- Q: Hello. I am working on a project with a friend and will be wiring together many different colored led's together for a costume we are making.I am pretty good with soldering and thought this would be a fun project but we are looking for a battery pack we can buy that has different modes that you can switch too. So the lights flash or do other cool patterns. Is there something like this? Thanks!! :)
- I don't know of any battery pack which has different modes. I think what you need is a switching unit of some sort. If you search Google for led sequencer you will get links to circuits which you can put together yourself or ready made ones.
- Q: A few weeks ago I bought a new 3DS in a bundle from Walmart, with it I recieved a Nyko battery pack and charge base for extended battery life. The first time I attached my 3DS to the charge base it worked perfectly, but I tried to charge it again last night and this morning it's still on low battery. When I put the 3DS on the charger, the red light lit up, indicating that it was charging. This morning the same light had turned green which means it is completely charged. I took it off the charger and started it up to find the battery just as low as before and when I put it back on the charger, the lights still indicate that it is fully charged. What is going on here?
- Nyko has stated that their products are not fully compatible with those of Nintendo--i.e. the charging cradle. Try fully charging your 3DS by unplugging the plastic cradle, and charging the unit directly from the cable. If that doesn't work, there may be an issue with your battery or power supply.

RE: xbox 360 Nyko charging station battery packs not working? ? all of a sudden the battery packs arent working i charged them up and i put it in the controller and my controller blinks green but does not connect and i tried syncing it and it still didnt work and i kno it is the battery pack bc i used regular batteries on the controller and it still worked so
- Q: I just got the Xbox elite today but i havent opened it yet because i have exams yh. I just want to know how the whole Xbox controller work do you have to put batteries in everytime it runs out and whats the average time a fully charged controller will last 4? My two older and younger brothers have PS3's and on theres u just plug a usb into the system and into the pad and it charges. What about the Xbox what happens when it runs out doesnt in come with like a controller charger like the PS3 where you just connect it and it charges? Or do you have to use two batteries each time it runs out?Whats the average time a fully charged Xbox Elite Controller lasts for? If u dnt have an exact value just an estimate like 2hrs or 16hrs on 3days etc. Thanks!
- it is going to comprise one yet with out batteries so which you may could desire to have 2 AA batteries you may desire to purchase a controller with a chargeable battery %. that has a cable that could hook into between the usb ports on the 360 to value it mutually as you play
- Q: i just want to use AA batteries
- OKorder has it for super cheap or amazon. But OKorder will be cheaper.
- Q: I already know why because I put in new batteries and it wouldn't come on. On the back where they have a little metal piece mine isn't up all the way it went back so i had to tamper with it until i got it working again and it only does it when is lets loose or when i take the battery pack out and my white remote sucks because my little brother would get mad and throw it on the bed or hit it hard when i killed him on COD Black Ops.
- Well if it's the rechargeable pack it might've died/broken. They last about 3-4 years, when their time comes they eventually ware out and don't work. Buy some new ones
- Q: I just got a xbox 360 pro and I am wondering is the batteries that came with it are rechargeable? Thanks.
- You really should invest in a battery pack for the 360, trust me I spent a fortune on batteries when i first got my 360 and its not cost effective. Basicly you have two main options for a rechargable battery. The charge and play comes with a rechargable battery and to charge it you simply plug it into your 360. It is nice because you can simply plug it in overnight when your batterys are low and it will charge even with the system off. If you need some juice while playing it basicly is like using a wireless controller. Your other option is the charging station. It also comes with a rechargable battery and the station can charge up to 2 batteries at once. The downside is that if you run out of juice while playing there is no way to charge and keep playing. The best way to do it is to get 2 batteries, keep one on the station at all times so you can just swap when you need a fresh battery. The charge and play is more cost effective and convient but if you can afford both having 2 batteries with the station runs smoother but costs more.
- Q: I have a Cannon 7D with a battery pack attachment. I have a large bag that fits my camera with a lens on, 3 other lenses, and most of my other accessories but it is big and heavy. For casual shooting I'd like something smaller to fit only my camera with the battery pack and one lens but I can't seem to find one that will fit the camera with the battery pack attchment. Anyone have a good one or know where I can can find one?
- Your best bet is a bag store not a camera shop. There are specialized bag stores out there (in the mall?) that cater to people carrying gadgets. The bags will be more stylish (not all-black as in camera shops) and others offer more comfort for carrying heavy gadgets (large laptops and huge dSLRs). I'm not from where you are so my suggestions would be mute. We mostly have Chinese imports and local brand names that change faster than the pages of a calendar but we do have those type of stores and if third-world has it then so must you.
- Q: I have an 18 volt battery from a milwaukee cordless drill that is dead. Does any one know how to repair them?
- Once dead, they are dead. Time to buy a new battery pack. But, if you are dead set on repair, then take the battery pack apart. You'll notice it is nothing but a bunch of 1.5 volt batteries (probably NiCad) connected in series. You could replace them with store bought. But I would not advise this!
- Q: Basically, i just purchased a Fusion Power Plant 1200watt with 500 RCM watt bass pack. But before i fit it and everything i'd like to know if it'll drain my battery. Over the past year i've had to recharge the battery a couple of times if i use it when the engine isn't running, so if the bass pack will drain my battery i'll buy a new one before i install it!thanks!
- yes it will drain the battery if u run it when the engine is off because the power cable is hooked to tha battery and that is all it runs off of. the same happened to me because the alternator isnt recharging the battery when the engine is off.
