5.FAQ
Q:How do you ship the finished Loop Tie Wire?
A:Usually by sea.
Q:Are you a manufacturer?
A: Yes,we have specialized in this field for more than 7 years experience.
Q:How many days will the samples be finished? And how about the mass production?
A:Generally,3-5 days for samples of galvanized iron wire making, the time of mass production depends on the quantity,18-20 days for 3 5 containers. please noticed that we can offer you free sample to check the quality.
- Q: alright, 5 speakers with 4ohm svc, what would my wiring options be?
- With 5 speakers there won't be a symmetral wiring pattern for even power distribution. With 4 it would be 2 pair in parallel with both sets in series for a 4 ohm final load or all 4 in parallel for a 1 ohm final load.
- Q: The outlet box has 2 black wires capped together, 2 white wires capped together, 2 bare wires capped together, and a single red wire. The light fixture I want to install is a two bulb fixture that has 2 black wires, 2 white wires, and 1 bare wire.
- It is obvious from the question that you have zero knowledge of wiring. While this is an extremely basic thing to do, I think it is better to get a professional so you and your house will be safe. Electricity is too dangerous to do without even the most basic understanding of safe procedures and standards. You will get people telling you how easy this is, but I would rather have you safe than try this your self.
- Q: i want to rewire my trailer harness on my truck. i have a 6 wire roung plug but i wat a 7 wire plug. what is the 7 wires for?
- Don't know where the hell you got a SIX wire plug from? Standard plugs are usually 5 or 7 pin. However, to answer your question, providing that you use the same color codes as we do, yellow is for the left turn signal, green the right. White is the earth, red for brake lights, brown for tail lights, and black for reversing lights (if fitted). That leaves the blue one as a spare which can be used to power an interior/ exterior work light on the trailer. In Australia and NZ we only have the 5 or 7 pin plugs. They are made by either HELLA or NARVA and each companies male/female plugs are compatible with each other. Google either company and see what is available. Hope this helps. P.S. For the cost of a return airfare and cigarettes, I am willing to come over and wire your truck and trailer for you AND I'll bring a set of plugs for free.
- Q: Can anyone tell me how to connect a older model ceiling fan in a new house... the fan itself has one white, one black , one red, one bare wire and a green wire. The wiring in the ceiling has one white, one black, one green and one copper wire. Thanks!
- hook the green to green - the copper to the copper - the white to the white . now the black in the ceiling gets hooked to red and black in the fan
- Q: Two wires are made of the same material but the second wire has twice the diameter and twice the length of the first wire. When the two wires are stretched, and the tension in the second wire is also twice the tension in the first wire. the funamental frequency of the first wire is 880 Hz. What is the fundamental frequency of the second wire?
- Since the tension and size are different the two wire will have different wave speeds Since v= sqrt(T/mu) mu can be represented by density * area Since the second wire has twice the diameter it will have 4 times the mu and since Tension in wire 2 is twice that in wire 1 v2 = sqrt(2T/4mu) sqrt(.5)*v1 = 0.707*v1 Since f1 (wire 1) = v/2L1 then f2(wire 2) = v2/2L2 so replacing v2 and L2 yields 0.707v1/(2*2*L1) = 0.707/2(v1/2L) = 0.707/2 *f1 = 0.707/2*880Hz = 311Hz
- Q: i have some ikea wall lights that are wired to plug but i would like to wire them into exsiting wall points. Is this possibleSandra
- Check with your local building code department. The 16 gauge wire used for those lights is not meant to be run through walls. Other than that, they should work fine. Be sure they're on a suitable breaker and are grounded.
- Q: Is it possible for a wire to arc with a nail? The u-nail that hangs the wire to a wooden support beam looks like it was hammered in too far and may have cut through the insulation around the wire. Is this a fire hazard or can I leave it as is?
- Electricity moves very similar to water it will always find the path of least resistance. So yes if you cut into the wire you will energize the u-nail. Your best plan is to remove the nail carefully while there is no power in the circuit examine the wire and if there is a cut through the insulation replace the wire. I say this because from your question it sounds like you are in the electrical rough in stage. You can install a J Box there but by code it must be accessible so that would mean there would be constant reminder of the problem in the wall.
- Q: I have eight speaker wires, I can figure that out on my own. I also have a red/blue stripe, black/red stripe, black/white stripe, and blue. Which ones are the power wires?
- I found this online. I can't promise it's 100% correct. best of luck! - Q: I have a physics project and my teacher is saying that we should do a wire loop toy?? What the hell is that. Can anybody give me a example and how it is related to physics?? Pls answer back
- Wire loop toys mean wire connected to your toy and a handle along with battery.
- Q: I removed my old door chime/bell a few years ago and replaced it with a wireless one. That one quit working and now I am attempting to install a new wired one again. The only problem is, when I removed my old one way back, I failed to label the existing wires to where they go. I have two wires coming out of my wall mount, one white, one brown and the both have a white and red wire sticking out of them. I am not sure which one/ones will connect to the FRONT and TRANS posts on my new chime. I don't have a rear door bell button so that is not a problem. Which wire goes to the FRONT and TRANS and do I cap off any of the 4 wires? My installation instructions don't cover the mindless mistake of not having the wires labled.
- one wire is coming from the door bell and on is going to a transformer, all you have to do is make it into a series circuit, connect the two red wires together from each cable take one white wire and hook to trans on the door bell and the other to the front. if you want to check this out you need a meter set it for AC under 100v check each set of wires for 12-24v red to white at each cable the one that dosent have power is going to the button at the door while button is pushed check this wire for continuity if this all checks about than wire as i described above
