lose its power, but its also 5x more expensive than the average upright. Is it worth it?
It has proven to be the best vacuum cleaner by far that we've ever owned. I would highly recommend it.
Q:Will future vacuum cleaners have a small black hole to improve suction?
No. A black hole does NOT act like a vacuum cleaner.
Q:Hi im going to purchase a steam cleaner to wash my carpet but i also have a vacuum that i use to take off the dirt off my carpet but it really needs a wash thats why i want to buy a steam cleaner. does the steam cleaner also replace a vacuum by sucking dirt up or is it only for washing the carpets? cuz i dont want to buy that on top of buying another newer vacuum
Yeah i am a foremost expert on carpet cleaning, believe me it is way better than a vaccum. It sucks the dirt as well clean your carpet.I use The RugDoctor myself when i`m slaving around the house.Well good luck with that!
