Q:I am repairing a battery pack that likely has 1200mAh SubC NiCD batteries in it. Can I mix a 1200mAh and 2400mAh battery in the same pack wired in a series circuit?: NO The lower capacity battery will go flat before the higher capacity battery. The higher capacity battery will then attempt to partially charge the lower capacity battery which will cause it to heat up. The charging of the lower capacity battery won't be properly regulated and this could cause a fire.

Q:cadillac sts 1999: Actually you need greater than 12.5 volts DC. which tells you that you have a good battery and it should have the amperage needed to do the job. Your battery pack needs to be charged and if it is old than it might not have enough amperage to start the vehicle. If so than buy a new one.

Q:Hello, I was wondering if anyone had used the medela battery pack while traveling and how long did the batteries last. The manufacturer states 3 hours of pumping, but I want an actual person who has experienced the battery pack to let me know if that is true (I don't want to get stuck with no pumping power). I will be going to Venezuela for Cristmas and will need to pump at least three times during the trip (airport or plane bathrooms). So about an hour and a half or 2 hours of pumping (if I need to pump four times). Thanks in advance for your help!: get an extra battery. trust me on this

Does anyone knowwat is wrong with it. Just an answer please, not people telling me to buy a new portable DVD player.: How old is the battery pack? If it is a year old (of fairly continual use), then it is shot. Rechargeable battery packs don't last forever. If the pack is new, then the charging circuit inside the DVD player is shot. There is one possibility, that the connection points from the battery to the player are oxidized. If you can get to the little metal points that make the connections from the battery pack to the player (on both the battery pack and the player); take a pencil eraser and rub the metal to shine it up. That might help. If not, the charging circuit is shot. Sorry. .

Q:I have the newest type of controller and Xbox 360 (the slim). Just today it randomly disconnected, thinking it was the battery, I ran to my room to get the play and charge charger, not noticing the fact that it didn't turn off, but it disconnected (it turns off if the battery is low) as if it wasn't synced to my Xbox. It is a hassle to get it to sync with my Xbox, and even still, if I move it too much, it disconnects again (NOT turn off, it isn't the battery life!). How do I make it not loose???: well what i would suggest is when the light on your play and charge goes off all you do is disconnect it then take the battery out put it back in till you hear a click then reconnect your play and charge then voila light comes back on

Certainly the battery grip for my Sony DSLR-A700 will work with only a single battery in the grip, if you load two up, it will use first one then the other.

AA's can supply perhaps 2 amps best case for a very limited time. The starter motor in your tractor needs a hundred amps at least! And it will need this repeatedly, as an old motor that's been sitting awhile is going to need a lot of attempts to start it.
