1. How long is the lifetime of machine? How long the battery can be used? How long we can use after one charge?
Answer: Please be assured that the life of V-BOT could be 5 years, as materials are very durable, generally will not bad, unless one day you are in a bad mood, kick it, it is estimated that will leave scars.
Battery can be used from 800 to 1000 times, an average of once a day can also be used for more than 2 years. Here we have all the accessories for machine, there is need to call us, ready supply! - In my opinion, I would not buy a Rainbow! My mother has one that she paid over $1000 for and I would lots have my upright that came from WalMart. You have to put water in it every time you vaccum and then empty it; in other words, it's just a pain to deal with. Before that she had an Electrolux cannister and I loved it. Like you said, you could get it underneath lower furniture. The only drawback was that it took up too much room to store. They do make an Electrolux upright now that is great. My ex-boyfriend's mom sells them. They are a little expensive, but worth the price. They pick up grit and 'fuzzies' very well. Electrolux even has a payment plan. When I buy a new vaccum, this will be my choice.

- Dyson hands down. Had mine for 6 years and still runs like champ. All filters a lifetime warrenty and are washable. Just price shop around for an older model.

- we have a Miele Blue Moon. We also had a very hairy dog. But we bought it because of allergies. it picks up and keeps dust mite droppings which no other vacuum does. but you have to change the HEPA once a year for it to do that. The bags and hepa are rather costly but we have had it 9 years and it works great. The only other tip I'd give is keep the height setting one setting higher if you find it is overheating when you vacuum. we have shag carpet so it was overheating the powerhead set at 1. We love it and it definitely works better than the less expensive models.
