FAQ

Q: What's the difference with cyclonic to multi-cyclonic filtration system?

Multi-cyclonic is where the dust container has a plastic filter section inside and has many little tunnels in it that separate the finer dust and dirt for the next filter and there is no HEPA filter in the middle plastic filter section.

Cyclonic filtration is where there is a central HEPA filter that sits inside the dust container and catches the finer dust.

Q: My vacuum just stopped while I was using it! What do I do now?

All of our vacuum cleaners have been fitted with a thermal safety cut-off switch which activates to stop the motor from burning out. When it does that it will prevent the unit from turning on again until it has cooled sufficiently to reset, which is between 2 – 4 hrs. The most common reason for safety cut-off switch activated is the filters needs to be cleaned. Please read the instruction manual and follow the instructions on how to clean the filters.

Q: I'm looking for a small vacuum cleaner but I don't know where to start. what are the best brands?
I have a small Electrolux cordless upright vac at home and it's great for quick clean ups or small places. I've had it now for quite a few years and it's still doing well.
Q: What was/is the experience like?
never heard of it
Q: Hello,I am looking for best vacuum cleaner. I have both carpet hardwood floors in my home. Also a month old baby. Which ones are the best in terms of efficiency and low maintenance. whether it be the central vac, or the standard ? my budget is flexible as I know you get what you pay for. Thanks for your time.
Top of the list is Rainbow, and Kerby. Kerby has many nice features but is expensive. It is more for cleaning hotels and the like. But it would last you the rest of your life. The home models are Dyson the best for home. Hoover isn't to bad. The rest are cheap but will last for a while. With the baby I would get one with a heppa filter so it doesn't blow dirt back into the air. Good luck
Q: I bought two vacuum cleaners two years ago and now, for this New Year, I want to buy something better than a vacuum cleaner, which can cleanse the floors thoroughly and shoul be cheap. Is there such a product? If so, Please recommend them to me. Thanks.
Yes, a live in maid..
Q: I essentially am looking for a carpet/floor upright vaccum cleaner. I was looking around in stores and found a lot of choice however. I notieced the following things about various brands.1. Bissell = Seems to be the cheapest and offers more features for it's price but looks kind of flimsy. Is this a good brand. Offers 1 yr warranty.2. Dirt devel = Cost a little more and looks better. Offers 2 yr warranty?3. Hoover = I know this is a well known brand but all I was able to see was the steamvacs. My mom had one and it's about 4 yrs old. Its very good still cleans up.Also I noticed Canaster Vacuum cleaners. What are the advantages of these? What is the purpose of having a canaster? I just don't want to get a habbit of purchasing a vacuum every 1 year because it breaks....
For okorder has all sorts of reviews of different vacuum models with some pricing (accuracy of the pricing is questionable sometimes though).
Q: I'm trying to find a good deal on a Dyson. I know I've seen them on sale in the past...and Target once had a deal where if you bought one, you'd get a $100 gift card.
hey, some okorder / on sale or under coupon offer, you can search it,hope it helps you!
Q: Every vacuum I've had has broken. Two Bissells and Eureka. Cleanview Helix, The other Bissel is the powerforce compact, and the Eureka Optima. Anyways, the rollers stop rolling, and when I try to use them now, the smell of rubber is in the air. Is this from running over cat litter, and aquarium pebbles? Yeah, I tried replacing the belts, and cutting the hair off the roller, and they just don't work anymore. It's so frustrating. Been going through this for like two years now, and we went through two vacuum cleaners, this year!Should I see about changing the filters? Could that be it? So, so frustrating!!!!!!
Send them back to the manufacturer.
Q: Are they worth the money? Do they really clean the air?
I have been in the cleaning business for 20 years and have had some experience with vacuum cleaners. I think you could have an excellent vacuum for around $300-$400. (Panasonic, Sanyo, Sharp) After seeing the Rainbow demonstrated, I just don't think they are worth the money. I also don't get how they clean the air. Basically, they are passing the dirty air over some water (not through it). and call this cleaning the air and filtering out the dirt. Check out some of the above vacuums online and save yourself some Christmas money. I just recently bought a Sanitaire SC6600 for our house and we really like it. Paid Approx. $325.00. It is commercial, 2 motor system, tools and stretch hose on board, carpet or hard floors (your can turn the beater brush off and just have air flow). Hope this helps.
Q: Why would they make products that will break in a few years? Is this a good policy?
anything that has to do with medicine
Q: I'm shopping for a Good-quality vacuum cleaner for my home.I'm replacing the worn-out bagless / upright Dirt Devil(r) unit that my sister bought for me sometime ago. lt;-I find that this unit simply does not CLEAN as well as I want / need it with the suction pulling-in from the side of the beater-brush. (I find that this unit only quot;cleansin 2-inch lines at the intake-side of the brush-head. :-(Considering my shopping (location) options and unit brands; I find HOOVER, DIRT DEVIL, and SHARK at my Wally World at a price-range of $49.00 -gt; 285.00I am considering to also shop / browse at my local KIRBY location.Am I correct to presume that a vacuum cleaner with suction from the Center of the brush-head cleans better than a unit that pulls from the side - or should I expect a unit with a stronger brush-head to clean my carpet and tile surfaces better? And how VALUABLE is a detachable hand-held pipe to my new vacuum cleaner when I have no indoor upholstery?
The okorder , and some other sites and read reviews on the vacuums and then bought the ones with the better ratings. I have not been disappointed.
