Q: If you have first hand experience with these units, please advise. The idea sounds great; turn it on, leave the house, come home and the whole house is vacuumed, and the unit is back in its port being recharged. Do they do a good job? Do they miss areas like around the chair legs at the dining room table? Do you reccommend a particular brand?Please share your experience.: I think they are the best hing I ever bought. Q: anyone know how well the Bissell Pet Hair Eraser vacuum works?: I don't know about that one. I do have a suggestion if you can afford to spend a little more money though. The Dyson vacuum cleaners are excellent. We have one and have three cats and a dog and it really does a great job.

Q: i tend to want a cannister because it easier to get underneath beds, tables, sofa......gimme brands and models if you can,,,XOXOXO: Sears has a very effective canister built by electrolux. Don't know model number but is priced around $450
